Today my wife adjust got the OK to resume normal life after we had our second child. We have not had much sex since we have had kids and I do not want to try day 1 of getting the OK. Well yes I do but she may not be ready. I have been doing more around the house and hoping to win her that way instead of asking like a horny dog.

I can pay most of it, but then I will have no money. my phone bill will not get paid, I will not have money for food nothing. I am so upset he can just leave me like that knowing I need to eat & knowing I need a phone. last night I ordered our sons bedding set for his crib & he told me he would pay for half of it & I know he is not going to now. I am so mad. is there anything I can do? I am sitting n bed bawling right now :(

I'll try to keep this as short as possible, I was high school sweethearts with my ex, first everything. We loved each other very much, promise rings and planning on getting married after college. The relationship slowly fell apart due to his father slowly dying from cancer, and finally was over when I ended things my freshman year of college due to the crazy cancer stress. I stayed as long as I could but the whole family was so awful to me and my ex was a handful in himself. When his dad finally passed (a month after we broke up), he changed from my best friend to a complete monster. I lost 10 pounds because of how awful he treated me. When I went to the funeral, he told everyone I had cheated on him when, as it turns out, he had been doing the cheating as soon as he got to college. The last thing he ever said to me was, "I don't love you anymore, but l still care about you." Yeah right... Yet he still had his most prized possession from me (a tiger beanie baby, long story) sitting on his dashboard. He refused to give any of the gifts/clothes back, yet I returned everything very peacefully. It's been over a year since we even texted each other, and I'm just so lost and angry and confused and still heartbroken...I just....don't understand. Can anyone give some insight? I just want a better understanding so I can heal and move on to someone who will treat me well. Thank you.

My daughter's father and I are not together and were never married. He got visitation up until 3 years ago when he stopped coming around. My daughter was in his care and came home complaining about her head. She was diagnosed with a skull fracture, bleeding on brain and spine. She was sent home to heal which took 6-8 weeks. Her father never told me about the incident. He didn't seem concerned at all and basically made it out to be as if I was trying to ruin him for it. My child is afraid of him, cried when he came up to the hospital. I still dont have the full story since there was about 5 different ones. My question is since he was getting visitation court ordered and doesn't come around anymore what happens? I'm married and my spouse raised her since day one and wants to adopt. Does he have a chance? I still receive child support. Every day I worry that he will file visitation papers to see her again. I dont want to worry, I just want it to be over and want to know my rights. Any help?

My husband and I have a wonderful sex life, he always complements me, and we get along perfect together. However, he makes me feel like the man in our relationship. He listens to more girly pop music than me, he is more effectionate, more emotional, less strict with out children than I, and he wants a lap dog whereas I prefer to get a large dog to guard our home. The real kicker.. I haven't once caught him checking out another girl, and he has NEVER gotten jealous of my guy friends ( even if one texts me at 2am!) To make matters worse, I go to the gym like crazy trying to lose my baby weight from my recent pregnancy. All in all, I feel like a frumpy old man standing next to him. My husband and his ex-wife signed a custody agreement stating their child would continue and graduate from present school. The child, now 12, wishes to change schools to the town we live in. (Both schools/towns are side by side in same county) My husband wants to enforce this since this is what the child is requesting. The ex-wife denied the child's request. Since the child is requesting, can my husband go to court and request judge to change the custody agreement since the child is requesting the change?

I mean, I met my husband in 7th grade(12 years old) & been friends since then but then started dating in senior year in high school(17 years old), then married & had kids after college(about 24 years old). I have a 4 year old son, and live in the same area as my son's father. He only sees him about every four months, by his choice. I am currently dating a man that's in the Coast Guard, he isn't stationed where I live and there's a good chance I'll want to move where he is soon (he's just under 500 miles away). What are the laws if I decide I want to move and his father doesn't agree? I have a feeling he'll fight me just for the sake of it. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Many women are now deciding to remain single and not have children. Instead, they may have interesting, good jobs, travel a lot and maybe date or not date if they don't feel like it. They have many interests and a life that is a lot more relaxing - or at least it may seem that way to women with children and husbands. Do the married with children ones often envy the single without children ones? I'm single, no children (simply didn't meet a guy I thought it would go well enough with so didn't want to end up divorced and with problems). I've had comments from married with children women such as 'Oh you have a life, I don't'. Opinions, please?

We do not have children or own a house. We are in agreement on how to divide the rest of our belongings. Apparently you cannot file for a no fault divorce in PA if your spouse is in the military and not represented by a lawyer? This seems a bit ridiculous to me if the military member is in agreement of everything and does not want to pay for a lawyer. My husband is in the National Guard which is not even active duty. He is actually in "inactive National Guard" status right now. Is there anyway around this?

I have been pregnant for 4 months now, and my husband keeps telling me that I'm getting bigger and that he married me for my slim body. As my bump grows, he keeps telling me how gross I look. I am so upset right now. I am 8 months pregnant with our first baby. I was on heroin for years & had been on suboxone for about 9 months when I found out I was pregnant. so my doctor switched me to subutex.. which is a medication for drug addicts to keep them from going through withdrawal. I was not supposed to be on it for even a year but my doctor said it was not safe to come off of while pregnant. anyway.. im only 23 & I got married really young. we have been married over 3 years. well my husband has stolen my meds multiple times & I told im last time that it better not happen again. well he stole a half of one of my pills today. I txt him told him if I were him I wouldn t come home from work tonight because im calling the police. he txt back & said I gave him my medication which is NOT true. im so upset. I feel like he doesn t care that hes ruining our marriage. I don t want him coming back to our apartment tonight. I want to call the cops. They are now doing court ordered counseling , problem is , the counslor tells our son he has no say , has never asked for my side of things , my wife pulls all kinds of underhanded stuff and tells one lie after another . Can she get him back during a custody hearing if this so called counsler recamends it This counselor deals mostly with people who have problems with drinking and drugs . She has never done a 1 to 1 child our child and has not asked for my side . After 2 sessions she wrote a letter of recamendation to visits , which is so wrong . My wife did not talk to , hug or tell our son she loves him for over 5 yrs and in 2 sessions gets a recamendation

If your spouse don't treat you as his equal, undermines your ability to contribute financially and provide an allowance, treats you as the villain when you discipline your kids, has to argue with everytime a job that requires his skills and ability comes up, doesn't do his part of chores all the time, calls you fat yet complains when you leave to work out, buy what he wants when he wants, complains about not getting anything done and accuses you of being a time hog, flicks your children in public... Why would he still keep saying we shouldn't divorce?

Now, almost 9 years after our divorce, divorce papers from the Turkish courts were delivered. He is filing for divorce in Turkey, requesting the determination of a "high conflict divorce". It is my understanding that a US divorce is not recognized in Turkey. I am not sure what to do. I do not have funds to hire and attorney. Any advice would be appreciated. What would be the ramifications for me if a "High Conflict Divorce" is granted? Are there other options in regard to the types of divorce in Turkey, or was this his only option? We have 3 children, but all of them are adults, with the youngest being 29 y/o. The divorce in the US was uncontested.

Please be sensitive. Divorced woman in my mid 30s, w/ a 4 year old. Do not have custody. Never been an addict, a criminal or a basketcase. I have a BA, & have always been the sole/major breadwinner. He just took off the garnishment last month - after almost 3 years, becoz he claimed I wouldn't pay it - when I not only paid for his immigration papers, I paid for the honeymoon, and supported him for years and covered the rent when he claimed he had no money. I live in eternal fear. I owe a massive amount of loans. I live in fear because he constantly threatens to take me to court for more $$ (I got a bump in pay a year ago) and although he knows nothing, I needed that bump to help pay down debt. I do not drink, I rarely shop, I do not go out, I don't have a lover, I live with roommates and own no real furniture. I work 7 days a week. I am trying to buy a small house. So what do I do? Go 2 court and win, take my daughter happily, but if I lose, I will have to pay more child support, which I can't afford. I have cut my budget to the bone as it is. If I get the house, & invite my daughter/ex to it – he will want to stay, and if I say no – he will see that I am doing better – and he will sue.
