Several years ago she got drunk and went over to a man s place that she knew I had a history with and feelings for. I found out about it through him. I called her, told her I was upset and she got defensive and angry. She said she doesn t need this drama, blocked me from her Facebook account and her phone. She was giving me **** for her drama. I I contacted mutual friendsbecause because she was not talking to me. I wanted to find out what was going on. Years past she got a divorce had a baby. She reached out to me about a year ago drunk and wanting to see me. Ended up getting a dwi. We kept in touch and were friendly and supportive from a distance. Recently we planned on meeting. I told her I was nervous and how I felt about how she left it with me. I wanted to bring it up , talk about it and move on. She refused and said I was abusive and acting bizarre by contacting her friends. She s twisted the timeline of events and doesn t realize I contacted her friends after she cu me out. I m so hurt and angry and just want her to face me, take 10minutes cutting through bs then move on. No school or work for 5 months give or take, not counting summer because everyone is "allowed" to take a break then. I was devastated when I heard two people (somewhat close to me but also not close at all, if you understand) were talking behind my back saying I'm not ambitious or driven because I wasn't in school or working. I was floored with anger and vexation, because I knew they didn't know my dreams/plans, my life, and how hard I've worked despite so many circumstances not in my favor. it made me so mad that people couldn't see who I really was and were fooled by a temporary lifestyle. I allowed myself to be insulted by people having a worthless conversation. Now I'm booked with classes and two jobs. One as a pharmacy technician, something I wanted since senior year and I'm still surprised it's reality. I'm so blessed to have the opportunity with this job since I haven't had more schooling than a pharmacy class in high school. But they saw something in me and I thank God for that. I'm obviously not a better person now just for this, if only the world could look at people for more than things like that. To be proud of people without gold medals and "accomplishments" because not every good thing comes with recognition |

I don't even remember how we got on the subject but I mentioned that I believed in God. I told her that I respected that she didn't believe in God and I wouldn't try to force her to but she just kept arguing with me. She was really worked up, like red in the face. I let her pick them out since she was my guest and wanted to make sure she was enjoying herself. Right as the movie started, she fell asleep. No biggie right? So right after the movie ended, she woke up, I made her dinner and asked if she was thirsty and if she wanted anything, she said no, and I asked what she wanted to next and gave her some options. She suggested we watch another movie, I let her choose, again, we ate, watched part of the movie, after she finished, I took her plate and washed it for her. As soon as I return to the movie, she's asleep, AGAIN. She practically spent the whole time sleeping. So I honestly didn't enjoy myself. The second time, she invited me over to her house so we could watch the 2 Divergent movies. I had the 1st one and wanted to get the 2nd one, so I bought it just for that occasion. We get some food, and we go to her house. We eat, and then after she wanted to take a short nap. It's her house so I was like fine. Then she gets a text from her male friend and she leaves me at her place for a minute, comes back and says she's about to have sex with the guy and leaves me by myself in her house. That was the most uncomfortable thing I ever experienced. Luckily I had my laptop, so I got some homework done, and after like an hour, I decided to go home and chill by myself since I ended up doing such anyways. Well, this summer I went back to this town and I reconnected with him. To be honest, I had the time of my life, I got to tick off many things on my bucket list and actually got to see other sides of him. We spent a lot of time with each other and we did tell each other secrets. I found out that he bet on his friends that he was going to sleep with me before the end of the summer. On top of that, he had one of his stupid friends, to befriend me and follow me around. To make things worse, he came to my apartment drunk at 2am and I refused to open the door and this f*cker drove intoxicated . Not only did he risk his life, he risked lives of people who were on the same road. Not only did he remind me that he he hasn't changed. Now he thinks that he still has a chance with me. Crazy, immature, manipulative etc. she's that kind of friend that you can only take so much of . She's dramatic all the time and at one point she spread a rumor saying I was pregnant. She wasn't ever like this when we first became friends but I realized over the years she's gotten worse and worse. I can tell she tries to use me for money. Because when she doesn't get it she just automatically hates my guts. She calls me a slut, backstabber etc. quite a bit even though I have never done anything to her or slept around. She seems to think that I'm rich and can pay for everything. She's ruined my relationships and friendships. And she's really clingy . She never gives me any breathing space. And it's almost impossible to get out of the friendship with her. She guilts me, tricks me and lies to me to get me to come back. I just can't do it anymore and I don't know how to get out without pissing her off because she's really vengeful if she doesn't get what she wants. I've tried just ignoring her but she wont leave me alone when I do that she'll call and text from No Caller ID numbers or just from other phone numbers that I don't have and it's driving me crazy! Posted: 11 Aug 2015 04:12 PM PDT I live in a multi-family home with my family (I'm 22), and we have an upstairs neighbor (who's the landlord's daughter) who is in her 40s and developmentally delayed. She is functional, and lives by herself, but she has no sense of social boundaries and it drives our family insane. She texts us every day telling us to turn on the outside light (even though we do it every day, regardless of her asking) telling us to be quite (she goes to bed at 5 in the evening and us walking around disturbs her), and she endlessly tags us on everything on facebook, messages us everyday, and posts to our wall. She also calls us multiple times per day telling us her whereabouts, when she's coming home/leaving, etc. So my question is, how do I have a conversation with her about boundaries without upsetting her? I know it will probably hurt her feelings no matter how we do it, my Mom is such a softie and doesn't want to hurt her feelings (plus she tattles on us to her Mother, the landlord, over everything) so how do we do this gently? I would like to block her from my facebook and have her cut down the texting to only emergencies or things that have to do with the house. I tried earlier in the year to ask her nicely to lay off tagging me and commenting on everything, and she did for about a week, but then it started again. My parents have considered talking to her Mom about it, we think she might be receptive, but in the meantime, how do I block her and explain my reasons without sounding mean? |

Posted: 11 Aug 2015 03:55 PM PDT So, I ve tried playing the guitar a lot, but no matter how many times I try to get into it, I stop because the strings pain my fingers too much. It gets to be unbearable after a while. And it s not that I m pressing down too hard. Mainly, my pinky on the high (in pitch) E string hurts, and my index finger on the low E string also hurts. I suspect that my guitar strings are harder than most others. I was hot , sweating , dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out . I ended up skipping 7th and staying in the bathroom I was so sick . I lost my contact ( it fell out of my eye ) and I couldn't see out of one eye .. That gave me a terrible headache and my eye was ON FIRE . It kept watering . I ended up starting my period in the middle of the pep ralley and had to rush to the bathroom . ( explains why I feel terrible , every time I'm on my period I am sick ) . My classes are extremely difficult . I have TWO Spanish classes . And in my 6th class , there's a lot of girls who don't like me in there and used to give me a hard time . They kept staring at me . I feel awful and just want to cry my eyes out . |

On the last day of school, she invited me to go to Great America with her and her family. Unfortunately, I couldn't go and I feel like that hurt her a bit. We didn't talk much over the summer but she did invite me to her birthday party and I went. She seemed happy that I showed up so I think that's a plus? She never starts the conversation first and whenever I text her, she gives one word answers and I feel like I'm annoying her. Also, whenever I post something on Instagram, she takes a week to finally like it and leave a comment. I'm really afraid to text her now because I think that she doesn't want me to bother her. Another thing is that when we chat on one of her Insta posts, she deletes everything afterwards....?!?! And so victoria secret had a sale on friday and i ordered stuff early that morning and she sent me a text maybe at 3 and was like victoria secrets sale omggg ordering stuff and i was like already did it this morning and than she just started acting really rude like "ok stupid" .blah blah blah .and than i wanted to become a vegiterian and she just like gave me. I just started a new school where I don't know anybody, and it is near impossible to make friends because I don't like small talk. School makes me so tired and all I ever want to do is curl up in my bedroom alone and read. I don't really want to have to talk to people in the hallway or to work on a group project. I tried to be friendly and bubbly and confident and all that stuff but I just can't. It's fake and I hate acting like that. Is there a way to become an extrovert? To turn into someone who likes to be around people? I have some close friends but none attend his school. I like to be around a very small group of people (about 1-3), but I cannot seem to find anyone else who feels the same way. Can I convert? I need help. Thanks. |

She has always loved me for me and iv loved her for her and we are both not from the US. She is basically my only friend that has stuck by me and hasn't changed. Posted: 11 Aug 2015 02:29 PM PDT I think he thinks we are more than friends first of all I am not that educated in terms of autism, i haven't done research so thats bad on my part but just so you know the last thing i would wanna do is disrespect him or people with autism in general so im sorry if my wording is inappropriate. okay so we go to the same high school were in the same grade (seniors in high school)but we only talk online (facebook) because he is too shy to speak with me in person. He is in a program but he attends some regular classes as well some one told me that he was "slightly autistic?" but anyway he recently opened up to me and told me that he thinks that im "really hot and pretty" so obviously i thanked him for saying that and told him that he was very sweet and kind which he is. after he told me this we didn't speak for a few weeks but know he spams my facebook with likes (mostly profile pictures) and he keeps messaging me with things like "i love you" so obviously i said that i loved him too because he is such a sweet guy but now he sends me random messages such as "forever and always" and "never forget" not sure what he means by that especially by "never forget" never forget what? Does he think we are dating if so what do i do without being rude, because i don't want him to get the wrong idea |

| Posted: 11 Aug 2015 01:47 PM PDT I really need advice because i'm getting really pissed off with him too the point I wanna tell him go **** himself. he has always been a jerk, but not as much as he is now. so this story is pretty much about recently ever since early last week my "so called" best friend has been acting like a mega jerk and i'm tired of it. my breaking point was sunday, (back story, we are both into skating. we're into it pretty much the same amount, but he's somewhat advanced then I am.) we were having a discussion about types of skaters we don't like. I said I do not like the overly competitive types. he started being a dick and started talking **** and insinuating I don't take the sport serious. I refused to argue with him and i basically told him i'm sticking to my opinion. then that's when he started acting like a even bigger *** and saying slick remarks about me. and when i call him out on it, he says he's joking when i know he's not. (he doesn't like confrontation) i stopped talking to him for awhile while we were skating and basically ignored him. I tried being the bigger man and i asked him about a friend of his, then he started bitching about how i ask about this friend of his. and i straight up told him you don't need to be a jerk about it. That whole day he was being mean and saying sarcastic remarks,rolling his eyes at me, etc. i wish i could go more into detail but i can't. If you guys can give me some advice i will try to fill you more in. pls excuse grammer. btw we are both 15 |

I know how she will react when i tell her; she will say I'm a bad friend and i will just lay there having a panic attack and anxiety. How do i tell her before school?
