Everyday my dad rants at me to go out with my friends i try to tell him i cant go out everyday people are busy and people have to do other things i usually got out with friends once a week but he expects me to go out everyday how do i tell him that not every teen goes out everyday

I have this friend who, no matter what we were doing, would always find a reason to leave as soon as she can. This includes meet-ups that were suggested by her. It was quite understandable during the school year since she is very studious, but she still does so when on summer vacation. I notice sometimes she asked to hang out with me about 30 mins - 1 hour before her other plans, so she would have a valid excuse not having to stay for long. She is also very slow when it comes to texting me back, but doesn't seem to mind writing essays to a guy she's interested in. So my question is, should I continue to invest in this friendship? She has always been a very good friend, but I don't want to her having to be my close friend when she doesn't seem to enjoy being with me. Thanks in advance.

I'm a 20 year old college student living at home for the summer. My mom just found out that I've been seeing a guy for a month and a half "behind her back." The other night, I told her I was going to stay at a friend's house, when in reality I was planning to stay at this guy's house. She actually got in her car and followed me to his house, and then confronted me the next day about it. She's not upset about me staying over at his house (afterall, I am an adult) or even about lying to her. She's actually mad because I didn't tell her I was seeing him in the first place. This is my own personal life and I wasn't ready to share this with her. I'm just so upset that she'd go to these measures (following me in a car) to find out something she so desperately wanted to stick her nose into. I'm a private person and this whole thing is making me feel anxious and upset. I'm an adult and I'm capable of taking care of myself.. I live on my own for the majority of the year anyway. I don't really know what to do now because she's super upset with me for not opening up to her.

I'm 16 (guy), and my cousins are turning 16 (girl) and 17 (guy) and I'm refusing to go to my cousins birthday because throughout middle school and somewhat of high school, they have treated me like complete sh!t and because of them, I went from a very social person as a young kid to a very socially awkward teen. They pick on me because they have always been popular in school, while I never was really popular. Now since 2014, they have skipped nearly every single party that my family had at my house whether it was Easter, the 4th of July, or my Birthday. They wouldn't show up but their parents did. I went to their birthday party last year and like usual, they ignored me and I'm shocked I didn't cause a scene last year. So to prevent me from losing my temper, I decided to skip the party and because of this, my Mom is extremely pissed at me and now I can't go over my friends house tomorrow. Is it really THAT bad that I'm ditching my scumbag cousins's birthday party?

Im shy at first and a lot of people say that im so queit all the time and dont talk much. But when im with close friends or family i dont think that im quiet. Contrary they say that i talk a lot. Ok, so previously I asked a question about my best friend stealing my other friends, well me and him aren't friends anymore, screw him. But now, since I was good at computers and since my "old best friend" who is now the tech guy couldn't fix this problem, the teacher asked me to help, and I was able to do it. I have many friends, but most of them are shy or introverted. I think I fall somewhere in the middle of the spectrum personally. I'm the quiet one in the group, but sometimes I can speak a lot if a topic interests me. I feel at ease with people and enjoy company. I'm ussually the one to approach someone shy and new and make him feel welcome, then we start to talk - that is how I make friends, it all feels very natural. But recently I met someone very interesting who I'd like to be friends with. He's the life of a party, a real extrovert, and I have no idea how to get a hold of him or sort of stand out from the crowd. We talked a couple of times on facebook, but those conversations were mostly regarding practical stuff with some joking around added. So, if I'm interested in being friends with this person, how do I do it? I also have a feeling that behind the outgoing attitude is someone who really guards their private life, so I worry I'll get too personal too fast.

Okay, I am really bad at time management let me just start off there. So over the course of the summer for my AP US History class, I had to read a book about Benjamin Franklin, read and annotate 5 articles, and write 7 750 word essays. I also have to read 2 books for my summer reading (I already have them picked out, I just have yet to read them). I've finished the 5 articles, and am a quarter of the way into the BF book. I haven't even started the essays. I don't know how to manage my time and I spent my summer avoiding the work which was a HUGE mistake because now I'm just stressed. I know I can't keep this attitude up when the year starts because it's an AP class, so I have to get my act together by the time school starts. The thing is, I don't know how in the hell I'm gonna read 3 books and write 7 essays in under 18 days. I think my parents wanna go on vacation for a week so that's me losing valuable time because I really do wanna go on vacation but I know I need to get my work done. I also need to go back to school shopping so that's an entire day devoted to that. So let's scale that down to 10 days. I need ideas on how to manage my time for this and avoid distraction (I have ADD).

Okay so I just moved back to my old school after being away for 2 years. And no one is even acknowledging me or trying to talk to me and it s making me feel really depressed now. I broke up with my ex-boyfriend because he was a cheater (at least 3 times!) and verbal abuser. Anyway, I saw him recently at a party and he cornered me in a hallway. He started getting agitated and then said we "had to get back together." I said "no" and started to walk away when he grabbed my arm and twisted. I broke free and kicked him as hard as I could right in the balls with my pointed cowgirl boots! After I rocked his babymakers, he fell down and puked while I stood over him and asked him if he could taste his nuts. His face was priceless! I guess I nailed him so hard his nuts swelled up to the size of oranges and one ruptured and had to be removed (I play college soccer so I know how to blast a ballsack!). I feel a little bad about what happened but he is now saying he never mess with a girl again and he even wears an athletic cup all the time to protect his remaining family jewel. My girlfriends on the soccer team now call me the "nut remover" and say I should hang up a fake pair of nuts like a hunting trophy on a tombstone background with the words "RIP Brian's Nuts-Destroyed By Girl Power" since I sent his nuts to "nut heaven." Other people say I should hang up a guy's athletic cup as a symbol of female power over male weakness (guy's nuts are so vulnerable and they need the extra protection). Any other good nicknames? And what should I hang up? The nuts? The cup? Both? The more names and ideas the better! Be creative! Just wish more girls could experience blasting a jerk's balls! It is such a great feeling seeing a supposedly tough guy go down with one kick. Must suck to have nuts. They are just two targets dangling between a guy's legs! One shot and it is all over.

My life is such a major fuckup and I don't know what to do anymore. Everyone treats me like a child. For instance, I'm one of the slower runners at the track club I run at, so I'm put into the age 9-11 group. I'm 13. One time I even got put in a group of annoying 5 yr olds. I'm also treated like a child by my parents. I'm not allowed to have a cell phone, use the computer unsupervised, and other things. Whenever I try to grow up and be mature, for some reason life won't allow it, and I'm always pushed back down. I also never listen for some reason. I'm always trapped in my mind, thinking about the things I like, daydreaming, and I'm never listening. I don't know why I do this. For some reason I never heed advice from anyone. I once had a counselor to give me advice on life, but I never heeded advice from her for some reason, and my mom was paying her too much, so she pulled me away from her. For some reason I always fight with my little brother. He's 7. Every little thing he does for some reason annoys me. I can't tolerate his singing, copying, anything from him. He never listens to me. Yet I still don't know why I continue to bully him. I also feel like I'm psychic/have ESP. I'm always reacting to exact times, subconsciously noticing patterns, predicting what is going to happen, and other things. Now it's getting to much for me to handle. I don't know how it happened. I've recently been wrongly banned from a minecraft server for 30 days because it said I was fly hacking. I've filled out an appeal for the unfair ban only to get it rejected. The worst part is, I have an account on that server, and I wanted to be a moderator on it. But my punishment is a severe one, and I can't apply for 5 months. FUСKING GREAT. Now I'll have to wait until November. My life is such a failure, and now I feel like KILLING MYSELF. If things are constantly going to be this way, then I just don't want to live like this anymore. Last year I started high school, and I became a friend with this thai boxer (hes 18 now I am16), we are okay friends, the thing is he is quite agressive sometimes, and really sensitive emotionally. Hi I m 15 and my dad is dating my old teacher and my soccer coach. SHe makes me uncomfortable, shes rude and invasive. I hate her for the way shes handled entering my life. I'm in a sad mood: I grew up with this girl.I was in 5th grade when her parents moved into our town. We went to school together and during senior year of high school. She knew I had a thing for her but said our friendship would've not have been ruined because of this. Man I really loved her,we shared so many things. I took her to the prom.After graduation I joined the marines while she went to college. I've been on a 6 months deployment tour last year and before that things were ok with her. I just started school after I moved to a new state and literally a week after I got there this girl got mad because she asked if I was dating someone and I didn't answer her right away because I honestly didn't hear all of what she said.. She then got mad and said I was disrespectful when before that she'd make mean comments about me and sit and talk about me with her friends.. This happens in dance class and I just moved here but because I have more training the teacher moved me up to the highest level for my study hall but I also kept that particular class too.. From there she continued to be mean and she threatened to fight me and said "I wanted to beat her a-- soon as she first came in acting as if she didn't want to talk to anyone." I actually was nervous and barely talked to anyone.. But I opened up with everybody as class continued.. They saw me as one of the best dancers and always complimented my outfits and stuff but I have a very low self esteem even with that.. She really made me not want to go to school. But I continued to ignore her and be nice and she eventually stopped but she talked behind my back.. Why did she act this way before I even got a chance to say my name?

Basically there's this guy I met through my best friend. He seemed cool at first, but then he got to being really really weird, clingy, & slightly obnoxious. He said his ex is friend's with his friend and his friend's wife that is hosting it. And that they have lots of mutual friends so he can't really avoid her. He found out she was going to be there so he contacted her to make it clear that he doesn't want any problems with her. He said he likes me but he's just being honest about his past. He said he had her blocked on Fb and only unblocked her to speak about what happen between them since they had a fight the last time they saw each other and that he wants to get along with her if he has to be around her.
