I'm writing an article about the emotions when someone dies. For people who have lost a friend or friends: I'm just wondering what is it like when a friend dies? Is it similar to loosing family or spouses? Thanks so much for answering. I know it's probably hard to write about so extra thanks for answering . |

I currently live with my mother. My parents are divorced, and my father (who lives in a different state) pays my mother child support. I've read online that legally my parents are required to support me even if I do reach 18, but am still in High school. I even saw an article that said a girl who had just turned 18 had the child support that was originally going to her mother every month, be transferred to her account. This Even though she was living on her own with a part time job while attending a public high school. Is this true? Could I live by myself and receive child support payments from my father? I know my father would approve of me moving out for undisclosed reasons, but I know my mother would not like me getting child support instead of her. Also if anybody went through a similar situation id love to hear about it along with any tips/advice:) |

She's amazing really. Great personality and a good heart but I've noticed some things about her that concern me. Right now she's 26 and still lives with her mom. This girl isn't very smart about the real world and lacks a good amount of life skills it takes to get by in life. She was fired from her first and only job because she wasn't learning fast enough, she doesn't know how to pay bills, she almost lost her money she made at her old job by trying to send it to a closed bank account (she didn't know it was closed), she has trouble making appointments for herself, etc. People have tried to teach her how to do these things but she gets confused easily and tends to screw things up. I don't know if it's because she was just sheltered too much or if she has something mentally wrong with her. She's also way too optimistic and oblivious and spends most of her time playing video games and sketching. How do you help an adult like this who has the mind of a child and doesn't seem to comprehend reality? |

She knows that her father only wants children if he is the custodial parent and does not have to pay a dime in child support to the mother. Her mother gives what her father wanted. She has this need to remind everyone she was first. We all know she was first and supposedly it was a mutual divorce. I believe people need to set boundaries after a divorce, especially if both gave remarried. I don't need to hear about their intimacy and marriage. It isn't jealousy My husband and I have a good marriage and she isn't a threat. I would never bring my past marriage intimacy es in front if Mt ex and his wife. It is my husband's responsibility to set boundaries but he says he doesn't want to rock the boat. If I do it she will probably get worse knowing I don't need to hear about what they did. I get everyone has a past but their marriage and relationship is their nusiness, not mine. She needs to concentrate on her own marriage. If it weren't for the fact that she gets invited to family events, I wouldn't have to hear her stories. |

Before we got super close, I had sex with his brother and his cousin. All 4 of us know about it so he knows. I'm not some whore or anything since I've been with a total of 3 guys sex wise (My first love and my best friend's brother and cousin). I slept with his brother first but my best friend is the one that put us down together before we were close. Once I started catching feelings for my best friend I tried to shake them off by sleeping with his cousin which was a big mistake. Now I don't know if my best friend will want to ever be with me since I've slept with 2 of his family members but he gives me reasons to believe that he like me back now too. Examples: 1. He texts me good morning every day and texts me throughout the entire day. Then at night he calls me or gets on Facetime with me for 3 or 4 hours max before going to bed. Who calls and talks to a girl that much if he doesn't like her. 2. When I talk to him about other guys he seems to get jealous and wants to meet them right off the back or tells me to block their number. 3. He's going to the army soon and says when he gets back he wants to take me on a cruise and asked me do I want to move in with him. 4. Every time I say something nice a guy has done for me, he starts talking about himself and how he can do it better. 5. One time when we in the car he was singing a love song to me. Also when he told me he will be in the army gone for a few years I got emotional and he asked what was on my mind. I told him I couldn't tell him because it would ruin our friendship. Then he kept pushing me to tell him so I said "I just don't want you to forget me when you're gone that's all." Then he said "I feel like there's more so tell me." Of course I couldn't tell him but I think he knows I have feelings for him or something. |

I don't start it but I didn't appease him nor will I ever. We made an arrangement months ago for me to visit I plan trips long in advance. He told me work is too stressful and instead of picking me up from the airport which would only take him an hour each way he wants me to spend 500 dollars on a rental car which is contrary to our prior agreement but is now having his girlfriend pick me up. So no issue Then I tried to talk to him today then he started to get nasty and argue I told him he is not acting like someone I want to visit then he said don't but then texted back to come. This is not normal behavior but I think I can refund most of the ticket money now. Normally we get along very well this is not normal behavior should I go based on this information or not? |

She hasn't come to Dance in 5weeks, she's over exaggerating, we love her so much & have tried everything for her to come back but she's not. 4 days ago I texted her "wanted to say I love & miss u so much! Been thinking about you, I hope your doing great!" She put "aww I love you & miss you too!😘😘😘" (I know she's serious when she says that because she's a very serious, hardly shows emotion kinda lady, who Is very straight up!) today she wasn't on my Facebook anymore, turns out she blocked me, mom & Elena. Why'd she block me?? Anyway, today I texted her saying how much I missed her & love her, how I miss her always (playfully) yelling at me & waving at me, how I hope she's doing good & im always thinking of her. She put "I miss you more! We met online, and hit it off right then. After nearly 6 months, he broke things off. A combination of dealing with things with himself, and maybe a little insecurity. That didn't last long, he ended up calling to reconcile just a few weeks later. Anyway-the point of my question. He has never deleted his online profile. He still logs on I see somewhat frequent, but its not for long. I've talked to him about it twice in the past, each time its just" I log on to clear all the messages, I really don't know how to delete my profile." ( I figured it out just fine)I already know its bull. But why? I don't think he's really talking to anyone else per-say. I really think he just likes looking and, sometimes the attention he may get. He's 41 I'm 33. He's not secretive with his phone, that I've noticed, and mostly when he leaves the room, or showers, he'll leave his phone next to me or on the coffee table. I have never-ever looked. (Honest) There's that saying, "you'll just end up finding what you're looking for." And the way my mind works, if I did look, he would have just deleted anything incriminating, anyway. Thoughts men? ( and women!) any helpful advice, respectful tips etc. Is he just bored looking? They will throw little comments out to me but they wont hold a conversation with me like they do my spouse. Ive tried going out and talking mutiple times to talk to them. We usually let the kids play outside in the evening together I have tried to talk but they only seem interested in talking to my spouse. They also know my spouses name and not mine. Whats the deal and how can i budge my way into the conversation when they clearly have no interest in talking to me? They avoid me and not my spouse when i try to go outside to talk to them? I haven't said anything offensive and have helped when they asked for something. So we live in income based apartments.I dont know if that has anything to do with anything lol. I have never really talked to people here i have always been friendly but I like to avoid drama and it seems to always be around in government housing. They are the first couple i have tried to talk to. Since our children do all play together almost every day now i was hoping to make friends. They have 6 kids we have 1 child. He tells me that what he does during the time i am at work is not my concern and it should not bother me. I complain to him that he can also text me as much, but he always tells me it is not the same talking to me or to his guy friends. When i am at home, he does not sit with his phone but his phone is always next to him and if someone writes to him in the evening, he replies from time to time which makes me angry and frustrated as well, even though he tells me it is normal and that i need to accept it. Should i be bothered? Or am i being unfair and controlling? |

| Posted: 19 Aug 2015 12:06 AM PDT My fiance is so unreliable, he is predictably unreliable. He rarely answers his phone or text messages because he does 15 things at once and won't slow down. He is in the military and gone a lot, he has been off for 6 days and has another 4 days off before he leaves again for 3 months.. How much time has he spent with me? 2 hours. If it pertains to the military he is there on time and makes it happen. He even makes it to his moms. Tonight he was supposed to be over here at 11pm. He wanted to drop some things off at base and I asked him to wait, but as always he didn't listen and did as he pleased and went anyway. He fell asleep there because he was exhausted and I stayed up till 2am waiting and not even a phone call. I don't know how to tell him this is not working and to figure it out. I'm pissed and fed up. |

But in other relationships Guys haven't been affection as this one. He always has to touch me.Example were riding in the car has to hold my hand or his hand in my lap. We're sitting on the couch has to have me as close as possible. another thing is he always kissing me. Examples we're riding in the car he'll look at me a certain way and start kissing me God forbid we hit a red light he starts kissing me. If we are sitting on the couch, his roommate right there, he starts kissing me. if I'm just talking to him mid sentence hell enterupt me and start kissing me. I'll be on the phone in front of him talking to whoever and he'll start kissing me. I can't even watch a movie without him pulling me in and start kissing me. If we're just walking somewhere hell literally stop and start kissing me. I just don't get it. When we are around each other it's like we spend 90% of the time kissing making out. my lips hurt. Either this is what normal people do constantly or I've just never been with a guy that affectionate and I mean full on we're about to make out kind of kiss and with the touching. maybe I'm thinking way to much into it. my question is why does he constantly do this? What does it mean? I'm 21 he's 23. he just got back from his deployment and he told that he didn't have sex with anyone or do anything with anyone since we had started talking. So I just don't know any advice |

Okay so I had a child 5 years ago and after I had her I decided I wasn't cut out to care for a newborn but now that she is older I went looking for her and found her. I want her back and want to speak to her right now parents about adopting her. I think of it like they borrowed my shirt; like I was fat back then and the shirt didn't fit cause it was a size 0 so now 5 years later I am skinny enough to wear the shirt so they should give it back. I carried her and gave birth to her and yeah. What would be the process of adopting my daughter? |
| Posted: 18 Aug 2015 10:20 PM PDT ok so my parents have decided to help my older sister get married. its natural in our culture for the parents to run the wedding and stuff. however my father is sick and requires constant medical care. most of our life saving has been gone towards his sickness and what is left now will be used for her marriage. the problem is we his healthcare sort of free for now because he is working but it can change any moment and when it does we are screwed. as it is really expensive. i am no hwhere in life still in college and it iwll take me another 2 years to get my education done. |

I m in college now and never see her. (I m a girl BTW). I emailed her once asking if she wanted to get together sometime and be friends (sense we aren t student/teacher anymore). She never responded, but I know she read it. I know her personal home address because I looked it up online. So I m sure she won t reply even to a hand written letter if she didn t want to reply to an email. But I just want to know if it s somehow illegal for me to send a letter to a former teacher s home. when the teacher has no idea I know her address. Would that scare her or freak or out? I m not doing it to be weird or anything. Is there anything wrong about this as long as I m not threatening her or anything? And I know, if she didn t respond to an email she probably wants nothing to do with me, but I m stubborn and bored. I'm not a lesbian. Just because I want another female to be my friend doesn't mean I want to get-it-on with her!!! |

This week it has been happening almost everyday, I thought it was just an anxiety attack. But tonight my shoulder and arm were hurting, when i breathed i felt stinging pain in my shoulder and back. But now i feel it under my ribs on the right side. Its still hard to breath unless and get a deep breath. What is wrong? |

But i mostly broken up with him because i do not like being controlled he is a control freak. Recently we have been so dull. In social situations I do try to make an effort to carry out harmless conversation in good intent, but then it always ends up in awkward silence and icy glares. I can't account for it but it feels like aversion in those glares. Other people seem to get along fine. I don't get it. |

However; we known each other for 16 years, and unveiled the curtain since we spoke recently, finding out that we have a massive emotional, sexually bond toward each other and talk and chat for hours on the phone. We both don t want to leave our spouse, but we have the hardest time being in the same room as each other without wanting to burn the midnight oil. Its like a raging fire burning that can t be extinguish. What should we do? Should we have an affair with each other that is already starting, or should we keep talking and leave it at that just a love conversation? The other option would be to get divorce and go that route but I don't believe that she wants that, and I know I don't. I am happy with my life and marriage, but she is like a women of desire, a women that is well means everything to me. I moved because I really didn't have any other place to go cause my parents got divorced and we had to sell our house and I couldn't afford rent by myself. I've been staying with my aunt but we have different personalities and we butt heads alot and don't really get along. I already have a job and I'm going to college with all online classes. But I've been really missing home and my family lately. My dad told me that he was looking for an apartment after living with his parents for a while and said if I want to come back home, I could stay with him. I do have other family in the neighboring cities that are basically connected that I could potentially stay with. But I really miss home and the city is so big and busy all the time. Should I move back home? |

I wanna say he's in his mid 20's (I'm a college kid by the way) Anyway he was nice to me when I first started. He always greeted me when I walked in and he would joke with me here and there. He can be relatively playful. Now when I talk to him its awkward. I mean he is slightly awkward but i feel as though its worse when we interact not to mention he acts like I don't exist sometimes. It's driving me crazy. I don't feel like transferring again twice because last year I had family issues. So should I just drop out? Get a tutor? I dunno if I can. |
