My wife just recently got a new job. She was told it would be 30 hours a week 9 an hr. Now this manager calls to tell her he has to cut her hours because they are doing renovations and doesn't have the extra hours not at least until October and for her to come in on Saturdays only for 5 hours. I'm very upset and so is my wife and I'm pissed off that this manager said some things that should have been said from the very beginning before she accepted the job. He says he doesn't want to lose her because she been improving since she been in training and that it's only just 4 weeks. Now I don't know how we going to pay some of these bills.

Last Monday.. My best friends fiancé fell while on a construction job.. And passed away 5 days before their wedding.. His family is trying to take everything.. I'm wondering if a marriage certificate would make a difference in any of his belongings or life insurance?

Does that mean I can be married to a man AND a woman?

My husband and I are getting a mutual divorce. We only need a lawyer to fill out the paper work. We have agreed to everything including no alimony and he pays $250 child support a month. I met my husband while I was working at a gas station. It was love at first sight for him. He told me he was in love with me about the third time we seen each other. I was ordered to pay child support arrearages which I m almost done paying off. It s taken out of my check with regular support. When I m done paying the arrearages do I need to file a modification, or can I just go to court and get the arrearages dropped off my wage garnishment since its paid? I mean, arrearages and regular support are different so why would I have to modify regular support, although I m sure the custodial parent will ask for my income verification to see if it can be increased since its been 2 years since the last order.

My husband and I moved here (near my family) about 3 years ago. Somehow my husband isn't happy being here. He wants us to move back. He saids the reason he came here is because he wanted to see me happy but come to realized he isn't happy here and wants his family (us) to move back. As for myself am not happy going with him. Being here near family I realize he does spend more time with his family (us) but, he isn't happy being here. Back where we lived, he's never home, i feel all alone. I'm not happy being there. This person waited for my divorce to be finalized and asked me out on a date. I suspected he liked me more than a friend while I was married. i have this thing where I really want my wife to swallow it all, every drop. It feels complete to me. My wife recently turned the tables on me and told me that if I wanted her to continue, that I would have to take all of my load and swallow every drop. I did last night and I felt kind of gay after I did it but that feeling went away after about 30 minutes. Is this normal to feel this way after? Also it did not bother me after the first few seconds. I've been married to my husband for about 3 months. Okay my soon to be ex husband & I are getting a divorce. He left me & now with a new girl. We aren t divorce yet. I still love him & hate at the same time. We were together off and in for fifteen years. There was drugs involved and questionable behavior on his part. Wierd and sick sex and or of all that mess we have for beautiful children that no longer have contact with him. It's a very messed up situation but I'm in agony trying to cope with the loss. People tell me that he's not worth it and I can do better but that is my husband and he doesn't want me any more. He found some one else. I married a man I was set up with by my best friend who thought his nephew and I made a good match. I did, too, and after a year of getting to know each other we decided to get married. The friend thought he had done a great job. Unfortunately, my now husband had other plans. He used me for a conditional green card. I became pregnant unexpectedly (the condom broke) and this was discovered soon after I had returned to the US. My husband and his family had flown me to their country of India for the wedding and covered it. Our son is born. His father takes interest the first few months and after that, basically ignores him. My husband remained in India until our son was 15 months. When he came back to the US, he pretty much wanted nothing to do with us. He had that conditional green card and went immediately to my inlaws in Canada. Hee has gone back and forth from California to Canada since he came back in March. He has no contact with me or his son. He has no interest. I learned this is typical behavior of those who use citizens this way. I'm going to file for an annulment. I've already filed with Homeland Security and Immigration. For our son....is there any reason I should fear that he will be taken from me? Or will they automatically grant me full custody as it is extremely unlikely my husband will even show up for court?

My husband doesn't think he should work anymore than I do because I make $130k annually before taxes. Yes we can easily live off of that, we're paying mortgage on a house and making payments for 3 cars but isn't it fair that he should work too? We don't even have kids to take care of. i got married and had a child, my wife isn't who I thought she was and i fell out of love. I cheated with a coworker who I'm currently moved in with but not before I accidentally knocked my wife up before leaving. I want nothing to do with my wife besides all of the children stuff and have been trying to save money for a divorce. I believe she has gone off the deep end because she quit her job, she wont stop harassing and has turned my friends and family ageist me by saying that I had been abusing her physically and mentally for years even though it didn't happen. she had attacked my girlfriend at taco bell and denied it in court. she will not let me see my daughter unless she is right there making it impossible for us to have father daughter time. In sort I do not talk to her unless I plan on seeing my daughter in fear of giving her some insane hope of us getting back together and its for this reason I am asking should I go to my wife's ultrasound appointment? I know that this baby is my responsibility and would love to be apart of its life but, she's crazy. let me explain, my wife was the perfect women until we got married. she was a good mother, homemaker and potential wife but, after we got married and I stepped up and got a better job and then later on went to school to get an even better job, she stepped down and began watching netflix 9-10 hours a day, stopped doing laundry, stopped cooking and washing dishes. I stepped up again and tried to do be the homemaker too but, working 40+ hours a week and going to school I couldn't do that too. my daughters safety is also at stake here. my wife doesn't watch our two year old daughter, when we were together she would sleep while our child would play in the bedroom and eat old McDonald sandwiches that she would leave for her every morning while I was at work.
