Question: Poll: Should we legalize object marriage? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 09:12 PM PDT Examples include letting people marry there tv computers the Eiffel tower, statue of liberty etc. Sadly marriage is failing so maybe we can lower the divorce rate by letting people marry there cellphones. I just think its a good idea because a cellphone will never break your heart unlike a self-absorbed person choosing there videogames over you.
Question: Caressing your hair or caress your hair? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:43 PM PDT what is the diference?
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:31 PM PDT While we were dating there were times when I would be on the bed & he would be watching tv & he wouldn't even touch me. I always initiated sex & at times he even said no to me when I would ask for sex. He always like to do it doggie style & asked if he could do it anal. He once told me it would be ok with him if I had sex with him & another man at the same time while we were having sex!! His guy friend moved in with us & he preferred to spend time with him than with me. I once asked him if he was gay & he got so mad. I asked him recently if he was bi & he said no. He is verbally abusive to me & has even told me he regrets marrying me. Everyone tells me even his friends that he hit the jackpot with me but he doesn't treat me like he hit the jackpot. He has admitted to having to swinger parties and threesomes in the past before he met me. One time when I lick him in his anus he got really excited and nervous and stopped me He would be so homophobic

Question: How to tell husband I dont want him sleeping in and forcing our baby to sleep in as well.? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 07:55 PM PDT
Question: Is it right to be upset over my name? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 07:51 PM PDT So I just recently found out that I technically only have 3 names. My first, middle, and last. When I was growing up I always thought that I had 4 names because I also had my mothers last name. It says I do on my birth certificate and Ssn. I just found out that I only have 3 because my parents weren t married when I was born and when they got a divorce my dad changed it and only made me go by his last name. When I found out it upset me because I m not in my mothers life and it wasn t right for him to take her name away from me. It hurt me so bad I don t want to talk to him because he had no right taking her name away from me.. Is it stupid that I m upset? Even though he did raise me himself and doesn t want anything to do with her?
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 07:49 PM PDT I picked up a job last month in the mornings (going from being a stay at home mom) and my husband stays up til well after 1 am and sleeps in until whenever. He makes our 16 minth old lie in bed with him probably in hope she will sleep more than 12 hours per night. This makes me want to quit my job and would make him have to work even harder. We just moved into a much more expensive apartment and one of his jobs cut his hours substantially.

Question: WTF??? Why is she being weird? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 06:43 PM PDT So this girl I used to work with and I were friends. I am a married guy with a family. We only worked together about 6 months. She was friends with all the guys me included. Our work situation wasn't the best. Everyone was trying to leave. She was friends with all the guys except me on LinkedIn. I requested her and she started sending me messages mostly about work with some joking in between. She found a job at a great company and kind of reeled me in. She helped me get the job which awesome but it's like an hour commute. During the hiring process we would text almost everyday mostly about the job. The hiring process took over a month. She'd ask me how I felt about it if I wanted it and if I would say maybe or probably not shed seem to be upset and would rush off and tell a buddy about the job like right in front of me. I'd be like "what the hell?" In my head. So now we work together and I have to make the effort to talk with her. She hasn't seen my desk yet. I've asked her to join for lunch and she will make up an excuse and text me later and sat next week. Now I see her and she'll like act like she doesn't see me I have to say hey first. i want to be friends, why is she acting like this?
Question: Legalities of not reporting neighbors huge fight? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 06:37 PM PDT My neighbors were fighting last night. As entertaining and adrenaline pumping as it was, I was left delighted. The woman is a total *****, always has been to me. Her husband is nice but he is a drunk. I recorded the entire thing and was going to upload to youtube here shortly. She hit him with a beer bottle first. Then he began to beat the tar out of her as she screamed for help. This all took place in front of her 4 year old child. She was screaming at him for beating her in front of her child. The cops were never called. Some people have said I'm legally obligated to report this? I don't want to get involved in their affairs and have him mad at me. And personally she deserved it for hitting him first with a beer bottle. My youtube video of the event is below. Listen and give me opinions. https://youtu.be/P23qC4UWPRQ Further add that my patented argument-O-meter has ranked tons of fights on youtube, my neighbors fighting and my parents fighting. If possible, I'd like to have a youtube channel dedicated to videos and recordings of parents and couples fighting, along with my patented argument-O-meter rating for the fights. Patented argument-O-meter.
Question: Am I the only one who doesn't want marriage? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 06:30 PM PDT I know marriage isn't for everyone, but I feel alone in my decision. All my friends want marriage, and I feel like I'm going to be left behind when all of them get married. Am I alone? Are there other people who don't want to get married?

Question: My wife is divorcing and wants half the money, can I spend it all right now? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 05:59 PM PDT She hasn't had a job in years yet she wants half of the money I made. What happens if I spend all the money right now? Does she get half of the stuff I buy? And what if I buy it and give it as a gift to someone?
Question: Is it selfish for a man to not share his financial information with his fiance/wife? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 05:56 PM PDT Lets say a man has a new job and business and things are looking up to him, but he's skeptical to share that information with his girlfriend/fiance/wife. Is he selfish for that? In the real world, females do have ulterior motives. If a man brings up his current financial situation to her, she might have a certain impression and would want him even more, with a certain motive.

Question: What would my child and my husband s ex s child be to each other? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 05:48 PM PDT So my husband s ex wife and I have become really close friends and we started wondering if there was a word for what my future children and her future children would be to each other. Her and my husband have 2 children. So the new babies would be siblings to both. I know it s a weird situation but we re all just one big family. Just wondering if there s any words for what our children would be to the other.

Question: Can CPS drop a case after they couldn't interview my child? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 05:44 PM PDT My ex smokes pot. He does in front of my 14 year old. He has admitted to smoking in my son's counseling session. CPS was called by the counselor after he smoked in front of my son. CPS first came to my home. As part of the investigation, they went to the ex. My ex would not let them in his house or interview my son there. My son came home. CPS informed me that they were super busy and couldn't come out that day, so my son went to a friends house. CPS shows up when he is at his friends. CPS tells me there's no case. That a temp. worker is going to interview my son as the main one doesn't see a case, she is busy and is going on vacation. CPS riled my ex and informed his Facebook friends (I am secretly a friend unbeknownst to him), and via his friends I have been threatened to be beat up, kneecapped, and killed. My ex makes all the money. He wants our son to live with him so he doesn't have to pay child support. His night job is as a dj for raves. He wants custody and has gotten a lawyer. He is now refusing to pay court ordered spousal support. Can CPS just drop a case? They riled my ex up and now I'm dealing with the consequences. Where can I get a free lawyer as I can't afford one?

Question: Why do people consider being a housewife a bad thing? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 04:46 PM PDT I am a housewife to my military husband. I clean the house everyday, I make dinner, do the laundry, give him massages and anything else he needs. I enjoy living this way. We aren't at all struggling for money and don't pay rent since we live in base housing. All the people in my life keep telling me I need to "do something with my life" But to me, taking care of my husband and starting a family IS doing something with my life. They keep saying "we don't live in the 50s anymore" and "you don't have to live like that." but I like doing these things. He works hard so I make sure he comes home to a clean house, dinner, and a massage. I don't understand what's wrong with this.. Does anyone have an views on this?
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 04:39 PM PDT married for 25 yrs. and i have been in a sexless marriage for most of it. I always thought something was wrong with me. 6 yrs ago my BIL seduced me and we had an intimate relationship since. It was wonderful, the sex. But I love my husband enough that I ended the relationship because my BIL became to possessive and controlling and basically scared the shi*t out of me. I want to keep peace in my family but he is so mean and nasty to mean and insists that I am weak because I won't continue to see him...should I apologize? Mind you I have been told on numerous occasions to find a boyfriend
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 04:39 PM PDT I met my husband in high school and he was everything that I could ever ask for. Tall, handsome, rock hard abs, smart, sophisticated, respectful and funny. He was respectful of the fact that I wanted to wait for sex until marriage. 2 years and a half after high school we finally got married. Last week was when we tied the knot and on the night of our wedding.. it was finally the moment I had been waiting for.. except it wasn't. He revealed his penis to me and it was terribly small (3 inches) we had sex and I was expecting it to hurt but I hardly felt a thing. I feel so dissatisfied and I don't want to spend the rest of my life with a man that can't fulfil my needs. I don't know if I should stay or not, I am in love with him but I'm completely turned off of him sexually.
Question: Do both people go to the divorce consultation? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 04:26 PM PDT I know most people go without their spouse but if they both want the divorce and agree on it ,do they both go? I know most people do it without their spouse with them but if both agree is it normal to go together?
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 04:01 PM PDT My ex husband cheated on me with two women, one that he is married to now. He married her before we even divorced. I know bigotry. I never loved him so I got over it fast. Fast foreward, aI met a man online sepetated but still living in the house. He says all the right things. Says his marriage is over, but he can't let his wife know he's dating. He has to keep up appearances. This whole thing feels wrong, but we are crazy about eachother. I have tried to cutbhimboff 3 times. We have gone out and decided, his idea not to have sex because he wants me to know. He wants this for long term. I still date, it makes him mad but I told him I'm not stopping my life. He understands. I swear he's my soul mate but I know I'm so very wrong. He says the marriage is over.
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 03:49 PM PDT He's a really good man, and we love each other dearly, just latey he's been kind of pathetic for lack of a better word. He's really down because he's not doing well at his job and I'm about to deploy. I've tried everything to try to motivate him and get his spunk back, and nothing is working. Not talking, not doing special little things for him, not slipping in compliments to boost his ego... I just don't know what to do.

Which he didn't tell me till now. Than has told me he likes me. I'm kind of confused how to deal with this. I care about him. He's been there for me a lot since we've known each other...but i think he is confused. |
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 03:23 PM PDT I read somewhere about a couple divorcing amicably and continuing to live together. Things were great for a few years, but eventually the ex-husband wanted to have his new love move in and the ex-wife move out. The ex-wife sued him in court and because there was no difference in their living arrangement after the divorce, she got 1/2 the marital property. Is this true?

Posted: 10 Aug 2015 02:35 PM PDT We have been married for a little over two years... he is a GREAT father.. but it breaks my heart to even imagine having my daughter with divorced parents but also I wouldn't want her to grow up in an unhappy marriage ... I don't know what to do.. if I should leave him or not.. He gets mad when my female friend comes over and spends time with me. He asked me to take a picture of my friends baby I went to visit to make sure I really did visit her, even tho he used the excuse that he wants the pic to see if the baby is cute. He got mad I kissed a guy on the cheek to say bye to him once- in my Mexican culture, its normal to kiss on cheeks goodbye.. He is also Hispanic so he knows.. He sends me a text message asking me why im not home yet if there is traffic and I get home ten minutes later than usual.. he does all these controlling things all the time.. he gets mad angry over simple stupid things and ive tried to talk through it with him and try to change things.. he used to slap my arm when he got angry, but he has stopped.

Question: Do I have to tell my ex if my child is going to therapy for his neglect? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 11:59 AM PDT She was just evaluated by a Psychologist today. He recommended outpatient therapy since her father just got re-married and she is having a hard time coping with the change. She said in the session "I hate my new mom, I hate my new house" and said she doesn't want her dad around anymore because he doesn't love her. My ex neglects her now and does things like makes her sit at another table while he eats dinner with his new wife in another room. Since he has part-custody, does he need to know she is going to be in treatment? I was told the therapist will be in a room alone with her and I won't even be in there. She needs help, and my exes theory is that she has no problems (She has been self-injuring and needs help). Does he need to know? He will try to intervene in and act like she doesn't need mental help. Ty.
Question: Dealing with in laws? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 11:53 AM PDT I'm beginning to feel some type of way toward my wife's sister. Ever since we been married, she comes over unannounced, interrupts our personal time etc etc and it's obvious she does it on purpose but my wife never says anything and if I speak on it then I'm the wrong one. Is this normal ? Why is it happening ? And will it stop.
Question: I'm married and I keep having feelings for others, what do I do? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 11:49 AM PDT It sounds bad. But I don't know what to do. I Haven't done anything actually. That's not true, I pursued someone from work, who seems to have an open relationship, but he hasn't called me in a week, so basically it's nothing. I just feel neglected at home and all conversations about sexual needs haven't made a difference. It's been 10 years and nothing. On the flip side, there's a second man who flirts with me, we've known each other a long time and again I don't pursue it. I really feel down about everything. I Just want to be appreciated, cared for, etc. I feel that I'm mentally breaking down. I'm to the point where I feel like texting the first man and point blank asking him... but I don't do it. I keep holding back. I keep getting more frustrated.

Question: SHOULD I E-MAIL HIM? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 10:47 AM PDT 71 days ago my husband abandoned our marriage and worse, our then 8 month old son. I e-mailed him on the 3rd of August and he read it. I decided to send him one e-mail on the 3rd of every month starting next month regarding our son and updating him on his milestones/current stance. I do not mention myself, my personal life, our past together, or his personal life. I do not beg him to be a father anymore. I simply update him as though we are long distance best friends and send pictures. My friend says he doesn't deserve to know anything (she's right) and others say it is feeding his ego, but I think that is crazy. I don't want him back and I don't say things that make it sound like I do. My intentions with this is the hopes that one day he reads one and decides to reply "I'd like to see my son.". I wouldn't be there and I won't be in his life. I'll never stop hoping he is a father though. My son deserves the best. So what are your thoughts? Married men and women, what would this approach mean to you? My last email I clearly stated I stopped the divorce proceedings (he refuses to be served or do anything to help divorce) and I will enjoy knowing he can't ever marry someone else. I hoped this would initiate a divorce, so he could reclaim his power or maybe his side piece would demand divorce after my words, but still he acts as though we don't exist. So...tell me what you think.

Question: How do I approach this with my wife without causing an argument? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 10:01 AM PDT My daughter is leaving a week from today for her freshman year in college. My wife is home since her new job doesn't start for a few weeks. Today we had some issues with her financial aid so I asked my wife to contact them to finalize everything. She replies that the wait time was like 10 minutes and she didn't want to wait on the phone that long. She suggested we just wait till we're on campus next week and talk to them then. Next week is gonna be hella busy with students trying to check in plus the fact that SHE'S HOME. It's not like she's working like me. She has a bluetooth headset so she's not even actually holding the phone. Plug the earphones in her ear, dial the number, then watch TV until they answer. How hard is that? How should I approach this without causing an argument? If this were her son I'm sure she'd wait on the phone till someone answered. My daughter, her son, our kids. What does it matter? The issue is this. She's sitting at home doing nothing and I've asked her, cause I'm at work and can't call, to contact the school prior to us showing up next week. She doesn't want to wait on the phone for 10 minutes. She's been sitting on her tail all day but 10 minutes on the phone is too much for her.
Question: Would you leave the USA to live in another country with your wife? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 09:53 AM PDT I am marrying next month to my wife in Finland. Personally i hate the states for numerous reasons but mostly the politically correct crowds. I feel the USA is sinking fast and instead of talking about it, people here are obessed with the trivial nonsense. So i was wondering if you had a opportunity to leave americas shores to be with your wife in her country, would you do it and why.
Question: So my husbands ex is back in his life? What do I do? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 09:42 AM PDT So here's the story: My husband and this girl where together for like 2 years and she was extremely emotionally abusive and manipulative. When they broke up, she manipulated him into having sex with her, like a lot and even faked a pregnancy to try to get him back. When he wouldn't get back together with her, she went to the church leaders and lied about everything that happened to spin my husband in a bad light and when my husband and I started dating about a year and a half ago (3 months after all this happened) she was still trying to text him and get him back. My husband and I got married and she suddenly "got over him" and got married like 3 months later. But she used to play piano on the church worship team and she left the church after her and my husband broke up. BUT we have a new worship pastor who wasn't here when all this happened and my husband gets paid to play bass every service and my husbands ex has been getting scheduled to play almost every week. It honestly really bothers me that she's there and I don't know what to do. Should I get over it? Or should I talk to the worship leader? Or what? I feel like I could be overreacting but I also feel like I have a right to be upset, like why is she even there?? Even if she is married now too, there's still this big history there and I don't want her manipulative bitchy *** working closely with my husband for like 5 hours two days a week. I don't know...
Question: Found light brown powder in husband's room, what kind of drug is this? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:49 AM PDT It's light brown and powder with some crystally chunks in it. I know heroin is the obvious answer but he insists that it's not. He said it is percocet but I've never heard of percocet looking like that. I'm trying to give him the benefit of the doubt... Is there any kind of pain medication that is brown powder and smoked?
Question: Married but cant stop thinking about someone else? Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:35 AM PDT I've been with my husband for 4 years. We just got married 3 months ago.. We are young (early 20s) and married. I'm in love with him but for some reason I can't stop thinking about this guy I grew up. We never dated. We were raised in the church together and our families hung together. He always had a crush on me but I also seen him as like a brother because I've known him my entire life... As we got older I started getting feelings but I easily brushed it off when I met my now husband. While me and my now husband were in the dating stage, he cheated on me and nick ((the guy i cant stop thinking about)) was there to comfort me and was just a really good friend while I was down... we actually started talking during that time. We admitted to each other that we had feelings but we drifted apart because of my emotions and confusion and i eventually went back to my now husband but now i keep dreaming about him and find myself thinking about him when I don't even know it. My mother always told me that's who I will be with ((( before my husband was in my life ))) but I never took it seriously. We see each other every Sunday for church and I always get a butterfly feeling when I see him.. I really hate this because I do love my husband and we happy together, but it's something in the back of my mind that's telling me I made the wrong decision and it's killing me and I hate it.. I feel like every time I think about nick. I'm cheating on my husband emotionally and I

Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:25 AM PDT Please help me explain to him so he understand the safety concerns and the what if's i have regarding this situation. I had enough, i confronted him and was ignored. I called the police and they caught him, the following day he did it again. I told him he is no longer to have the children in that car, he thinks im being a b*tch and trying to hold the kids from him. How can i get him to see where i am coming from as a concerned mother of her children. He has a suspended licence, has been caught several times since and had a DUI on top of this.
Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:21 AM PDT Do you think it is appropriate for a co-worker to fix your husband's coat jacket collar at work? Your husband is in a director type position. Most people will point it out..hey your collar is turned up. But in this case...someone decides to do the honors and fix it herself for him. No boundaries were established I assume. The kicker part is that hubby is saying "I don't have any control over that"....my opinion is that you made it too comfortable for her to even touch you what's next that you won't have any control over...

Posted: 10 Aug 2015 08:01 AM PDT I received a big brown envelop with some undergarments. They were not mine. The letter had hotel stationary on it. It stated that they had found "My items" and as a courtesy were mailing them back. My husband swears he was not at the hotel. Please help.
