I ve known him for a year but I was in a relationship at the time and so was he. Now we re both single. He s 30 I m 28. He s very attractive and so am I. We ve already had sex a few times. But I ve noticed a few things that rub me the wrong way... he works all day from 5am to 1am 6 days out the week, he has changed his schedule slightly to work less to see me more because I complained about it. His house was dirty and I had to ask him to clean it, he did but I think it seems lazy of him that I had to ask him to clean his own home. He has helped me out a few times and he s really sweet to me but I don t know if it s because he just likes the way I look and the sex. On and off.It was decided We would mive again together this October.His brother was Diagnosed recently and has started chemo..I insantly wanted to keave everything and mive back with them asap.. So, I began not trusting because of that. We worked it out, I asked her not to see guy friends anymore without me and she respected that. Things were going well for awhile until last weekend. she had a pre-planned vacation to Miami with her two girlfriends. Both 21 & 24 and single. I was okay, but when it happened I just didn't feel right about it. She tried reassuring me she loves me and isn't like that, however I just don't trust the situation. If it was Disneyland I would have felt better about it. When she came back she tried to break up with me because of my trust issues in her. She was acting totally stern and was mad saying she doesn't even know why she came over, yet I was trying very hard to work things out and apologize for some of the insecurities I have and explain why. We are back together now, but I need an opinion on what to do. I feel like at my age I am not in the wrong. I helped her through it and we both agreed that we clicked and we like each other. The night after the breakup we made out. We are really into each other. I talked to her and we learned about each other for 2 and a half weeks. Then when I asked "what are we" she said that she's needs a little bit of a break from dating. She said that she needs me in her life and she can't say for sure if we'll be in a relationship or not because she doesn't want to hold me back and she will allow me to move on. (I have had the same schedule for MONTHS) He's offered to help me with things/said stuff like "I'll be right over here if you need any help" etc. but only to me instead of all the other people around. (I can definitely lift bigger boxes than most the people that were there) We've hung out a few times outside work, but I bombed it because I pretty much never talk, but he still was nice and said we should do it again and gave more suggestions for things to do. We text sometimes, but of the 10 or so days that we've text, he's only initiated it like 3 times.. and he just sends me some pic/gif of adventure time/regular show/rick and morty. (which I mean, we both like, but?) He calls me by my nickname which I like. He's called me dude in person once, and never again, and once in text. Older woman(my friend)at work keeps joking to ask him out already. And the first time I mentioned his name she immediately told me that he is single with no kids.. and then later talked about finding me someone to date, Does she know something I don't know? I don't know what info is useful or not..? Idk, I think it's just friendly but my friend/coworker (who knows everything about everyone) keep joking with me to just ask him out makes me unsure? Talked for an hour and a half without any awkward silences. He introduced himself as single and he asked if I was single had if I had been married. I'm a few years older than he is although we're both over 30. Well it seemed really relaxed and we had so much to talk about. We arranged to meet again and he asked me to message him with a text to read beforehand so I did yesterday and we met after work last night in a cafe/bar. Talked for 2 hours and he lauded to the fact that I was nice and slim. He looks directly into my eyes and he smiles a lot..but never mentions other girls or never flirts directly. Just that his eyes are staring at me. Then after 2 hours, I was going to order to eat and he said he had to go to another place (but didn't say where). Then he said when parting - see you again to continue this interchange. Does it sound like he is just being friendly or he likes me? |
