He's usually so sweet all the time, he tells me how I'm the most beautiful girl, or how smart I am, or how lucky he was to find me. He was never mean before, but the last two years he's been slowly changing. After sex he starts huge argumemts, accuses me of being unfaithful, of not loving him, he's even accused me of being out to get him. During sex he's become a lot more physical. He now likes to wrap his hand around my throat, at first I thought it was sexy, but his grip is getting tighter. I've asked him to stop, which he will, but the next time he'll do it again. My question is, should I skip town going from Reno to a different state, taking my kid and leaving without notice or stay. Information: for four years now I ve found myself trapped in a abusive relationship both phisically and verbally. I have a two year old son, almost three now. JV, who could once walk and work, can now neither walk, speak properly, nor think correctly. Although JV has money, he has never given any to PR or her daughter. My husband will do this thing where he will manipulate me and say and do things and get me so mentally twisted and confused I get angry, I realize I am feeling that way and try to walk away to calm down but he will follow me everywhere taunting me or will stand in front of me and not let me pass, which makes me angrier, he will stand there with this "I'm Mr. Perfect my **** don't stink" smirk on his face and calmly say to me like I'm a baby "I'm not raising my voice to you, why are you raising your voice to me? You need to go see someone cause there is something wrong with you" It's wrong and I in no way condone it but if someone was doing that to you, would you want to or would you slap them across the face?

You don't hear people saying "Oh no living with my flatmate/ girlfriend/ boyfriend is falling apart. I think I might actually call it quits". Why is marriage so different? I put 500 in the joint account for three bills that were due. He took out 450 and only paid two of my bills and used 200 to pay one of his bills then said I need to put 200 more for the bill I initially put the money in the account for. Should I do it? I am pretty upset because he withdrew 100 at two different times (it was extra money in the account) and didn't say anything. I believe that was his money for the bill that he spent then he used the 200 from my bill money to cover whatever bill he had to pay.

Whenever we would go out with friends we would ask the other. However we felt guilty leaving and we knew the other would get irritated. It is weird and we don't want to end up hating each other. We decided to make an effort to take a break at least monthly or every other week to do something we enjoy while the other watches the kids. This a good strategy? We think it will improve happiness and our marriage.
