Question: Finance lies about previous marraige? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 08:28 PM PDT Wedding around the corner; today I hear my fiancé had a divorce he never told me about. He denied it saying his sister lied. He only dated that person a little and didn't marry her. This upset me because a year ago I learned that his (only) wife had passed away with cancer. Then someone told me it was a heart attack. It was three months and many family members telling me before he finally admitted it was a heart attack. Gave several reasons for lying. Then today he denied he had a divorce before the wife I knew about passed away. He denied it for 3 hours til I was upset at the conflicting stories and then confessed he had been divorced but that was ages ago and he didn't want to remember it so he blocked it out. I have no doubt that he loves me totally and I believe there are no more secrets. But my heart feels broken about the lying. I know some will say get over it; what happened in previous relationships should not count with the current one. Start from now. On the other hand, can anyone identify with the awful scared feeling I have that he had a problem covering up things to avoid embarrassment? |

Posted: 27 Aug 2017 08:12 PM PDT I have been with my husband for about 14 years. Currently, things are going well and he treats me really good. However, it hasn t always been this way. He used to cheat on me constantly and was verbally abusive. This was when I was younger and barely stood up for myself. His current self has me thinking of how things used to be and it makes me upset. I ve been thinking about cheating as revenge or ranting in order to make him feel bad. Has anyone else experience this and will I be able to shake these feelings. |

Question: Is my husband rude or I'm being irrational? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 06:53 PM PDT My husband is very social and every time we are in group or with someone he talks wayyyy to much!!!! Once he starts talking he doesn't stop. It makes me mad sometimes because I look stupid because I never get a chance to speak. So I feel like I'm not there since my husband is the only one who talks. Even a friend noticed this and told my husband one time: "Let your wife speak" because all he did was talk and talk and I had to be quiet the entire time waiting for him to finish. He even does this when we go visit my parents. I can't even have a conversation with my own parents anymore because he starts talking to them and the conversation never finishes. So most of the time I feel left out. I would like to talk too but it would be easier if my husband stays quiet for a moment since I'm also there, and not just him. Sometimes I have to interrupt him and say I want to speak but after he continues to talk non stop. So is this rude on his part? Maybe he doesn't do it intentionally but it's annoying. |

Question: Me and my partner DO NOT agree on how many times visitors should come OVER. Are we doomed? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 03:50 PM PDT So me and my partner live with one of our parents because we're tight on money for now but my partner likes to bring guests over everyday for drinking beer, smoking, and basically to me its like a party. I DON'T like visitors over basically call me a grouch but I'm very discreet. I like to read a book in a quite night and just keep to my partner. My partner is the total opposite and likes people over everyday and thinks I'm boring and restrictive. I've moved back inwirh my parents because they're more similar to me. They don't like guests over neither. What can we do I still love us. |

Question: I saw my wife cheating on me with a guy but I found it a turn-on? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 03:07 PM PDT We've been married for ten years and have two daughters. We're both 35 and have jobs. Two days ago I got home early from work because I had a doubt that my wife was cheating on me and I wanted to confirm it. The reason I had this doubt was because each week my wife would ask me when I'd be coming home. 2 or 3 times a week she would ask me this. Mostly on Thursdays and Fridays. At first I didn't care much because she said her reason for asking was to know whether I could pick up the kids from school. And, every time I had to say no because I usually come home late in the evening. When this kept on going, I got suspicious. So, last Friday I wanted to confirm my suspicions and I did. But, instead of being angry I found myself feeling aroused. Now, I'm confused about my feelings and haven't yet told my wife that I know about the affair. I am hurt but also turned on at the some time. I don't know what to do? Am I weird? |
Question: How do I marry at 17 without parents permission? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 03:05 PM PDT My bf is 19 but our parents object saying we're too young. My dad said I need to focus on college but I don't want to go back to high school even. I decided want I want to be a housewife. Don't need school for that. We've been dating 4 years. ready to wed. |

Question: My wife suffers from intellectual disability? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 02:07 PM PDT Why do you all hate her so much? You hate her as evidenced by the word treadmill that people with her condition are subject to. She doesn't understand what you're all striving for, (accomplishments, success, a cure for cancer) |

Posted: 27 Aug 2017 02:03 PM PDT I mean it silly and funny but not sin ful right ? I doubt she would mind since women are always try to get guys to model thier silly frilly things , it would just be pretty embarrassing ! |
Posted: 27 Aug 2017 01:36 PM PDT So last year some things I did in my childhood got brought to light and it raised a lot of question for my wife of 5 years didn t know about me. So after a very long talk we desided no secrets and to let everything out, that we have done that no one else knows, but us now. 2 things came up made me more attracted to my wife. She admitted that she was Bi and that she has had a female partner in just a sexual manner before. She wouldn t mind having another female partner again but wouldn t because she is devoted to me. I then told since she was my very first and only that i have often wondered about what it would be like with another woman but I would never do such a thing unless she was involved. She said she would think about it and came back with that she would have to pick the girl and the girl would have to insinuate with her. Then my wife would invite me. So with all this info I m asking: is this cheating, am I wrong for wondering what it would be like with another woman, and are my wife s rules fair? |

Question: When do you stop caring about an ex completely? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 12:54 PM PDT We were together 5 years with a child for 3 years and we were engaged. It's been 3 months since the split the hardest part is over when will I no longer care about her? |
Posted: 27 Aug 2017 12:47 PM PDT I met a girl at a bar and I took her to a local motel and did her anally. She asked for vaginal-penial intercourse, but I told her that I wasn't a scumbag cheater. My wife found out off of a tip from her co-worker who was at the motel and now she is divorcing me. I don't know what to tell her at all! Why does she not understand that I didn't cheat? |
Question: I'm rich, I'll never get a wife like my other wife? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 12:45 PM PDT I need more children, my genetics are fantastic |
Question: What should I tell her? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 12:23 PM PDT I'm in an unhappy marriage right now and for complicated reasons I cannot get a divorce for the foreseeable future. There is a girl at work that I have a feeling she has a crush on me. She told me how she wants to work more with me and shares many of her ideas enthusiastically. As she said these things, she gets a little into my personal space. We were on a hike a few weeks ago, and I attempted to flirt by offering to carry her. She laughed and politely declined. She is single according to her Facebook page. I am tempted to trying an affair. I don't want an affair though. However I do not want things to be awkward by telling her to keep her distance because I'm married. First she might be offended at any assumptions I might have had. Second, that's not the whole story as I am unhappy. Would it be wrong to tell her I'm in an unhappy marriage? She might wonder why I confided in her that personal detail. |
Question: What if your wife of many years now see you as an annoying roommate? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 11:30 AM PDT Let's say you used to be a hot stud when you met your wife 10 or 15 years ago. Now you are an overweight man with a bald spot, and your wife constantly yells at you over petty things. She is always angry and annoyed with me. It appears the wife has fallen out of love with me, and now see me as an annoying roommate instead of a lover/hubby. What should I do? |
Question: Why do people these days get married if they don't even respect their marriage? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 11:20 AM PDT If I were married, I would just stop checking out the opposite sex, I wouldn't even intentionally look at them for too long in that way, in a friendly yeah, but not THAT WAY... It's like you made a choice, now commit to it. Why's it sooo damn hard? @fizzabel, maybe see them as good looking or whatever but when people just start staring at the opposite sex, my instincts tell me it's just WRONG. |

Question: Is marriage worth it? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 10:47 AM PDT My girlfriend has been pressuring me for a while to get married. We went to visit her parents and her father sat me down and gave me this talk. I honestly told him that I don't want marriage and he told me to think well because it is worth it. I talked to my girlfriend and told her what I believe and she wasn't very pleasant about it. I don't see the difference between where we are now and a piece of paper. IMO it would complicate things. I can't predict the future and I don't know if we're gonna be together till the end or not. I could believe that now, but the future is unknown. I feel pressured and I don't know what to do. |
Question: My sisters husband uncle is trying to steal my sister away from her husband? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 10:26 AM PDT His uncle keeps calling her and texting her shirtless pictures of himself and my sister describes it as a "friendship" because he's about 12 years older than her and have common interests. She is constantly on the phone on him, about 6 hours per day at least. Her husband is unaware of this, should i tell him this is going on? |
Question: Is there any way to get over a divorce? Posted: 27 Aug 2017 09:01 AM PDT This may surprise people, but I got divorced back in 1994, and I'm still not fully over it, I still love that woman as much as today as I did years ago, I still think about her, and I still miss her. Of course I have tried to move on, I got remarried in 2005, but it only lasted for 2 years, I cared for her, but I was not in love with her. Since my second divorce in 2007, I have not tried a relationship again, there has only been one woman I've truly loved. No, I've never said anything to my first wife because she has been married since 1998, she seems to be happy, and I guess that's what's most important. But what about me? What in the world do I do? |

Posted: 27 Aug 2017 08:19 AM PDT My husband recently cheated on me with an old flame from highschool. After I kicked him out and gave him his ring back he realized he was wrong and wanted me back. I'm broken now after everything happened. The fact that he had another women in his heart our entire marriage...I'm still trying to figure out what it means for our 12 years together and our little son we have. I asked him and he said he still meant everything during the 12 years. I'm so lost and I don't know if I want or can be with him after what he did. I always try to look back at our old photos and try to think about what we had. |
Posted: 27 Aug 2017 06:46 AM PDT My wife and I go to Mass that is associated with the Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX). The SSPX is a traditionalist Catholic organization of priests who oppose the modern reforms of the Second Vatican Council. The SSPX was excommunicated in 1988, but now they are kind of sort of part of the Church. The leader of the organization is trying to work things out with Pope Francis. When I first discovered the Traditional Latin Mass, I was attracted to the orthodoxy and reverence of the Mass. It seemed to me of how it's the way Mass ought to be. But after being part of it for a number of years, I began to notice cult behavior of the SSPX. A lot of them are overly pious to where its odd and they believe in all sorts of crazy conspiracy theories. I kind of put the odd things I noticed on the back burner and ignored it because I really liked the traditional Mass. Now I'm married to a woman who was raised in the SSPX all her life. We have two kids together, ages 8 and 5. We're practicing Natural Family Planning because we cannot afford anymore children. With my wife not being pregnant for 5 years, the people at our church are gossiping about us. Rumors are going around that my wife is on birth control. Our kids are vaccinated and people keep telling us of how our kids are in danger because they're vaccinated. Also, our kids go to public school and people keep telling us of how our kids are at risk of losing their faith by going to public school. I'm sick of this cult'ish behavior. |
