I moved to Florida with my boyfriends family it's been two months maybe three My boyfriend tends to gas light me sometimes and we both sort of minipulate each other in to feeling certain ways Usually we get along very well but when we get along really well his mom steps in and says something to me to make me feel uncomfortable that I'm living there too I'm an adult I have a loving family and have always done my laundry and paid my bills My parents have raised me to be a do it your selfer and reach for the stars ✨ If I "tie up the laundry" over night or try to "waste" my money on a shower head or try to buy anything I truly want it's as if I'm taking up space within my boyfriends moms home His mom is very nice but I do feel like she doesn't want me and her son to be together She also doesn't want him to move out and hours away with me even if it would be cheaper than renting in the town they live or buying I'm 22 and he's 25 His parents still give him money and his mom insists on making him a sandwich for lunch every day 😩 Do I go home because he and I now have an abusive relationship or do I stay because I know this is just until we move out together

Do I have good reason to be upset at this? All I was doing was just showing a music video and she had to get all religious on me like WTF???

I was with a girl for five years. We never married but we have two children together. She has a good job and I have kind of taken a back seat so she can work her way up. I have a decent job but it's not something I can advance at. Recently she left us, and I found out later that she is already with another man. I am the primary care for our two children, whom I love more than life itself. I am constantly trying to make sense of what is happening. Our relationship wasn't the best but it's something we should of worked at more. I am left heartbroken and terrified. I do not know where to go in my life and I find it somewhat pathetic that I am taking to yahoo answers for this, but I just have no idea where to go. I feel like I would not be here if it wasn't for my kids, as they are truly the only thing that gets me up every morning. I am terrified of her trying to take them from me, because that would literally kill me. These babies are all I have. Any advice that isn't from family would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Okay so I'm 17 years old and still act like little girl well not act but wanna be like innocent like. And I stay home all the time due to social anxiety. I am shy to talk to people. I still wear littlest pet shop pajama and teddy bear. And my aunt and uncle were talking about me saying that I'm almost an adult now and I have to grow up. Does that mean I have to talk to people and not be shy?

Yesterday, my dad came into my room to tell me something, but when he saw that I was sleeping he said "you don't need to be sleeping," which would be fine, if napping to much was an issue for me. I never nap. The last time I napped before yesterday was months ago. And if I hadn't been napping for the past 3 hours, I would've been watching Netflix or playing the PS4. And he knows that. I wouldn't have been doing anything of value either way,so why is napping so bad? Basically, do any other parents get mad when their kids waste time sleeping, but don't get mad when they waste time doing anything else? Thanks!

Ill be minding my own business when i see some one mostly women when the walk in front of me or by me they appear to close their eyelids but halfway kind of like sleeping but still looking through a squint. I ve been seeing this often. I did not say anything to them and i didnt think i was rude. It happens when i see them. Anyone know why they keep doing this or am i doing something wrong?

So my parents are crazy and I ve been grounded all summer. I was sneaking out at night intill they just recently put cameras up at every door I have in my house and at the steps. So the problem is idk how I m going to sneak out anymore and don t leave any comments sayin "just don t sneak out" bc you don t know what s going on in my life rn and how I feel. But anyways I live in a 2 story house and now I can t even go thru a window bc of the camera at the steps so my only choice would be to go out my bedroom window which is a long drop. My only idea would be a rope ladder but I can t seem to find any long enough or that hold more weight than a child. Please help me figure out what to do I m 17 and I just want to be able to see my friends again.

So I'm really good friends with this guy, we're very close,. I was telling him how I was looking for tattoo places as I wanna get one, and turns out he wanted to get one too! We both love pineapples! So without telling him I was going to get a pineapple tattoo, a little one.. I asked him to send a picture of the tattooo he wanted and it was a pineapple tattoo as well! He asked to go get our tattoo together so we could be matching. He said he would definitely do it and that it wasn't a problem at all.. Guys I'm just wondering but would that be weird? FYI, we wanted to get pineapples because he loves pineapples and for me it symbolizes the greatest summer I've ever had with my family and for the fun friendship I have with him OF COURSE WE ARE NOT GETTING OUR NAMES ON THEM we are just friends

I went back to school to finish my degree last year and had attraction/chemistry with a professor. He'd always ask my opinion about the class and we'd talk about life, work, etc in office hours. He'd always look at me with this kind of admiration. Since Ive finished my degree and need a letter of rec., I asked him. Yesterday I went to his office and I was wearing shorts. He looked me up and down and stared at my legs. He is married. Why would he intentionally stare at my legs in front of me?
