Question: Do you eliminate you ex's family on social media? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 03:22 PM PDT I broke up with my ex a few months back. He has been the most serious relationship I've ever had, and I thought we would be together forever. his family adored me when things were fine, i treated them like my own family and loved them as if they were. Now...my ex messed up a lot during our relationship, and i was always trying to rub it under the rug. Things got very emotional and dramatic in the end, in my defense, I was beyond heartbroken, and it really upset me to see how his family was just by his side. For example, his brother told him: "when you mess up with a girl, you just break up, because she's never gonna forget about it and will nag you every time she gets a chance", instead of smacking the back of his head and say: "what were you thinking?!" and support ME. They just defended him and treated me as the crazy girl instead of doing the right thing (like my family would have done). That hurt me a lot. I tried talking to his brother and sister in law, so that they could hear my side of the story, or to get some insights, and they never replied to my messages. Not even a "hi, Im sorry i am sorry about all this but i really prefer to not get involved" back. Just left my message on read and didnt reply. i was devastated, I had all his family and family friends on Facebook, but eliminated the brother and SIL on fb but didnt unfollow on ig, and also kept the rest of his family/friends on fb... I don't know if eliminating them only was a bad or what. Any thoughts? I usually dont eliminate ex's on social media. But this ex was different. 1) he didnt have any social media at all, and 2) this is the first time i have a guy's family on my facebook and instagram page. Also, I didn't eliminate anyone that was not directly involved in the mess, like cousins or aunts... |
Question: My muslim boyfriend is playing with me or just afraid of something? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 03:05 PM PDT My boyfriend is muslim but i don't have any religion. I like him very much but i don't know if he is taking me serious because he doesn't add me on facebook, actually told me he doesnt use any account, and he doesnt send me any picture of him,or any picture he takes of us,and if i ask him he just says the phone is not working or something. I don't even have a pic of him,and he keeps taking pictures of us and never send me. He is only playing with me? |
Question: Why would she do this to me? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 03:02 PM PDT We broke up 3 years ago when she left after we 'lost the spark' but she got back in touch properly 4 months back and said things like how she wonders where we would be if we hadn't broken up and she also said she didn't realise how weird it was to go from seeing and talking to someone to not talking to them at all. She also told me to stay in touch, that conversation was a few months ago. During that time she has spoken to me on multiple occasions and we've also felt close, a few days ago asked her where do we stand and she said that she got out of a relationship recently and doesn't know what she wants. When I asked her if there is any hope she straight away said no, and when I asked her why she said all those things a few months back she said 'I'm sure I didn't say it in that manner' and she said that she recently got out of a 2 year relationship,I was shocked at how she could say all this now. She knew I still had feelings for her. I got really annoyed after feeling played, I told her I can't take this anymore so I need to delete her off everything. She said sorry and wished me the best. It's really hurt that she said all those things a few months ago and has left me in a bad position again after giving me hope. I want to know how do I move on and forget about her? |
Question: What to do about this situation with my ex? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 01:30 PM PDT We met last night after not seeing each other for 8 months. He has been messaging me since we split last April. I stayed the night & today we went to the park & spend the day together. Last night he said he hasn't slept with anyone since me & he hasn't been interested in meeting someone & he's felt a bit low. I asked why he hadn't slept with anyone & he said he just likes his own space. The reason we broke up is because he's not a relationship man. He cares about me & is so affectionate, but he's the kind of guy who wants to be free from responsibility. A loner type. Last night he said he wants to see me again. Today he kissed me on the lips & said talk to you later. How can this ever work when we both want different things? Also when someone asked if I was his girl he said yes |
Question: Is having lunch with ex baby momma wrong ? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 01:07 PM PDT I have a daughter with my ex and I recently moved towns just so I can be closer to my daughter and be in her life. Little by little me and her mom are communicating more as in talking about our daugher and what goes on in her life. I usually have her every other weekends . Now let s say it s not my weekend with my daughter but I myself see nothing wrong with asking my ex to have lunch with me in order to spend a hour or two with my daughter if that s the case ? Any opinions she also is married and has her other son as well with the husband so I wouldn t see no wrong intentions in my part |
Question: Advice on this what do I do here? Posted: 13 Aug 2017 01:06 PM PDT I have a roommate. She has the master bedroom + a bonus room downstairs. I have the upstairs 2 bedrooms. We also have a loft upstairs. She's insistent she decorate the loft even though it's upstairs next to my room. I have 2 dogs she knew this moving in. She is buying a very expensive couch and hand made wooden tables. I've told her this is not the best idea as my one dog chews wood. She's insistent I get some $300 specially made gate that'll fit from one wall to the other so my dogs can't get to her things or buy an expensive couch cover. Again, she has the master bedroom and all of the downstairs. I don't know what to do. The "loft." is right next to my bedroom and my dog sleeps on couches. Advice? |

Posted: 13 Aug 2017 11:44 AM PDT Let's say this person will call others "stupid" and "retarded" and "doesn't know what he or she is doing." When that person makes a mistake, he or she NEVER admits to making a mistake or calling him or herself stupid and never apologizes. I have a family member who is like this ALL the time. When she makes a mistake, it's not her fault, never says sorry but whenever anyone else makes a mistake, it's ALWAYS a big deal. |

Question: Would you have sex with the president? Posted: 12 Aug 2017 11:59 PM PDT Not trump but someone else who isn't racist. Like JFK style. He's got a lot of power and works hard for your rights |
Posted: 12 Aug 2017 10:46 PM PDT Ok, I have these people who live next door to me, unfortunately less than 5ft. I'm not renewing my lease. So there is 5 people living in this 2bedroom apt, (including his friend) the youngest a newborn. The woman and her boyfriend originally moved in, and I noticed some big changes with frequent traffic of all kinds of people knocking on the door and leaving quickly. I suspected the boyfriend was drugdealing, (no actual job) and my suspicion was confirmed when I googled and found him on the city crime website, mugshot too. Then his friend moved in "grown man" not working, I thought wellbits been 5 months and he is still there, wow. But lately he would come outside as soon as I get inside, I'm assuming he's noticed when I locked my car by the beeping sound, and the door opening. So today as soon as I got home I said... well I don't think he's going to come out, because it's raining..nope this guy came out taking trash to the dumpster and then stood right next to my window and talked on the phone, I'm like he could of done this anywhere. It's the 2nd time this odd occupant(not the bf) has done this, and he knows that I can hear, annoys me. They all do it they try to create noise, even when there Friends are over for the cowboys game. The gf must notice when I come home because she must of heard me, because again the timing was all to obvious, she knows I don't like noise and children running like animals, she hild out to play and be loud, I wasn't even 5min in. |
Question: Am I wrong for looking at my boyfriends email and text messages? Posted: 12 Aug 2017 10:44 PM PDT I wasn't snooping but he's always so respectable when it comes to my email or text messages. He will not even look at the screen if my email is open. That makes me think that he expects the same from me. When he caught me snooping he wasn't mad but he acted disappointed in me. I didn't find anything. And my friend told me that snooping is or can be a form of abuse. |
Question: I'll keep this fairly short. I feel no emotional connection to anyone.? Posted: 12 Aug 2017 10:38 PM PDT I've been like this for two years now. In my last relationship, I always told him I loved him and he said he loved me. But the thing is, I couldnt have cared less if he died. I don't care if anyone in my family or if any of my friends died. I don't care if i die. Is this normal? My parents are paying for my sister to go to college, so a therapist is out of the question. I doubt my parents would take me to a therapist anyway since when my counselor mentioned to my mum that I might be suicidal, she didn't do anything besides tell me to stop being "depressed". Should I just wait until this passes over or do you have any recommendations as to what I should do? |
Question: Was I ignoring the needs and feelings of her? Posted: 12 Aug 2017 08:55 PM PDT A couple of hours ago, I arrived home from my aunt & uncle's house on my mom's side of the family. They have 3 children and one of them had a recent cholecystectomy. After I used the bathroom, I decided to go check on my cousin (who had the procedure) while I was at it since her bedroom was near the bathroom and I was very worried about her. I wanted to see how she was doing. I'm also tight-knit with her. Her door was closed, so I knocked on it and called her name. After she answered, I asked if I could see her. "I'm in my pajamas!" she whimpered. I replied, "I don't care." There may have been a brief pause. She sighed and said, "Fine." I opened the door and entered. When she practically bleated, I excitedly said, "Well, you just had surgery!" Then, I continued to look at her closely until the end. Should I have said *Ok* and then just walk away [from her door]? Should I have left her alone? |
Question: HELP MY TEACHER KISSED ME!? Posted: 12 Aug 2017 07:30 PM PDT Okay, so I am a senior in high school. One of my teacher's has taken me under his wing since freshman year and has helped me out. I see him every other week in school since I have shop weeks in school. He has treated me way better then the other students and I am definitely the favorite of the shop. He gives me special treatment. When I am in academic week I would always come down during classes to hang out with the kids and talk since down there was my safe spot and he would always call up to my teachers and say I was down there for some help. I also would always go early before school and come down to the shop to just sit and hang out. I also talked about a lot of family issues I had at home. Anytime I had an issue he was always there to listen and give advice and help me solve the problem. Once school ended my junior year he decided with the issues I had that we needed to be able to contact each other so he gave me his cell phone number. Throughout the summer he would text to make sure everything was okay and also call me when I needed to talk through something. Eventually it turned into us meeting somewhere and me driving around with him in his car or going for a walk somewhere to just talk and solve any problems I had. This past night he started kissing me on the cheeks, neck nose and forehead. But then he went in and kissed me and he made it turn into a make out session. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! |
Posted: 12 Aug 2017 03:51 PM PDT I was parked in my vehicle outside a supermarket and the guy was waiting for his wife to come to drive off and when he saw me he put his head down in a most uncomfortable position so that I couldn't see his head, I'm always wondering why life has to be so bad for me |
