Question: A classmate of mine is stalking me through my phone? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 03:21 PM PDT I met my classmate, who I will call Jane to protect privacy, at the beginning of my Junior year in homeroom. At first, I thought she was a cool person. She had a good sense of humor and some interesting stories to tell. We went our separate ways, and a day later homeroom was gone. (I go to a public charter, so the days are shorter, meaning we only have homeroom when we need something to be passed out to us, or when we have a meeting in the mornings.) I was lucky enough to have no classes with her, but at the end of the day a friend of hers gave me a love note, proclaiming the aforementioned. I thought it was sweet, but the problem is that I have a girlfriend. I notified her the next day that I was taken, and she accepted it. I then made the worst mistake that day. I exchanged numbers assuming we'd engage in friendly conversation every now and then, but she constantly started messaging me. To the point that every hour she'd leave about 3 voicemails and 6 texts. Recently that number has increased, and she constantly invades my life, even when I told her that I was doing something that can't be interrupted. She's gone as far as to tell me my own address once, asking if I lived there. I have no clue how she got it, but the fact she did is enough to completely terrify me. I'd like some advice on this, and I think the police is too far.

Question: Why does my boss give me praise, when nothing is complete? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 01:24 PM PDT Recently, my boss has started to give me praise for work assignments and projects that are not even complete. I was working on an assignments in a show room merchansing, when half way into the project (with everything turned upside down and no where complete), my boss walks in and praises me for a great job I was dong. He called his assistance and told me the same thing to which his assistance called me to praise me for doing a great job and how thing looked awesome. Everyone including myself, was left scratching our heads wondering, we wish we saw what he saw. So my question is... with projects and assignments being half incomplete and everything looking like a mess and projects not yet complete, why is my boss giving me recognition for something thats long ways from being completed???
Question: When is i t too late to turn your life around and make something out of yourself? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 01:19 PM PDT For example, suppose a person is 34 and has nothing to show for it. No profession and no feeling of achievement. I just had dreams and I thought that I'd do something really great. I feel like my glory days are over in life. I had some success: I played in a band and taught English in various foreign countries, and I speak a few languages. I'm at a point now where I have nothing to show for my time on Earth. I wish I could do something amazing again like play in a band or go back to teaching abroad but I feel like I'm too old. I feel overwhelmed when I contrast all the dreams I had with the fears that I'll never succeed. I have literally nothing to show for it, at 34, and I feel like a serious loser. Everyone else is married, has a family and a profession. I came back to the USA and now I regret it because all hell broke lose. I'm stuck in North Carolina, where this is no opportunity. I have a degree but all I could get were crappy jobs, now I have no job, I'm single and most of my friends have backstabbed me (MOST- NOT all). I feel like I'm so deep in failure that there's too little time left to turn myself around and make something of my life. When is failure final? When is it too late to make something of your life?

Question: I think my girlfriend is afraid i will hit her? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 12:03 PM PDT Every time i make a sudden move, she flinches, raises her arms a little in defense, grimaces, etc. We just recently started dating, but we've known each other for awhile, I don't remember if she did this before we started dating or what, but I'm worried. I don't think she's very jumpy or hyper, she has been depressed for awhile. Was she abused previously? If so, what can I do? She does this all the time, I don't want her to be scared of me, HELP!
Question: How does a domestic violence husband feel after his wife leaves, can they ever change? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 11:01 AM PDT we loved each other at the beginning and everything was perfect we were always happy laughing it felt right. On our 2nd year together I had a gut feeling he had affair so I confronted him and he confessed I was so mad that I left had sex with some guy and came back to have sex with him for that's how I felt DIRTY I felt disgusted that he did that to me so I left him week went on and few days later came to find out I was 2 months pregnant with my husbands baby . we talked things out try working things out but we were so unhappy with what we had done , that's were all the fighting came in we would argue non stop about the littlest things, when the baby was here brought back together for a while but then hadan argument I left with my son and he went to hit on my best friend with his week old son at home. a few months later got back together and moved on . I became really possesive and jealous and untrusting I would demand him to tell me where he was at all times check his phone basically I had him on a really tight leash but I had every right too. He got really annoyed that he hit me once taking his phone. I forgave him a few months later and we got married ,Now this week again he struck me for his phone and came to realize he was speaking to some girl and got into another argument what am I supposed to do we got married 6 months ago we live seperate,I love himI do and I know he does too we have years together we have a kid we are married he says he loves me what should I do?
Posted: 06 Sep 2015 09:19 AM PDT 1. One time i was looking sad and he asked me if i was ok after telling him that I was he asked if i was sure to which I replied yes. 2. Another time I went to his office because i needed a recommendation upon entering he randomly told me he could lock his home gate from his phone. 3. one time he came up to me and asked me to sign the role there was a girl sitting directly in front of me and he didnt ask her usually we sign role at the end of class to begin with. I was playing on my phone, he then asked if I was waiting for the call i didnt knw what he meant so i just laughed now thinking about it he probably meant a call from a bf or something. 4. Another time i had to attend a career fair so i went to his class because i needed my recommendation to be done over. I told him i was leaving and he said no you cant leave he said it in such a way that no one else would hear after asking him why he simply said because we have class now as if i didnt know. 5. When he's lecturing he would look around at everyone in the room however he would look directly into my eyes and wouldnt look away for several minutes. i decided to confront him about it so i emailed him asking about how he felt about me. he responded by saying that it was not his intention to come across that way and that I was a diligent student however i felt that there were other students who were more diligent than me i did my work but i rarely contributed in class. Did he lie to me or im I overanalyzing things?

Question: Sexy wagers for a football game? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 07:22 AM PDT My boyfriend and I both love football, and the same team. We are betting on the score of the game, rather than who wins. His wager was he wants me to come see him (he lives about an hour and he usually comes to see me). I was really expecting something sexual from him, so this threw me for a loop. I m looking for some creative, but flirty, not overly sexual wagers for him if I win. Any suggestions?
Question: How do I tell my girlfriend we are not keeping several boxes of junk when we move? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 06:23 AM PDT When I first moved in with my girlfriend, she had a 2 bedroom apartment. One room for her bed, etc and the other room filled to the ceiling wall to wall with boxes of stuff from her previous moves. It took me almost a year and several discussions, but I was finally able to convince my girlfriend to throw away the stuff that was junk and put the rest in storage. We were able to toss 12 stuffed full trash bags, but we still ended up putting at least 15 large moving boxes of (in my opinion, still junk) into storage. At the end of this month, we are planning on moving into a (slightly) bigger apartment. My girlfriend told me, "when we move we are taking everything out of storage and keeping it at the new apartment". I explained there is no reason to because she probably couldn t even tell me what all was in most of those boxes let alone ever want to see them again. She explained it didn t matter because it was her stuff and she doesn t want it sitting in storage. There is more room the new apartment and she thinks it s enough to hold everything (only if we re going to be tripping over them all the time). I looked into the possibility of her being a "hoarder", but from what I ve seen, other than cluttering up everything, she didn t seem to have hardly any of the other signs of one. How do I tell my girlfriend there is no room or need for her to take her junk out of storage and clutter up our New apartment?
Question: What time do you wake up on Weekends? (Adults, non-parents)? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 06:05 AM PDT Looking for typical adults, in their 20's, without kids, who aren't working on weekends, to tell me what time you wake up when you want to go out and enjoy the day with friends or a significant other. Perhaps part of the day needs to be dedicated to a small amount of work or homework, but all you need to do is shower eat and meet up. My fiance (24) and myself (28) often butt heads about when he should get up. I think 9:30-11:00 am is ideal depending on what he/we needs to do. He wants to sleep between 12:00 and 1:00 pm but I think that is teenage behavior. If he gets up at 12:30, by the time he showers and eats it's nearly 2:30 and that doesn't count any homework he needs to work on. We wouldn't be able to start our day until 3 and afternoon activities and some stores, etc close at 7. I suggest he wakes up at 10:00 if we are going to have plans or he needs to do homework, and 11:00 if we don't really have plans but just to be up and get ready, perhaps go for a run, etc. He says both those times are early. Also, he only seldom goes out where he is coming home late like 3am. And even if, 3am-11:00am is 8 hours of sleep which is enough. So, what time do you wake up on weekends? thanks! Also, please tell me your age and gender. thanks!
Question: SISTER IN LAW HAS BOUNDARY ISSUES? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 05:53 AM PDT Last night hubby and i were in our bedroom watching a movie and his 42 year older sister walked in without knocking and began chat. She later left our room and i decided to change into my pajamas. As i was changing and naked, she decided to walk in again without knocking and found me completely naked, till i asked her wait outside and she was back in as soon as i was done. I hoped my husband would say something to her about but he did not. This morning i asked him if he found her actions appropriate and once again we got into another big fight where he was defending her saying, she didnt know i was changing. When it comes to his siblings,he will always defend them and it leaves me feeling alone. Is this normal? Shouldn't she respect our matrimonial bed/home? Why doesnt my husband see any wrong in these actions?
Question: Where to draw the line between self-love and too much ego? Posted: 06 Sep 2015 01:45 AM PDT I've been told my whole life, "you need to love yourself!" But then people also tell me "you shouldn't have too much ego". So I was just wondering where to draw the line between these two?

Question: Should I see if a stranger needs help? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 09:45 PM PDT I regularly ride my bike at night, as the whole town is asleep and it is nice and peaceful. I have being taking the same route for about a month now and for the past 3 days I took notice of someone sleeping on a bench near the road. The first night they were there, I just caught them out of the corner of my eye and kept going. (Keeping in mind I live in a small town so this is not a common occurrence.) The next night, I stayed farther away because I didn't want to wake them up if they were still there. I took the same trip again last night and again they were asleep on the bench. It appears to be a girl about my age, 19ish, but I don't know them. I am not sure if I should try and talk to her and ask about her situation to see if she needs money or food or anything. I don't want to just wake her up because that would be creepy and probably freak her out, but I feel bad for not even checking if they are okay. Any thoughts?
| Question: We're victims of abuse and we NEED to move out but how? (pls help)? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 08:58 PM PDT My sister (17 years old ) and I (19 in December ) are being emotionally abused by our parents but she is the only one being sexually abused by my father. We need to move out now but here's our problem...... Our parents took us out of school in 4th grade so we don't have a education. ....We both have severe anxiety disorders and depression that make having jobs or driving impossible... | Question: Do girls get hot when aroused? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 08:39 PM PDT When I was video chatting with my female friend, I lied and said I'm taking my clothes off. She asked if I was serious, and I turned the camera back on. When she saw my clothes were on, she said "It's already hot in here, don't make it more hot." Later, I made fun of her for saying that, and she said "Who wouldn't get hot?" A while ago, I asked her has she ever been sexually aroused, and she said no. Did me saying my clothes are off turn her on? |

| Question: How can I annoy the heck out of my dad's new girlfriend? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 06:29 PM PDT I am daddy's little girl, I have ALWAYS been. They've only been dating a couple of months in all honesty and she's already hogging his credit card with her dumb kids. | Question: Why can I predict breakups so easily? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 06:07 PM PDT Not just if they will breakup but also who will be the one to end it and why. There are several times I have just looked at a picture and was able to correctly determine when, who, and why. I always keep tabs after I say a couple is going to have a break up just to see how it plays out so I know weather I am right or wrong. So far I have not been wrong and I have been doing this for years. I have a friend that I also tell about who I think will break up and all the details. Mostly because I wanted to prove that I wasn't just saying it after the fact. He now jokes that I have weird breakup powers because of how many times he has seen things play out like I said it would. What?: It's not cynicism there are times the people have been my friends and I don't want to see them get hurt because they had genuine feelings for the person who dumped them. jpopelish: I did start writing it down (and still do) as well as dating them because I wanted to see if there was more to it as well as proof for if I tell someone about it. It's not based on memory. I always tell my friend who's highly skeptical because I know if I am wrong he wont hesitate to point it out. |
Question: My boyfriend's EX-GIRLFRIEND reaches out after 3 YEARS? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 05:49 PM PDT My boyfriend's ex girlfriend followed him on twitter after 3 years of no contact. And my bf and I have been together for 2 of those 3 YEARS! They broke up 3 years ago and they used to work with each other but she changed jobs once they broke up. I don't get it and I am pissed. Last month my BF deactivated his FB then i felt awkward that he was off and deactivated mine too. 2 weeks later the EX follows him on TWITTER. His twitter is for his company and only posts stuff related to work; so there is no sign him being in a relationship with me. It makes me wonder if he is trying to play it both ways because his relationship status is off the grid and now the ex followed him. So now I created a twitter and followed him lol. Should I be concerned? She is still very chummy with his family and co-workers and she's bisexual and had a threesome with him. I asked him to block her and he said "all the things you have to work on and you are texting me that?" (referring to homework). I texted "Are you co-parenting? didn't think so..there is no need.. (for following/contacting) Then he said go take your roller coaster elsewhere. and that he can't help his past rearing its ugly head. today he said "oh you really think we are together? why would i be planning to come back (from visiting his family) to spend time with you then? you make no sense" I feel very concerned about her following him on twitter...and even if he does block her i am going to wonder if they communicate in other ways...
Question: I'm not an affectionate person? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 05:08 PM PDT My family is very lovey touchy , which I don't mind at all. It's who they are but I'm not like that at all. I don't like being touched or hugged or kissed on the cheek literally everytime i see them. It's way too much for me and they are upset that I'm like this and then they get all depressed. No matter what I say or do they don't listen. What should I do?

Posted: 05 Sep 2015 03:28 PM PDT My gf always asked me to call her 'baby girl' when we have sex. I thought it was just a pet name she thought was cute. When we were visiting her parents house I heard her dad call her that all the time. I had never heard someone call heir daughter that so I didn't think anything when she first told me she liked that. It almost made me uncomfortable to say it anymore because I was a little freaked out by it. I don't think she has daddy issues because she seems to have a good relatinship with him and lived with him when her parents got divorced. I just think the whole thing was weird but maybe I'm overthinking it?

| Question: Should I call the cops on my ex-husband? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 02:22 PM PDT Prior to feeding peanut butter to our son, Toby, my husband was fully aware of his peanut allergy. | Question: My husband wants us to move but we have kids, what do I do? Posted: 05 Sep 2015 11:52 AM PDT I'm mixed and my husband is a typical white man, I'm tired of him. We have four young kids. He's so annoying all the time. We have lived in our house for only 2 years and now my husband got a job offer with his company, more responsibility more money and it's at their other office 4 hours away. My husband wants us to move because he thinks we could have a better lifestyle and he gets to advance at work. The thing is I like the house, the kids are settled and we have great neighbors. I don't want to live far away from my friends and relatives. He's already stressed out and annoying as it is I can't imagine him being worse once we move. I want to work but my husband thinks it's better if I stay at home with the kids for now. Isn't he being annoying and selfish only thinking about what's best for him. I'm so upset I can barely look at him, what do I do? |
