I have this friend, her name is Pam, I've known her for awhile, but the thing is, she's rude, and will often say things like, "Your way too fat for that skirt," or "You should wear more makeup," and she also has said several times that my anxiety attacks are annoying. It'll be me, Ashley, Maria, and Hannah, right?" So I had no idea she was there, and if she had I wouldn't have mentioned my birthday at all, so I said, "Yeah! Of course!" But the thing is, she doesn't like the other people-- my closest friends-- who I'm inviting to my party. The parties in two weeks, and I send out the invitations in 3 days, should I invite her or not?

I"m in the military and I ve noticed for the three years I ve been in, two people (specifically, men) have purposely attempted to avoid any contact with me. Neither of them have I ever considered a friend and both of them started avoiding being near me, eye contact and even speaking to me upon knowing me. I can sometimes have an intimidating face (plus Im tall for a girl), I have short hair, and honestly, unless Im forced to work with anybody, Im usually quite the introvert. I went to dancing with my best friend for 10 years. I have about 4-5 friends at school I met last year. We are all engineers. They are all really starting to annoy me though. They are very gossipy and overall very immature. The problem is these people are in all my classes. I can't very easily stop hanging out with them. It would be very awkward in class if I started ignoring them outside of school. I also don't see how I could make new friends that easily. We are a tight group in the engineering building and I would have to go talk to strangers in some other part of the college.

I started to notice this a few months ago, and it seems to be getting worse and worse. Ok. So when I was in middle school I had a group of friends that I knew for a long time. When we entered our first year in high school together all 3 of my best friends turned against me and bullied me for a long time. Finally I had enough and got the courage to get up and meet some new friends. Which I was very successful in. But a few weeks ago my former bully sent me a text message (I don't know how he got my number since I changed it) saying "I'm sorry, I was a complete a**hole to you and it would really mean a lot if you accepted my apology". I didn't reply because I wasn't sure how to reply. Then I saw him a few days ago and he waved to me. The only reason why I really don't want to forgive him us cause he really hurt me. I don't know what to do? Should I forgive or should I just ignore him? Also if I shouldn't forgive him tell me how to get rid of him?

He has recently been very persistent about these new, radical ideas. He isn't joking either, he's dead serious. They go somewhat as following: He wants to build a "sea base" in the Bermuda Triangle (because he thinks its an alternative dimension we can "hide" in) and have a group of people there form their own sovereign nation/business. He wants to use mercenaries to stage coups around the world and take over the US government and world governments and other organizations such as terrorist organizations and organized crime, and become a feared world leader that nobody will want to touch. His understanding of basic science is poor at best which is somewhat frustrating because he is actually trying to appoint me as "lead researcher" and asking me to do ridiculous things like "engineer a sea base that is undetectable because it is made of a robotic plant cell" and "spiders that have special fluid dynamics that can morph them into an organism that is simultaneously a battle tank" and even some kind of "biological antimatter weapon" or a way to "genetically modify people to give them the ability to destroy someone else's brain via telekinesis". He even told me that it should be possible to "fuse ions with plant cells and create stem cells that can become whatever chemical element or metal or resource we need". As a person of higher education I find these requests nonsensical, impractical, borderline treasonous, and entirely blasphemous.

So I thought these 3 girls were my best friends.But when I was 13 they started to verbally bully me.At the start I just laughed it off, but then they just kept doing it and doing it.They call me stupid, weird, the one who won't do good in life, call my parents horrible people (but they aren't the best people in my life) wimp and they usually hurt me push me into lockers and just laugh.Say I'm terrible in school(even though I get great grades especially in business and science) they keep calling me a spoilt a little brat just because Im part of a richish family!(But I dont brag)And I would always tell them to stop and I would tell teachers and they wouldn't do anything about it told my mam and dad and they rang the school.Then they stopped for a year and then when I turned 15 they started all over again saying that they wouldnt care about me and recently I got a concussion and wasin hospital for 2days and nearly killed myself 2inches from my temple and when i came back and they asked what happened and I told them and they laughed and went your such a thick and wouldn't even care if you died anyway and they all laughed.And they knew I was really angry and upset about that but they didn't seem to care and kept laughing.I didn't tell anyone that yet only happened 2 days ago.But they know they are bullying me because one girl always says ah it's so fun annoying you,you are so easy to bully.And Im always telling them to stop,but they say ah you can't take a joke or I'm a rude *****

Today I had no where to sit during lunch and that's when I realized I don't have a lot of friends. I only know about 50 people, 8 in which I actually socialize with. I just need some advice on this

So we were eating lunch at my house, my mom went to the store to by food. We were eating when I saw him eating slower than me! so i screamed at him and said eat quicker NOW. We were eating salad and chicken. He was eating the chicken very slow and eating the salad quick. So I said eat the chicken RIGHT NOW so he said i am sorry i dont really like it but i will eat it so i dont waste food so i screamed at him and hit him and kicked him and threw the chicken at him and smashed the plate so he started crying and acting scared so i called my mom and told her about his bad behavour but she screamed at me on the phone and hung up, a few minutes later she came home and told his mom to pick him upat 6. So we were waiting when it was 6:03 and she still wasn;t there so i hit my friend and kicked him down the stairs and outside. He got a very bloody knee and face and chest and was all dirty when his mom picked him up she was astounded and immedietley put him in the car and raced home. I feel guilty. How do i appologoise for my behavour.

So there's a guy at school that's a grade older than me. I like him. A lot. We have one class together, which is PE, except it's PE where you help special needs and life skills kids. We are both in it to help the kids. Well, anyway. I've liked him since the first day of school. I talk to him, and he talks to me, but not all the time. He has a lot of friends. When I was walking through the hallway to one of my classes, he was outside of his class and he looked at me. It wasn't just a glance, he looked into my eyes. I held his gaze and we kept looking into each other's eyes until I walked far enough away. This happened again while I was walking to another class. He's super sweet and funny and he isn't a *******. Oh, and there's another thing. I've been wearing headbands over my wrists to hide my cutting scars. I was telling my best friend about it and my crush was sitting super close, but he had headphones on. (Before class.) He kept looking up and I'm starting to think he was eavesdropping because of the way he acted. There are some really pretty, nice girls in that class that could possibly be my competition. I'm 14, but I've been doing this since I was 13. I would never talk to people I couldn't see real pictures of. I only add people on snapchat, and I know they're my age because I can see multiple pictures of them. They could be a little older obviously, but not old enough to like kidnap me and everything. I never tell anyone where I live and don't say anything bad. The only reason I do it is because I don't have that many friends where I live or go to school since it's very small. I've never had a boyfriend, and that's also one of the reasons. Most of them live in England so it's not like they would save up money to fly over to America and kill my family or anything. My parents are Christian, and sometimes I think they're way to overprotective. Today my mom saw a notification with one of their names, and I lied and told her I didn't know who it was, but I'm afraid she'll ask more questions about it later. If she did eventually find out, what should I say to them? I've added so many people, so if she asked to look she would probably freak out over how many guys I've added. ok so that sounds kinda stupid to say girl code but basically this is the story. So I had a huge crush on this guy and continued to like him for 6 months until he finally asked me out (that was pretty cool). We dated for a while until he dumped me for his ex which completely destroyed me. I was hung up on this guy for 4 months after that and I was in a really bad place but my best friend helped me get through it which was amazing. Then started the harassment. By harassment I mean this guy who thought we were friends would come up to me on a daily basis and punch, tackle, scare, and even put me in a choke hold all as a "joke". I didn't find the humor in that at all. So just recently my "best friend" started hanging out with this guy which I didn't really mind that much I mean be friends with whoever you want but then she would egg him on when he did those things to me. I noticed that when good and kind people are good and kind to others they just use them and when you can't do something for them sometime then they'll make you look like the douchebag. Friends, family and every one else will always use you for your good nature and then when you need help then they'll just tell you to **** off and after that will ask help themselves from you.

I am a 22 woman with no kids from Florida. Over the past year a lot of things have gone wrong. I lost my job, apartment, and car to an accident (I have another one) I have a job full time that I'm not really attached to and am taking one online class. I'm back living with my mom and have been itching for a change. I would like to take 2,5000 I have saved and move to a state with low unemployment like Nebraska or one of the Dakotas. Life is short and I feel a strong need to go somewhere new and take a chance to make a life I can be proud of. I'm tough and have done dirty work in the past so I'm not afraid of hard work. I have struggled and done without and im not expecting a fairytale. Has anyone on here ever done this? Should I save more? Is there anything I should know? Any advice is welcome. Please be polite.

I made a friend at the beginning of this school year...he really understood me and we were just two happy go lucky people. I have a dark past and it seems he does too but he would never talk about it and nor would I. (Family problems- we didn't kill anyone or something lol...) I decided one day (about two weeks ago) that I was ill and needed to stay home from school whilst watching Soul Eater When I came back he wasn't at school. I HATE high school and this is only my 5th day here! On Monday ( my first day ) I was literally IN TEARS cause I could not deal with all the pressure that was put on me. i'm 15 and it's really hard to get job for teenagers in my town and my parents have some money problems so the only thing they pay for me is food (but none candy or fast food), books and stuff i need for my school, house (or you know i live in their house) and just enough to live. But i need new pants, i do only have 2 pants that fits on me (so i need to buy new)and i want to go to my music teacher and go to parties and you know all those normal things that teenagers do. i got about 20000 isk (money) from my friends for my birthday but i ended up giving it to my mom so we could have enough food for the month, she said she would pay me back but she doesn't even want to give me 3000 isk so i can buy new jeans. she have been working really hard and selling some stuff that we don't use anymore and i have seen her money, she has money but she keeps telling me that she doesn't have any. I don't want to do anything illegal but i will do it if it's the only thing i can do.

well, i registered in my classes (college), its my first year now, a week ago we just used to go to check out the college cause they didnt give us our tabletime, so we werent going to college , now i just receive a call from a friend she told me that they started monday, now im so shocked , cause i dont have friends and the first day isgone imso shy and non sociable, and i dont knwo how to make friends now,

They act like kids. They don't touch me and they are not being grown up, because they act like kids. But they love to go in a group and talk over my head, while i am writing. They love talking about me and love provoking me. In every single way, everyday. The worst part is that it doesn't make me offended, but really upset. Their "jokes" are basically a whole bunch of bad words about me being mixed up in "innocent laugh". What would you do? They are not mentally on a high level, so being serious to them won't make any chances, they just love talking **** about you. And love talking **** to you.

i notice that whenever I go out, lots of people like to look at me. It makes me feel uncomfortable and nervous. I'm a female college student. I don't wear any obscene or inappropriate clothing or show any skin. I see lots of girls wearing very revealing clothes, showing their bellies and wearing very short shorts and revealing tops and tons of makeup. Some very overweight women even show off their skin and wear belly shirts. Why aren't people looking at them but people focus their attention on me? I have long hair, I don't wear makeup but I like to wear black. I think my clothes don't look out of the ordinary or weird. So why do people stare at me? Sometimes people stare at me and they do it in a mean way. I have no problem with people looking at me but to stare at me and to do it in a awkward way that makes me uncomfortable and bothers me. I'm not hideous or weird looking. I don't wear gaudy chains or have tattoos. it's kind of annoying to deal with this when i go out. When I walk around people sometimes turn around to look at me. Sometimes people give me mean looks or make comments or whisper about me when I walk over. How do I deal with this? Could it be a positive thing that they are looking at me? Sometimes people do it in a very rude or mean way. Some girls wear provocative clothes when they go to school or even outside of school. There's nothing wrong with the way i dress, I'm not showing any skin, and these people don't know me, i also didn't do anything to provoke/ bother them either. So why is it wrong for me to wear black or just be myself? Hello so i just moved in my dorm a month ago and i have a hard time being social. I really try anything to not go out in our common room. I get really nervous so for the last month i've been less and less out of my room and people start to ask and i just tell them i'm busy with study. But truth is i have a hard time going out. I don't have any problems with partying or being together with my friends at the weekends. What can i do about this because i'm getting more and more pushed out of my dorm?

Okay, so I became friends with this guy. Originally my other two friends knew him before I did, one of my friends met him at an rotc meeting/orientation thing. He is a freshman in highschool, and we are sophomores. Last Monday we had off because it was labor day, so on Tuesday I saw him in the morning and we hung out at lunch. Nothing out of the ordinary. Wednesday he wasn't there, and he hasn't been here since. At first we thought he was just sick or something, but I emailed him thinking maybe possibly he'd see it and reply. I was basically asking if he was okay. Then my friend managed to get his phone number and texted him asking if he was okay a couple days ago. No answer. Today, my friends friend ended up seeing one of his teachers emails, and it said he would indefinitely be gone for unknown reasons. I don't think there's much I can do, but I have so many mixed emotions and I guess the only way to put it is lack of closure? How should I feel about this? What should I do? He's literally just gone?

One of my closest friend is ashamed to be with me. My friend of 9 years made a new friend 2 years ago and she completely dropped me and when she had a fight 6 months ago with her friend I stayed with her while she cryed and I gave her advice and when they became back friends she dropped me again I know I was a fool to go back and help but its not in my nature to leave someone upset without helping them. I am almost 17 years old, and I have never really have had friends. All I do is go to school, then go home and do stuff, like being on the computer, or going for a walk. My only friends right now are my parents and my brother. I can't talk to people properly, when I talk to other people, I can barely make enough noise, it almost feels like a physical problem, but by myself and with my parents, I am very talkative and can express myself with ease. But with other people, I can't talk. I can't come up with anything to say, and I can't talk properly. I wish I could be who I really am. When I was in kindergarden, I had friends and talked with people. For some reason I decided to stop talking completely. I didn't say a word to anyone. I have however partly recovered from this damage my younger self has done to me. I slowly started to be able to 'whisper' to people, and now days, I can talk to people louder, but no where near as loud other people speak. I never talk to people unless I need to, and I find it hard to start a conversation, I find it much easier to answer questions, or react to what people say to me. I have no real friends. On the internet I am talkative and outgoing, but in real life, I am so awkward and boring. I tend to talk to myself, and it actually entertains me in a way. Life would be so much better, if I could talk to strangers the same way I talk to my parents. I am not sure will I ever recover from this, but I really hope I do.

So, I'm a gay male and about two months ago, I was hanging out with a straight couple. And the guy was tickling his girlfriend. And I said something like "Oh, I wish he'd tickle me like that!" So, at the urging of his girlfriend, he started and tickling me and, of course, like a lot of gay guys, I'm super ticklish all over my body. And so I laughed like crazy and he wouldn't stop for like 10 minutes. I wasn't complaining. I actually LOVED it! And he said "hey, you're even more ticklish than my girlfriend! Cool". I didn't think too much of it afterwards, but now whenever he sees me (and this is like 9 or 10 times already), he'll launch into a tickle-attack that will have me on the floor laughing hysterically. He's bigger than I am, so it's no very hard. As I say, I don't mind it. But it seems weird that a straight dude would enjoy doing that to me (at least as much as he does). And he does it in front of people. I wonder if he has another motive. Is he bi? Or does he just get off on the power? Thoughts?

I met up with some family friends in a different country this summer, but when we got back to the states she has been acting weird and not really replying to my texts and giving me short answers, denying to chill cause she's busy or something. And she never ever texts me first, im always the first to start a conversation with her. I evern texted her Welcom back when her and her family got back to the states. i never did anything bad in our friendship, it's all random. she's just been acting really distant/shady and i don't know why?

So a friend of mine, let s say she s name Sarah, had a sleepover 6 months ago. I went, but Sarah decided to get drunk. She is 16 and so am I. So I had my mom come pick me up and told Sarah s mom because Sarah has medical conditions that make drinking have a greater affect on her. Now she isn t my friend. I wanted to write a blog post about losing a friend without stating what happened, but I m worried my school or the police making me tell them the details. I live in PA if that helps. Right so, I'm sorry if this is really long, but here's what's happened. My 'best friend', well I say best friend but she's been hard to get along with lately and is very manipulative and belittling, is becoming friends with the scariest girl in our year (grade if you're American haha), this girl gets into full on fist fights and is basically really scary and generally not a nice person, she is also really naughty and loud. My 'best friend' is really chatty and she used to be scared of the other girl but I don't think she is so much anymore, but anyway, I guess you could say they get along well but I can tell my friend is still a bit scared and sort of tries to show off and be naughty in order to impress her and be liked by her. anyway, they were sat together in science today ( we had that last period) and then just went and didn't wait for me (me and my friends usually walk home together) and now they're both at my other friend's house together. i don't know what to do as i have other friends i could go to but i'd get made fun of a bit for hanging around with them and whilst that doesn't bother me too much i'd prefer not to be, but they are nicer people, but if this girl started to hang around with our group then it would be horrible as she really doesn't like me because i'm really shy and quiet, but if i stopped hanging around with them and ate lunch, etc, somewhere else then my 'friend' would be mad and have a go and generally be horrible, and i'd have no one in my lessons. And i'd have no one in my lessons, I'd be all by myself,

The last place I saw her was in Sebring, Fl. You'll know its her because she's Jewish, has a cute widows peak, pretty damn funny, and really really likes James Taylor.
