Question: How to stop yourself from talking to someone? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 05:00 PM PDT There's this person I've known for a few months now (over a social media) and I feel like I annoy him/text him (first?) too much. How can I stop myself from talking to him?? I want to talk to him but I don't think he wants to talk to me.
Question: Why are people so rude? It feels like no one has manners!? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:57 PM PDT I'll be some wheres like a fair or a mall, and the people there are so freakin rude its unbelievable! In malls people will basically run you over, and you have to jump out of the way! Today my friend was sitting up on a old train part my town has, and this man and his child got right up in her face and looked at her. Quickly my friend leaped down, the man rudely said thank you, but I mean come on he could have said "Excuse me, would you mind if we could look" They might not have spoken english well but that is zero excuse to get right in my friends way and make her feel uncomfortable! People never say pardoner me, or sorry, or anything when they get in your way. Kids well basically run over you or try to shove you out of the way and won't say anything! I dunno manners has always been something that just comes naturally to me, to say "excuse me, pardon me, and sorry" And I move out of others way, I can't believe how rude people are? Any one no why? Have people stopped having manners or something?
Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:57 PM PDT I have a friend and we have every class together. Everything was good until she is mad or wants to show off. She is about 15 pounds more than me and when she shoves me it hurts. She's slammed me into walls and pulls my hair. She pushed me into lockers before. She never really talks to me unless we are partners for working. She usually makes me do a lot of the work and she always puts me down by calling fat or saying what am I wearing. If I ignore her she tells me 'I don't get why you're mad, we are best friends, I've done nothing wrong' and probably will call me a ***** or a brat. I usually end up apologizing. If I leave I'll have no one. Then she'll text me saying 'I love you so much' which makes me happy. I've always have had friend problems and it makes me feel special when someone says ' I love you' I haven't told anyone because she'll probably hurt me and I don't know what to do. Am I being a wimp or is this a real problem?
Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:31 PM PDT Ok, so I'm a sophomore at high school. Our Homecoming dance is on October 3rd, which is in just under three weeks, and I'm really considering going. I didn't go as a freshman last year, and although I don't really regret it, I have a lot of friends who went and they said it was really fun. Is it necessary to find a date?? It seems like some of my friends have girls, but some just go in a groups. Now I realize that this is a semi formal dance, and it is appropriate to look good (dress shirt and tie with slacks maybe), but is it ok to go without a date?? Like would it be fine if I could I just go with some of my bros instead and have a good time with them? Also, I hear the pre part before is a big deal. Tickets at my school are about $15, which is reasonable, but is it good to have a photo shoot and to go out for dine before? I mean obviously if you're a guy and you're going out with a girl, it would be appropriate to pay for them, but if it's just me and my bros, is a photo shoot and dinner important?? Or could we just meet up at the dance?? Additionally, I also know people who have hired a limousine/party bus I went to a few dances in middle school, but the dress code was casual, and not a lot of people had dates, and not a lot of slow songs were played. Obviously it depends on the DJ's, but is it mostly just slow songs?? And do people really dance, or do they just socialize and jump around?? Thanks for any tips, they really help
Question: How to become a regular at a nightclub? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:30 PM PDT I've been going out to the same club for almost 6 years (since I was 17). Not necessarily every weekend, but almost every other weekend. and sometimes fridays and saturdays. Theres the same staff since I started going, and they NEVER recognise/remember me.... I mean SIX F-ING YEARS... Some of my friends go more often and somehow have become friends with the managers, bouncers, and waiters. Like the managers say hi to them when they walk in and they get special treatment. Whereas I get asked for ID (cuz I look young), even when I go in with my group of friends that are regulars.... which is just embarrassing.. Recently I booked tables 4 saturdays in a row, by personally texting a manager, who's number i got through a friend, and I actually got introduced to him. Every single one of those 4 nights, i showed up and he asked me what my reservation name was.... I mean i don't understand is my face that forgetful...??! i don't understand what my friends did any different than me to get better treatment What can I do to make them remember me?
Question: Why does my little brother copy everything some one else does? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:28 PM PDT It's not just me he copies, but his friend has this super annoying satiric and cynical attitude towards everything and will call everything gay or stupid and makes fun of everyone and now he sounds exactly like him. He'll even use the same voice that his friend uses when he says something.
Question: My friend always talks about herself..? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:23 PM PDT her family, some mutual friends, current events and a wide array of subjects. when she hits on a relevant subject or person, I jump in with my two cents worth and I get dead silence then switched back to her. Most often I just listen to her talk and tell me all of the fun she has been having and that I'm left out of. What do you make of this?
Question: I think i'm a failure? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:18 PM PDT I don't have any talent, I've tried basically anything but I just can't do it. I can't find someone who really wants me in their life, all of my "friends" left me except for one and the only reason why is my old friend (we used to all be friends) stopped talking to her because she was friends with me but me and my friend currently got into a fight about a week ago (don't) and she said "you can stop b*tching about me and my friends, you don't need to sit with us every time at lunch" but here's the thing, she thinks I can just sit with anyone but I can't, nobody wants me with them like they want her, the only reason I was ever friends with them is because of her (i'm just gonna call her Chloe for the rest of the question) everyone loves Chloe but not me, she said "you just get mad when everyone isn't obsessed with you" everyone is obsessed with her and if she's not at school I leave because everyone stops pretending to care about me and forgets that i exist. I feel like my siblings don't love that much because, I overheard them saying "I don't want to share a room with tina!" "Tina is so annoying!" "I will not go up there if Tina's there" and I cried so hard, what did I do? Also every time I walk into a room my siblings glare and leave, my mom used to stay and talk to me but now she just tells me to leave, I get parents can get aggravated but she kicks me out every time. Chloe and Molly (i'm gonna call my old best friend I mentioned earlier that) might have become friends again this weekend and i'm really scared that they did because I know Chloe will slowly leave my life or I will have to leave because I just can't be the person people talk to if they're friends don't want me anymore, when my friends didn't want me anymore I couldn't go to anyone. I know this is probably hard to understand and all but i'm just confused and can't write that good rn
Question: Someone is mentally sick who is stalking me..? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:18 PM PDT Can I please have someone e-mail to talk with someone because I will keep ignoring him and he's steady harassing me
Question: How to deal with people that "speak their mind"? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:14 PM PDT You know people that are just plain out rude but say "I'm only honest" or "I speak my mind" but if you say anything back all of a sudden you are the jerk. I know a few of these people and need to deal with them on a daily basis. I don't wanna just ignore them because I don't have to put up with that bs.
Question: I feel pathetic, and need advice on neighbors? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 04:10 PM PDT OK so me and my dad moved into a new neighborhood and where I come from, everyone tries to get to know you directly. I'm 15 so I'm curious to meet the neighbors (including boys) but, the girls my age don't want to come out or so I've heard and if you come outside every time you hear or see a boy- you're classified as being fast but I just want to meet people who can relate to me... So I now apparently have the reputation of being fast and nosy (nosy yes) and I don't know what to do. I feel so pathetic to act like this, someone please advise me on the right thing to do in this situation
Question: How do I make friends at school? Feedback on story mostly.? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 03:38 PM PDT Ok, so I was over at my neighbors house when I was in middle school, we were hanging out and he introduced me to his friend. His friend and I became more friends than my neighbor and I were. We found out we both play Xbox and played cod together a lot. While we don t hang out that much, we do get together sometimes, and we talk a ton on Xbox, and we had a few classes together. He had other friends on Xbox though, and they didn t like me as much, they walked away from me when I tried to eat with them at lunch, and they are always making fun of my skills on COD. They even called me fat a few times, because I am a little chubby. My friend doesn t stick up for me and he always seems to be focusing on them more than me, we don t hang out at school anymore and my neighbor doesn t either, and now I feel like I have to stay friends with them just to have friends, even though they only want me with them on Xbox to make fun of me. What should I do?
Question: What could be the best gift for a best friend? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 03:31 PM PDT Wishing you a very Happy Birthday Warrior of weedzz ..have a blast buddy May today be the happiest day of your life, and may tomorrow be even happier than today Love ya ..lots of love and hugs :))
Question: How to be a better friend? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 03:29 PM PDT Its true when they say you should never take friendship for granted. Yet I feel I am pushing my friends away, because I have nothing to offer them. I feel inferior in comparison to their lives. They always have something to say or are busy. I love my friends to bits, but it gets me down on a awkward level. I always make excuses to leave is that normal?
Question: Christians, please read and help!? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 03:25 PM PDT How do I get rid of the pain of rejection from my entire community including the supposed Christian women in my own church who have been lied to about me. I'm reliving a nightmare and I do NOT KNOW HOW to LET IT GO! I moved to this small town a year ago and the mentality here is you have to earn acceptance. My friend/framily member has betrayed me on every level and doesn't even go to the church I attend but all her friends attend there and as soon as she heard that the "clique" wanted to get to know me better and that I wanted to get to know them better, she began to slander me and her friends and friends of her friends began to believe her lies and pull away from me.I've been alone for over 10 years. People have told me, "You can't control them or the situation" well DUH! I'm not trying to! I'm trying to get rid of this horrid pain in my heart!!! It feels like death! She PROMISED she wouldn't do this to me&is sabotaging me on every level and instead of RESPECTING ME and TALKING TO ME, she is ignoring and slandering me!! I have been trying to avoid her and all of them and disappear but because we live up the road from one another and shes been telling everyone I'm stalking her and harassing her and they are actually believing her, I now feel like I am trapped in my own home!!! If i go out they question my motives! I can't handle this anymore!!! I just can't!!

Question: I don't want to go to my church youth group? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 02:50 PM PDT I'm 14, a freshmen in high school and my dad is forcing me to go to our church's youth group. I really REALLY do NOT want to go. I'm very anxious, I'm actually crying. There's a sick churning in my stomach. He forced me to go in the 7th and 8th grade, and I hated it. He says "do this for me, do this for the Lord." None of the kids there, I don't really "connect" with. We don't share any other interests. It's just awkward, I end up standing there alone. I'm freaking out, like I said before, I'm anxious. I'm afraid I'll have an anxiety attack. I hate it there. What do I do?
Question: Would you let your 15 year old daughter go to a boy/girl sleepover? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 02:47 PM PDT They will be camping outside. Boys and girls in different tents. They will play games (card games, board games, volleyball, Frisbee) and eat food and drink drinks. There will be a group of about 10 people who are responsible and there will be no drugs, sex, or alcoholic drinks. Would you let them go to the sleepover why or why not.
Question: When a guy uses this emoji what does it mean? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 02:42 PM PDT If a guy takes you multiple times but you don't answer any of them and he sends a final message that extends to a second one and ends it by saying "later" with this face š what does it mean? Is he mad at you? Sad you didn't answer? Was he really looking forward to seeing you/talking to you so he is all upset now? I know basic emojis like smiles, kisses, etc. But I get a little unsure of some of the "mad" and "annoyed" faces. Does it mean he may also like you as more than a friend because he hated that you weren't answering for whatever reason (and a good one at that)?

Im not alone i hang with two girls im so happy i met them! But they both have their other friends who they are closer with.. I talk to a few people in classes but its nothing its just like hi's or how are you's .. Im not asking for a bunch of friends. But in middle school by this time i already had a lot of friends and i was new to that school . All i want is someone i can trust , who i get along with , id be happy with a friend like that . Why is it so hard for me to make friends in high school ? |
Question: This girl in class keeps talking about her ethnicity? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:53 PM PDT So we have history together, she is really conceited and pretty annoying, she thinks she is better than everyone basically. So she has been telling everyone that she is special, she always says " oh i'm 20 percent irish, a 30 percent german, very Swedish,a little Hawaiian and a native American" and says "oh my wavy blonde hair comes from Hawaii, its very rare, I feel special" Both her parents are white! I just don't know everyone hates her attitude but don't say anything to her, she doesn't treat people equally and feels superior and brags about anything she can, everyday! I am one of those people who believe everyone is equal no matter what. There is no escaping her voice in class! I'm sorry I needed to vent. But what could I say to her without being a *****? -.-
Question: How do I become a quiet person? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:50 PM PDT I talk a lot. I know this. I tend to get bitchy a lot as well. But I also know this. I get angry a lot and say a lot of harsh things and I apparently have a tone of voice that pisses people of? I don't know. I mean today my mom slapped me because she said I had too much attitude in my voice and I was being a brat (I was just telling her how I couldn't do hw, since the school site was down). This sort of thing happens a lot, too. I am overly sarcastic and bitter, and pretty negative around people and I talk a lot and I guess I brag a lot too. No matter how hard I try I can't change my bad behavior and people around me seem to get pissed of by me. Sometimes I start talking, and I feel disconnected from my body and I watch the conversation crash and burn. I can see the person I'm talking to awkwardly smile, and me blabbing on strangely like an idiot. It isn't pretty. I can't do anything right and I am sick of annoying, disappointing, and/or pissing off people around me. I feel like what I say isn't valued, but more it actually bothers people. Please help?? How to stop so much, and become a generally quiet person? I also just say things that are worded weirdly that people don't understand, and I really hate myself for this. Every teacher I've had says that I need to stop talking. I feel like no one likes me. I don't show who I really am inside, I just over talk and bury myself under my words. I want to be me, I honestly feel like a quiet person because I keep so much inside. I just spout out a bunch of useless stuff. I don't really know how to truly express myself.

Question: Attention whore and clingy?!? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:30 PM PDT Okay so I'm 14 year old guy,Im gay (just giving as much detail as possible) when I was 11 I had a lot of friends and most people liked me. Then my parents split up and honestly I wasn't angry/cried, I actually think I was happy because I had something to get attention from sad, Iknow.the next year our class was split & I became friends with two girls. They made melaugh and I made them laugh.it was the most fun year of mylife mylife.(sorry something is wrong with my phone so it's bugging out) I abandoned all my old friends and then the next year when we were reunited they left me. I realised I had no one and had abandoned everyone. So then I went from a good looking guy, I know very modest. To an overweight one. I'm now 22 kg overweight (2 stone) well over the national average. My bmi is 25.7 and my self esteem is at an all time low. I'm such an attention whore that I pretended I was suicidal so ppl would talk to me &comfort me. I was sick. Whenever I met new ppl we became good friends for about 3 days before they realised what I'm actually like. I think I am too clingy. They called me that. I'm also I'm a poisonous friendship with two other girls (one of which I also grew up with, another I met in the new school) I'm just so alone &don't know what to do. Also my mother is passive aggressive (emotionaly) and it's so bad I used to hang out with kids 3 or 4 years they figured out I'm not cool soon after. I'm even thinking of moving to USA/Australia when I'm older.
Question: Is This Really Just Introversion? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:27 PM PDT Hello, So I have a friend whom I have known for a year now and we have gotten very close to each other since we have met. But since about three weeks ago, she stopped hanging out or even talking to me completely. I tried to think of a time if I have offended her in some way but I asked her if I have and she and she said, "sometimes I really just need some time alone." I thought well okay, she is an introvert so I understand. But days passed by and I confronted her about it and she didn't really give me a solid explanation. I asked her if it had something to do with her being an introvert and she said yes. But I have studied introversion and I find it weird that she has completely isolated herself from me and every other person she knows. Every time I see her, she is always occupying herself with music and doing stuff on her phone or i-pad. We have the same class together and she doesn't even look at me or greet me. I talked to her other friends and she is blocking them out too. This sounds more than just introversion to me. I am thinking some kind of social disorder (not trying to be mean by any means) maybe. Or perhaps something traumatic has happened to her. But what makes those thoughts go down the drain is that I studied her in class for a moment and she looked fine. She looked healthy and didn't look sad or depressed. Actually, one day I saw her walking down the halls smiling with her ear plugs in her ears. I am seriously confused. Earlier in the year she (sarah) used to sit with a huge group of people and left them and started hanging out with me. But what was weird was that every time her best friend would come over and try to talk to her, Sarah would give her the cold shoulder. That does not sound like introversion. I asked if Sarah had a fight with her friend or something and she said no. Every time the girl would pursue her, Sarah tenses up and looks like she is does not like her friend being there. There was another girl Sarah hung out with in middle school and every single time she went up to her, Sarah would react the same way. Now Sarah is doing it to me and also her other friend whom she just recently started hanging out with. I find this behavior to be very strange. She hangs out with someone, becomes close to them and them leaves them and pretends she doesn't know them after that. This has to be some kind of social phobia or disorder.
Question: How do I tell my friend that she's becoming extremely clingy and annoying? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:21 PM PDT She always wants me to spend the night or for us to hang out every day or every weekend. I enjoying being with her but I need time to myself and with my other friends. She text me constantly and if I don't pick up she calls. I am feeling extremely smothered and very annoyed, I have even had to lie to her about my whereabouts and have even gone as far as to change my school schedule just so I don't have class with her. How do I handle this?
Question: Is my friend replacing me? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:21 PM PDT So I've been really good friends with this girl for almost a year now and we're really close and we pretty much talk about everything. But recently she has started hanging out with this other girl who is interested in her and they flirt, text, and hang out practically all the time (my friend is bi) and whenever the other girl is around my best friend practically ignores me and talks to her and whatnot. I tried to talk to my friend about it but she just got mad at me and said that she doesn't need my permission even though that's not what I meant and doesn't understand why I am upset. During my explanation, even though I was crying, she just sat there and texted the other girl like I wasn't trying to talk to her about something important. I feel left out and ignored now that this other girl has come around and she doesn't seem to understand why or even care, really. she's so caught up with this girl and wants to hang out with her more than she ever did with me. Ever since this other girl came around my friend and I have been fighting a lot more and it's stressing me out. I have also been getting kind of distant because I don't want there to be a problem between us but I also don't want to be someone's second choice. My friend also said that she doesn't want to talk about this ever again but it's still a problem. I don't want to stop being friends but I'd rather leave her before she leaves me but ultimately, I just want to fix things. What should I do?

Posted: 13 Sep 2015 01:12 PM PDT So my friend made this Instagram Acc that takes ppls faces and you zoom them in and you have to guess who they are (ppl from our school) and for some reason the popular ppl got ticked and felt "harrased" and we're going to tell the police and the school's deans. So she deleted the Accs, and the ppl have no proof or evidence that it was her, cuz they assumed it was her. She denied it because she was obvioulsy t scared. Could she get in trouble, and could I get in trouble because I helped her because this whole thing was a joke, note we used no profanity or made fun of no one. Or would they find this whole thing ridiculous like I did.

Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:52 PM PDT so me and my friend went out today around Dublin cause we are on a visit and we went around a lot of places. When we got back to where we re staying my friend looked on her instagram to find the comments on the picture below. These are random people who I have no idea who they are, living in different countries. They described our day exactly: got the train, went to Starbucks, train again, took photos on our phones, then had watermelon flavored icecream, went down the Harbour and took pics of boats, train again, saw a really hot guy, my mom brought us home in the car, our car got hit by something and broke a wheel (maybe a misspelling of bump?), then we went back to our house. Then underneath that comment someone else says "Spanish girls are *two old ladies* better *two train emojis* in bed". When I was on the train I heard someone say 'but spanish girls are better in bed' and we were sitting beside two old ladies and we were on a train. Freaky. Something similar happened the other day when someone from QATAR commented on a picture saying exactly where we were even though there was no geotagg or any indication of our location in the picture. Pls what do we do what is going on
Question: My friend is a jerk!? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:52 PM PDT So we he came over to my house and sat in my chair and i was afraid he would fart so i screamed at him and hit him so he asked what are you doing?!?!?! So i hit him and kicked him and punched him and spit all over him but he said STOP!!! i will tell so i said follow me so he did and than we went outside so i wouldent have to deal with his farts inside just in case but than it happened, we were playing on the driveway when he farted so i kicked him to the floor and stepped on him and kicked his head and jumped on him
Question: Why do people change? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:51 PM PDT My ex best friend and I got into a fight. I was able to move but we didn't cuz i didn't want to leave her. She is a cheerleader and is a very stubborn, self absortant girl. we have Been bffs for 11.5 years. For my birthday i got a text all her other friends get a long instagram message which i find annoying. She usually ditches me to hang out with her other friends. I want to if she thinks I'm an embrassment to her. Cause I want someone who is always there for me when i need it most. we talk sometimes out of school like on the bus or when were at cheer practice cause we coach the same team together and once and while after school or on the weekends. We used to hangout a ton before 9th grade. I used to look up to her as my older sibling i never had. We are only 5 months apart but still. Now we are sophomores and I'm at the point were I'm done with her crap. It is also really hard to avoid her cause she is my neighbor and we coach together. Please help me thanks in advance.
Question: I don't want to turn 17? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:50 PM PDT I'm turning 17 in two months and it's making me very upset. I feel like that's when you're basically an adult and you can do anything. All of my friends are driving, going to crazy parties, and all of that and it's just weird I'm already at that age. I can't drive though and I don't do a lot of things people my age do... I feel younger inside, and I think that's kind of weird but I can't help it! Every time I remember I'm turning 17, I start to get upset and I can't believe it. I feel like my childhood went by so quickly. I used to look at people driving, living alone, etc. and I would think, "Wow, they're so much older than me." and now people MY AGE are doing that! 17 seems so different from 16, I don't know why but it does. It makes me so sad. What should I do?! I look and sound younger than I am, I don't watch what people my age watch, I feel like it's too old for me. I'm a little immature and get surprised when I'm treated like an adult. I'm not used to it, and the thought of turning 17 drives me crazy! It's so close to 20, so weird... I feel like a freak because no one does this but I just don't want to grow up !! No one's going to answer this because I seem like a freak, sorry.

Question: Do you think it s a bad idea to ship/mail a gift to my friend? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:14 PM PDT Ok, so my friend s birthday is coming up and I really want to give her a gift, also I m ordering the gift online. I won t be able to see her on her birthday. So I was thinking about talking to our teachers to see if mine will let me out 10 minutes early and her teacher will ask her to go in the hallway so I could surprise her with a gift. Or if I should just send the gift from the website directly to her house. The only thing is I don t know her address, so I would need to ask one of her family members for it. I also don t know if they ll have a problem with me sending a gift to their house (like if they ll think it s disrespectful or something). Which do you think is better? I really want to surprise her. PS. If I did send it to her online will she get my address? Do you think it's a good idea to ship/mail a gift to my friend or give it to her in person?
Question: Fight with a good friend? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 12:07 PM PDT My close friend and I went on a trip to Europe this summer. Two other girls that we didn't know well joined our group (I knew one of them from back in high school and the other girl I didn't know at all, she was my HS buddy's friend) This probably wasn't the smartest idea, bec we all 4 have very different personalities and didn't know each other so well. (we all weren't besties) Basically, the trip was a bit of a disaster. I didn't click very well with the other two girls. I found them very abrasive, intense, aggressive, and insensitive at times. Many times I felt put down and not understand, such as when I would express a need of mine or a idea I had. The dynamic was off and it wasn't the most pleasant trip, I must admit. At times, they got on my nerves so much and trigged me to have emotional reactions where I got angry, insecure, and upset at them, and I said things I regret. After the trip, my friend that I was close to basically told me she needs space from me right now as she found me very "difficult" to deal with on the trip. She didn't have an issue with the other 2 girls, and couldn't understand why I was getting so "defensive" about everything they said. She said I was overly sensitive and took everything as an offense, when it really wasn't. We aren't talking now, and I truly value our friendship. I don't know why she can't just understand that it was a clearly a reaction to a situation I wasn't comfortable with. Her and I have never gotten into fights before!!! I am confused as what to do. I don't want to lose this friendship, however, is it possible to move on after this? Also, I forgot to say, that after the trip ended and we got back to the states, I found out from a different friend that she was talking about the trip and how "there was one girl that didn't get along with the rest and nobody liked her". She spoke about me basically behind my back, instead of discussing what happened to me directly. What should I do? Can we move on from this? She also said I was being Passive aggressive...can someone explain that? I thought I was communicating my needs well...
Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:54 AM PDT Why do i always get nervous / afraid when friends dont text me back when they seen or havent seen a message. Like for ex. If i text a friend and they haven't replied but their on social media i start to freak out and feel ignored and like they are mad at me ? I know people have stuff going on and cant always text back . Also im new to a school and i made a friend who we text each other a lot but if they see the message and dont reply to me or just take hours to reply i feel like i did something wrong to them ?? I really wanna stop being this way because it stresses me. Im just scared of being alone and not talking to anyone .. I want to over come this but i dont know how
Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:53 AM PDT So me and my friends are all 14 y/o and we're planning on having a sleepover at one of the friends houses. Keep in mind that this guys parents let him do whatever he wants almost. We're just three teenagers that talk about whatever with each other and we don't care about embarrassing or reveling to each other about anything. The only issue about this sleepover is I don't know what to do to keep the 'party' going with out getting bored. We will really do almost anything that anyone thinks would be ok to point out. Someone answering with experience with this kind of thing would be good for a best answer but anyone can really answer if they think they have anything good.
Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:53 AM PDT I have a friend that steals money from me, my brother and another friend. He also steals merchandise like bic lighters for God knows what and for some reason a bald cap from spirit Halloween. My brother doesn't want anyone else to know but I think it's wrong. What should I do?

I went home for the weekend, but I have to go back there tonight and I'm really not looking foreword to spending the next several months with this douchy roommate and all his douchy friends. It was totally unexpected too like I got no warning or anything. What do I do |

Question: What s wrong with my friend? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:35 AM PDT So her name is Sophie and I don t know what s up with her. She s my best friend in the whole world, and we hang out and have sleepovers and stuff like that. But the thing is, when I m with her, she s always on her phone. She texts her other friends and makes dates where she could see them right in front of me. She s also always on Instagram posting and liking pictures when we could be doing something more meaningful. And when I try to call her on Skype she almost never answers. When I text her on Skype asking if she wanted to go see a movie or if she wanted to talk she never replies. And when we were video chatting she said "Hey, how about we text instead?" and I thought that was a little weird but I agreed and after replying to four of my messages she just left. She d said she was talking to her sister but that was two hours later. Could she really have been talking to her sister for that long? EVERY time we re video-chatting she always has an excuse to go. And now, she put her Skype Status on Invisible so I couldn t see if she was online or not. She s my best friend and I know she cares about me too, but this is starting to hurt my feelings. Does she just not want to talk to me? :(

Question: How to be more verbally abusive or win arguments all the time? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:23 AM PDT Throughout all my life I've gotten nothing by hate from nasty people on the internet who hind behind a keyboard, or my friends get mad at me and threaten me. It's time I start and get nasty too. If people are going to be nasty at me, then I want to be nasty with them. How do you learn to insult people and make them confused? I'm tired of taking **** all the time from you people. I wish I had a gun so I could just shoot myself in the head and get it over with. Maybe then you'll grow some balls and talk **** to a person face to face.
Question: What does it mean when a guy asks you to homecoming? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:11 AM PDT we don't know each other that well but we have a couple of classes together and talk/text sometimes. he asked me with a bouquet of a dozen pink roses, and it's like five weeks in advance. do you think he asked me just so he would have someone to with, or like as friends, or as a date?
Question: How to become friends with someone? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:11 AM PDT I am a high school freshman and there is a sophomore that I really want to be friends with. I see him in the halls and he wears tee shirts with some of my favorite bands on them and he seems so nice I think we would really relate well with each other :) but there are a few problems. First of all, we don't have classes together. Second, we are both a little shy (or at least I am). Third, idk if he wi reject me as a friend because I'm a freshman, do you think he might? Some of my friends suggested sending him a note or something (my friend has class with him so she said she would give him the note) but I feel like this might make him uncomfortable. What do you think I should do? How do I introduce myself to him and what do I say, and when?
Question: Did you ever want to throw all your friends into the scrap pile and start over? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 11:00 AM PDT I'm speaking as someone who really only has one close friend. We've been friends for yrs and there have been times we've gone a year or two without talking and one of us will reach out to the other to start again. It tends to start off good but then as time goes on, he becomes more distant and I feel clingy and I just want to call it quits on the friendship. I don't want to feel this way and I want to be able to just meet with him sporadically, but he always does things that really piss me off and I'm at that point, at the 2 yr mark where I just really don't want to deal with it anymore. I want to get back to myself.
Question: I'm getting made fun of in college because I'm 22 and have never even kissed anyone.? Posted: 13 Sep 2015 10:56 AM PDT To put it simply, my roommate is a total you know what. I'm a music major and only focused on my art for as long as I can remember. No time for relationships. But my roommate has been sleeping with people, bringing boys over, etc. and makes so much fun of me to her friends because I'm still a virgin. Should I just ignore her?
