But suddenly, one strange day, one of my closest friends was admitted into the hospital for attempting suicide such as OD. I'd go to see her whenever I could, and I'd care for her so much, but when she was released, she started going into a depression stage and sent me flying. Literally, she shut me out and claimed that I didn't care about her and that I was only a joke, that she never thought me as a friend. I was so hurt, I sunk into depression myself but I managed to stablize myself, thank god. Ever since then, I've taught myself to make friends but stay at a certain distance away from them. I thought that being far away from them wouldn't hurt. But recently, I've let my emotions slip and now I'm caring too much about my two friends who are closest to me at the moment, but again, they push me away, they say "Whatever, I don't care.". These 2 nowadays, they're constantly pushing me away despite the fact that they're always coming to me for advice. Because of that, I can't help but feel like I'm just a replacement for whoever had stopped talking to them. For example, one of my friends, she always talked to this guyfriend and they were really close, so I was just a random ornament sitting in the corner of a dusty room. But when they have a fight or disagreement, she comes back to me and starts talking to me as if she hasn't been ignoring me for the past few weeks... Am I just a replacement of another friend? |

Ive hugged them, taken photos with them and everything and one of them even got me a tiny souvenir! My best friend and I are planning on giving each one of them a tiny sovenir or something along that line with a letter from each. But I literally have no ideas so help? Theyre 2 males, 2 females. Theyre the ones who have helped me a lot even through personal issues and Id really like to thank them. Last night I sent out a DM to four people on Instagram regarding an important project our school is requiring us to finish by the end of summer vacation. If we don't complete said assignment by the first day of school, we'll get a terrible grade. I wasn't aware of this assignment until a girl on Facebook told me of it, and upon checking the school website, found that she was telling the truth. Anyway, I sent a DM to four people whom attend my school (I don't have their numbers, they don't use/don't have Facebook, I don't know their kiks, ect. so it was the only way for me to contact them) and three of them viewed the message, some of them saying that they also had no idea about the summer project. However, one person I sent the message to didn't view it (their profile picture was the only grey one, indicating they didn't open up the DM). What should I do? I'm not sure if they know about the assignment. They're a good student, and I really don't want them to fail the semester following summer vacation over an assignment they had no idea they were supposed to be doing. What should I do? |

But they barely let me hang out with her, and when they do they won't let us out of their sight. -They said they think I cause her problems.Though I do have problems,as I recall she had problems first.Besides I always try to help her with her problems,not cause them.She even said I didn't cause them and told her parents that.We talk about her problems and it's not me. -Her parents are really strict.She can't role play,cosplay,and I believe they read her texts.They even went in her phone and deleted a lot of her pics,and although she said she didn't mind it,I thought I'd include it.Also she can't listen to some bands she likes, yet they won't even listen to it to figure out what it's about, for example MCR.She said those bands make her feel like she's not alone. -They let her hang out with her other friends all the time, but never me.I wish they'd understand we aren't dating. -She had a break down once(I believe it was anxiety attack).They punished her by not letting her go on the internet. Then they were going to a NYC block party and invited me. Then a week later (event was coming in 6 days) they said "we re uninviting you" and i pretended to not care said okay and left. I didnt want to care cuz there were other people near me and im shy. Its a group of 3 people, me Girl 1 and Girl 2. Girl 1 manipulates Girl 2 into hating me when Girl 1 isnt there Girl 2 is quite nice. They always make fun of me but say they dont mean it. Sometimes at night i just cry over how no one loves me. I was usually the one she talked&played with when she was having a fight with her best friend but she didn't want me to hang out with the both of them. Fast forward, this basically continued until we were about 9 and her best friend changed schools. She then suddenly wanted to be best friends with me and I was happy to since we had the same interests. She ended up repeating a year at some point and she practically told me she'd never talk to me again if I wouldn't purposely get bad grades so we'd go to middle school at the same time. I didn't do this, of course, and she then started spreading all kinds of lies such as me saying bad things about mutual friends,... I didn't find out that she was the one who spread all these rumours until I was 13. We ended up going to different middle schools and we actually got along very well until she started being mad about things such as me not wanting to hang out during exams, me also wanting to hang out with other people on Saturdays,... She once got so angry about this that she stormed out of my house and ignored all my calls for 2 months. When we started talking again, she said that I was like a different person (I was far less passive than before and had completely different interests) and that she wanted me to change back. I was quite offended by this (I should've talked more about this instead) and we drifted apart. It's been about 3 years since we last talked (we're 16 now) and she recently texted me, asking to meet up. This is when you study a child of your choice over six months. Tomorrow is my first visit and I'm so nervous. I've never met the child (aged 2-3) or parents. They aren't complete strangers the parents are close friends with my parents. The mother of the child I will be studying had invited me over to introduce everything but I have no idea what to say and how to act and what to aspect. She doesn't want to take out any loans at all. Coming from an Asian family her parents has high expectation for her, to go to a university and graduate in the medical field if not then she will be look down. Well she been telling me how she doesnt want to go back to her hometown because its going to be a disappointment to her families. She's been drinking and crying over how she is going to get kick out of school but as a good friend I just assure her to petition and if she does receive another chance then to go for something she loves and dont go for what her parents want but she keeps saying that her parents told her that if she cant become a medical nurse or a doctor then just to go back home. I talked to her this morning and she said that she is so stress in that she doesnt want to take care of anyone just herself and that she wants to be alone. Just the other day, she was humming and smiling and said she had a good friend to talk to, now. Her "friend" is her teacher, her 40 year-old teacher. She says she also talks to her 32 and 36 year-old teachers. Most of her "friends" are male, and that bothers me. I met them at open house and they seem... not like pedophiles. That relieves me, but should I try to find her some friends her age? Maybe some female teacher friends at least? |

Posted: 01 Jun 2015 01:56 PM PDT Every time someone makes a joke and makes people laugh, I give it a try (since I like to make people laugh and or smile), people don't laugh and just insult me every time. And why do most of the people I know have girlfriends but I don't? I try to be kind, polite, understanding, and funny but when I ask out a girl she just totally friend zones me and decides to go date an arrogant douche. And when I try to be just like that guy, people just get pissed off at me. At home I get bullied and abused by my father and bullied by my mother and brothers. I don't have any friends and the ones I used to have all betrayed me and sided with the bullies at school. I believe that speaking up wont even do anything and probably just makes the situation worse. What do I do? |

Posted: 01 Jun 2015 01:53 PM PDT So I have this friend that just got the horrific email saying that he didn't pass the milestone to get into the program for industrial design. He worked so incredibly hard and is feeling so defeated and crushed. Pretty much his hopes and hard work for the future are Kinda shot right now. I wanna say something to help him and make him feel better to show I'm there for him and that I care but I don't want to say the same thing as everyone else for example (it'll be okay, you can retry next year, if you need to vent I'm here, it's not the end you're still young, you can get through this etc.) I was thinking more along the lines of not really saying much but by getting him out and about all my treat of course to take his mind off of it instead of wallowing in his bed today and looking at the same inspirational quotes that others send him. would that be good or should I just leave him alone and give him his time to be a little depressed? |

We've talking for about two weeks now, and I've had a growing attraction her and was surprised that she didn't invite me. My other friend was the one that told me about the part two days before it happened. Should I have asked her why she didn't invite me? Should I confront her about it right now? I would totally understand if she said was scared to ask me, or felt like she din't know me that well, but I'd still like to know whether or not she just forgot to invite me, or whether there was an actual reason |

During the party, I danced with her several times. My friend started hugging me and resting her head on me while we danced slowly. After the dance and the ride back, her friends started teasing us. They started asking me why I didn't kiss my friend. I blushed and started getting nervous. I looked at my friend and she was smiling. They started telling me to kiss her, but I told them that I didn't think my friend would like that. My friend then smiled and punished me lightly. I kissed her on the cheek and she looked angry. I told her that I thought the punch was a signal to give her a kiss. I then started stuttering and shaking and she suddenly burst out laughing and said she was kidding. Posted: 01 Jun 2015 01:41 PM PDT Almost a year ago I moved from the big city to the south it was uneasy thing to do a lot of emssional decision to do "my old friends" keep asked when I'm planning of coming to visit. Due to economy state of mine I asked if I can stay at some friend house during the visit to save up on hotels. A friend volunteer to host me for the weekend I gave him all the information time of arrival and time for me to take the bus home which is 6hours on the road, he promised to take a weekend of from working and spend time with me and than he changed his mind and decided to work anyway without even share it with me in order me to change me plan .when refused to have sex with him he throw me to the street change his mind again for let me stay till my time to take the bus, home I'm soo med ...don't know what to do... Can I forgive him ,i don't know even how to start |
| Question: Was My Friend Fishing For Information From Me? Posted: 01 Jun 2015 01:35 PM PDT My friend called me this morning asking about an incident I texted her about several days ago. The incident had to do with and argument I had with the current board members at my complex. I wrote her that I made amends with them after the argument because we wanted peace. My friends' boyfriend is running to replace the board with four others. I found out the current board just sent an email last night to the four. The email was regarding my friends' boyfriends' white collar crimes. I didn't let me friend know I knew about the email the current board members sent regarding her boyfriend. My friend told me how she got into an argument with him this morning and told him it was over. Was the timing of my friend calling about this a coincidence? Or do you think her boyfriend put her up to it to see if I knew anything about the email about his white collar crimes? I'd like to believe my friend wouldn't do that. to me However I think there's a chance she could have. |

I finally asked her why and she said she wasn't mad. She just got tired of my 'bullshit.' I was confused because I don't tell her ANY of my problems at all yet she's saying she got tired of my bullshit. Does she mean that she got tired of me? She also said she doesn't care about my problems.. I don't care how rude she is to me, I need her back. She's so inspirational and kind and this is the only time I ever saw her act up.... She also has a good sense of humor so i'm still wondering if she did this as a joke........ But probably not because she unfriended me on every social media.. She also blocked her chat so she can no longer see messages, but i bet tomorrow she'll turn it back on. Anyway, when i can talk to her...... what do i say? I want to get her back. Posted: 01 Jun 2015 01:30 PM PDT So, school got out the other day and like everyone else, I went to a bonfire/party but didn't do any drinking. Regardless, I still felt like crap the next day (lack of sleep, stomach bug, I really don't know). Anyways, I was talking to someone and told them that I felt hungover even though I wasn't. They asked if I drank the night before and I replied that I don't drink because my late father had a drinking problem and that I just can't handle it (he's only been passed a little over 6 months). The only problem is, that's not why I wasn't drinking. If there had been drinking going on, I more than likely would've participated. Is there a way to explain that I don't actually have a problem with drinking to this person so I don't get caught partying later and get called a liar? Though I guess I still am... |
