I got in contact with my mother and she told me that I need to contact my case worker. When I left the case was basically closed, so when I asked my mother what did my case worker want me to contact her for she told me that my case worker wanted to know why I left home. She told me that I didn't have to come back home if I didn't want to but she said I should get In contact with my case worker. When I had left I left a letter saying why I was leaving etc. And yet my mother is trying to tell me that these people want to know why I left and I'm wondering why she didn't just tell them what information I left her with. Now I'm staying with my boyfriend's mother and my mother called his family and basically talked to them and then basically threatened them and said that dyfs was going to come to their house. My question is since I'm 18 and is of legal age to live on my own and the case was basically closed when I left do I have to contact my dyfs caseworker if I don't want to? I was going out side to warm up my car and my neighbor was outside smoking in his front door. I looked over at him and he asked if I had a problem. He also threatened me by saying he was "going to put a bullet in me" if I didn't t leave him alone. I called the police and then the landlord. The Sheriff came and he did not answer the door. The owner and the landlord also talked to him and have told him to not smoke in the back. He continues to smoke and it has gotten worse. What are my options other then reporting him to the landlord. We live here in Washington which has also place laws on smoking. I don t feel that I can approach him again. If I do would I get in trouble for knocking on his door to tell him he has been told already to stop the smoking. Any help in this would be appreciated. |

The same issue continued. I find nothing on the web about this. Short of them opening an entirely new Yahoo account what can be done?
