We are musicians and are in a band together. Two weeks ago there was a free concert downtown and my friend never asked me to go. I was a little upset, but whatever. I texted her on Tuesday and she never responded and I have been texting her one text a day since then. She hasn't unfollowed me on tumblr and still reblogs stuff from me. I asked her today if something was wrong but she never responded. I asked my other friend if she was mad at me, and he hasn't responded either. There were two gigs last week that I didn't go to: one was at a radio station but it was during a Stanley cup game (honestly the Hawks are better than some lame *** radio program on AM that no one listens to especially since we were on WGN a few months ago) and the other was skipped due to a sudden illness. I didn't care so much at first because **** happens, but my mom is annoying me about it and now I'm annoyed too. I should also mention that they recorded an album without telling me and I found out about it six months later (the album ended up being scratched and there were plans to do a new one). They excluded other people as well. My friend insists that she told me but I would have been able to find the text on my phone via spotlight search. I'm afraid they don't want to associate with me anymore, or recorded another album without me. I just wish they would tell me if something was wrong. |

I am now more confident and brave, and not to toot my own horn, but my appearance had changed as well. The people that always looked down on me and picked me apart now either chase after me or look at me in jealousy/admiration. They try to befriend me, but I know they are only doing this because I had changed my appearance, when they try, I shut them down publically and I made them feel what I had felt. We used to go out clubbing all the time. I never really believed they liked me though. Anyway I have these two other friends from uni and we all sort of became friends. A couple of months ago my uni mates came down to hang out with me and my two other friends. But we ended up falling out because my two old friends wanted to have a night in watching movies but my uni mate wanted to go out clubbing (she had travelled 6 hours to come and see us). I said why don't we meet in the middle and go out clubbing but then watch films and hang out at home afterwards. But they weren't having it. My two old friends made up some BS about how they couldn't find their ID. But me and my uni mates went out clubbing. Since then I have not heard from my two friends apart from them being rude to me on FB. They always post things to eachother online about fake friends and I'm sure it's a dig at me. But I bumped into one of them the other day and he acted like everything was fine even though they never talk to me now. I have had enough tbh so I deleted them from FB. I believe in forgiveness but they are really bringing me down. Also it's my uni mates bday and she is coming down again to see us all but how can I go out with everyone after this mess? |

This is unlike him Becuase when we first started hanging out we would have fun for hours doing turtle stuff. My so-called friends from high school this year were really just people I could talk to to get through my day. (We haven't kept in touch since school ended) I'm a super friendly person once you get to know me, but I'm super self conscious and get really intimidated by meeting new people. (Probably because a lot of people think I'm annoying and stupid, and tease me on a regular basis) I'm really committed to a sport I've participated in since I was three. I'm not in the greatest shape though. (BMI wise I'm normal, but I am not a strong person and have terrible endurance) I love the being active and being outdoors, despite my current physical condition. (I hate going to the gym because everyone is in such better shape than I am, and I feel so embarrassed) I'm not a very artsy person, but I'm semi-creative. I love photography, but I've never really been involved with it or taken any classes before. I love music - indie especially - but I don't play any instruments. I'm not into sports, but I like hockey and baseball. (I don't know much about either but they seem cool) I'm addicted to Netflix and my computer, but I'm not really allowed to play any video games. (Even though I love them) With all this in mind, can anyone think of any hobbies for me? I'm at a loss. |

My best friend rarely seems to care or even if she does its like she gets annoyed by me or we are more like aqquaintances.. So i get things change as do people but what happened here? Last year we were inseperable she would always text me, wish me good luck texts even before my game or text me after saying "heard you won congrats๐" we would always hang out, have so much fun, be laughing and smiling, this year is so different. She doesnt text me anymore..it always me and sometimes i dont because it takes her long times to reply and sometimes she says im sorry for not texting as much ive been busy like thats ok! I understand we get busy! So do i, we both do sports and stuff.. I tried making new friends and i have a lot but she is someone im kind of caught on.. Cuz idk what changed. She got closer with this girl who likes to party and drink and smoke a lot amd my best friend is starting to do that more and i dont do that.. I ended up feeling really sick on the trip, some kind of stomach bug, and she was very quick to suggest we go home. She said she was concerned about my wellbeing but I think a bit of her kinda wanted to go home too, especially as she immediately met up with her bf when we got back. I like her bf and am glad she's happy but it makes me sad that he seems to have replaced me. I have no interest in campus politics, parties or fraternities. As a joke, some of my buddies put me on the ballot for class president. I did not mind as nobody knows who I am and there was not a chance in hell that I would win. Just before the election, my buddies sent an email to all male students that said "Vote for Bob. He is part owner of a legal brothel (not true) and has lots of free coupons to give away". I did not know they had done this. Can you imagine my surprise when I won by a landslide. Now I am in big trouble with the guys on campus. They all want the coupons. If I print up some fake coupons, do you think any of the guys will try to use them? Any ideas how I get out of this mess. |

But whatever, I love her to death. Well she recently got back with her ex. The same guy who she has dated twice before and has cheated on her both times. She still values her virginity so she thinks that is why he cheats, it's not that's just plain stupid, this boy ain't ****, but she tells me she's gonna have sex with him. It's what he wants, it's all he wants, I know his "type". Obviously I don't like him and I sure as hell don't approve of her giving this douchebag her virginity. She knows I hat his guts. But it is her life, I don't want people to think I'm trying to control her cuz I'm not. I'm just upset about it and express that. We had another fight over him yesterday, she knows he's a douche, she knows I don't like him and she knows, but won't admit to herself, that he will cheat on her again. But she can't say no, she can't stop. She got pissed off, I got pissed off, and she just told me she " wasn't in the mood". I respect that, looking back on it now I was kinda being an ***. But I told her what would happen, that he won't change. She just got her phone taken away so I can't see nor talk to her until school starts back up. That scares me, she's got an awesome guy right by her side but insists on being with this guy. When we fight over him, believe me I do mean well, but I do kinda go too far. I eventually found out, and when I confronted her, she said "He doesn't really like you and we've decided to be together officially." I yelled at her and tried to confront him by calling him but he refused to speak to me. Eventually they ended up getting married, and very shortly after she had a baby with him. He is religious, but she never was, matter of fact she would often say she was agnostic and thought religion was somewhat silly. But ever since she has been with him, she's turned into a born again Christian, spouting verses from the bible and saying things like "He is my savior. The Lord is my righteous father." and posting bible verses on her facebook, she even has a pinterest dedicated to bible versus and jesus. This girl was an atheist/agnostic before she met this guy who cheated on me with her. It's disgusting and weird. What the heck happened to her? It doesn't make sense. |

About two years ago we had a falling out and stoped talking for a l several months. We made up and by then I was going to school out of state.We hang out when I come home for break, but it's different. It's not because of the fight. That was a while ago, and things were fine last year. Example: Today we went to a water park. I drove, and she said she wish she had brought her book. So I guess she didn't want to talk on the way there. We didn't talk in the lines, we didn't talk on the lazy river- and she kept walking ahead of me. When I tried to start a conversation she'd just laugh or say something like "yeah," or would answer my qs and say nothing else. It's weird because she still asks to hang out and stuff, but it's like I'm just *there* and we're next to each other. Sometimes she even texts people while we're talking. What should I do? I told her once it seemed like she was acting distant, but she assured me she wanted to hang out. Help? |

We did yearbook signing for the last hour of school, and when I said hi, she just said, "What do you want?" with a bad attitude, so I said never mind and walked away. | Posted: 20 Jun 2015 11:35 AM PDT Ok so basically i have a friend and long story short i asked him to do a job for me and we both agreed that i would give him 300 bucks and that was the plan but today when i called him letting him know that i was going to give him the money(just fyi he hasnt done the job yet) but when i called him i asked if he could give me a discount like 20 bucks off instead of the 300 because since we are friends and after all ive done stuff for him in the past cuz we are friends i thought he could be a friend and take off some money but he started getting all mad with me and telling me its 300 or i wont do the job which from my point of view i got pretty mad because i felt since we were friends he would just be like oh ok ill take off 20 bucks. I understand that we already agreed to 300 so i should keep my word but whats really been bothering was the fact that you think cuz we are friends and that ive done stuff for him in the past he would be a buddy and give me a small discount. So there are 6 of us all together and only 2 people with memberships. So my friend A chose to take my friend B. And my friend C chose to take D. So now my friend E and Myself were the ones left, but we weren't members. So my friends who planned to go said that they didn't want to go anymore because my friend E and myself couldn't go. But then I was checking my social media, and they posted pictures of themselves at that theme park, just the four of them after promising us that they wouldn't go. |
