Well A new ps4 game I ordered came from Amazon to the apartment and I went to the door to go get it and our neighbor started talking to me. I left the door open not thinking that her cat was out and she must've ran out the door when I wasn't looking. So I went back inside and started playing my game and did not even realize the cat was gone. Well my girlfriend got home and asked me where her cat was and I just kept playing my game and told her that she's probably hiding. She figured out that she was not in the apartment and got extremely mad at me calling me an irresponsible lazy ***. I explained to her that the cat must've got out when I went to get my game and she took my game and snapped the disk in half. Now she doesn't trust me at all and has been crying all day because she misses it. I get that I screwed up but it was just a damn cat and I honestly hate those damn things (I prefer dogs). When our friend was being bullied, he was silent. When girlfriends of my ex talked **** behind my back, lied about me and destroyed my relationship in the process, he just stood there. He told me what was going on but that was it. They tried destroying my friendship with him too. When I needed him to try talking to my ex and just say his view on situation, he said that he will talk to him and after two months, he told me that he could say nothing even though my ex asked him about his opinion. If he said that he wouldn't interfere from the start, I wouldn't have counted on that and I'd have found another way because I don't want him solving my problems. And that's also a part of the problem. I want him to stand up to me as well. We talked about this, he knows that I value our friendship and support he showed me by just being there more than this but I can't help but being a little irritated with him because he often talks about the positive effect I have on his life and how he loves me and I mean so much to him and how it was hard for him to watch me being mishandled. He is angry with himself because he did't react. He has low self-confidence and is passive. There are so many things that he wants to do, but he dares not. I recommended a psychologist, I listen to him, try to encourage him but he needs more because he feels bad. Any advice? The main problem is that my friend doesn't like himself, I like him the way he is. If it comes to it, I can stand up for us both but what will he do when I'm not around? I just don't want to see him pushed around, whether by me or anyone else. I'll get over the stuff he didn't do for me because I value our friendship more. |

We all left home before the age of 18, some to live with older relatives, some ran off with a spouse and some left through the dcfs system. Our mother left when we were small. It was a very hard life, many have PTSD and depression, anxiety. I went a decade without talking to him. Slowly everyone came back together to forgive him. But no matter what holiday or event was going on, our dad would say nasty things about each of us to the other and constantly try to fight somebody. He would target them infront of our kids and at family. Many of us would end up leaving before he got physically violent(he wAs not provoked any of the time) it was scared. We are all adults with kids now. Just the look and size of him is scared to our kids. We have learned his games. He starts obsessing over one of us because of money, material things, lifestyle, relationships with our spouses ect. Then the anonymous prank calls, slander, threats, showing up at our house, Internet stalking, even harassment towards the grandchild online, anonymously and viciously. Some of my siblings are still scared of him and help him so they don't become targets themselves. I have decided to not have a relationship with anyone in my family so as to not upset our lives or our kids lives. It makes him more angry and he finds sneaky things to harass us with. It's terrible, how do you cope with sickness? |

I'm ready to start my life but I want to be with my girlfriend and have a life. This job is promising good money but it's around 50-80 hours a week should I take the job and move. I just don't think I'll have a life and I won't be able to spend time with my girlfriend although I do get 1 lousy day off a week. should I take this job or just stay where I am now and try to run my own pressure washing business and wash people's houses and porches. | Question: Why can't I just die tonight...? Posted: 12 Jun 2015 08:18 PM PDT Literally, I have no future. My parents hate me. I hate them. They are full of s***. Partiuculary my dad. Oh, well your just a ignorant spoiled kid hating on life. I've gotten that comment before. So let me say something about that. Here's an example of some crap my dad said. I don't care if it's summer vacation, but you have to wake up early because you have to wake up early when you get a job. Umm? I have to wake up early now so Ill be able to wake up early 5 years from now? I don't need to practice waking up early to wake up early. Here's another example. I'm starting drivers ed, so I can't listen to music. Even though I'm sitting in the back seat. I can sleep, but no music. Cause I have to practice not listening to music while observing others drive. Or those dinner time conversations, "someone made it to Harvard with a scholarship. Or this person got first place in a global math conpetition." literally, he hates me. I'm at the point where I can't deal with his crap. Idk, I'm just really annoyed. He's always making up random crap to make me not do something. He hates it when I listen to music. Oh, what's that? I don't even have access to the wifi? Yeah, thats cool. And his reason? Cause I don't have a and in not in all ap's. Cause a guy working at McDonald's can't afford wifi, so I guess I have to practice living without wifi... You know, I always wonder, whycthevgood guys always die, and not me. Why the f can't I just die already. Why. That's my question. Why. Look, i'm sorry for ranting on, but literally, it's as if my dad shows it in every way possible that he hates me, and i get it. My mom, just goes along with my dad. Telling me, he's not bad, he's just worried, blah blah, typical stuff. Idk, it's not the first night i lie in bed wondering if an asteroid will hit my room only, or a car accident happens and i'm the only one that dies, etc... sigh. |
| Question: Don't wanna go to my brothers wedding? Posted: 12 Jun 2015 08:12 PM PDT My brother broke with his girfriend of 6 years back around april and now he's back together with a girl he used to date when he was younger and he's also talking about marrying this girl next year. I'm not trying to jinx him or whatever, but I know it's not gonna work out. The reason why I know they're not gonna work out as a married couple is because both of them are in their 30s and not even established (he lives pay check to pay check and she doesn't even have a job), The reason why they broke up the first time because both of them were fooling around on each other, and she's 4 years older than him and pretty much using him. Me and him aren't that close, but he wants me to come to his wedding so bad (if theres ever gonna be a wedding) and he's so convinced that he's gonna be together with this woman forever. I know I can't talk him out of it, How can i tell my brother I don't wanna go to his wedding? |

| Question: Is this normal? Would you forgive me? Posted: 12 Jun 2015 07:54 PM PDT When I was 17 and my sister was 11 we got into a slapping fight. I started it by slapping her out of anger, but not hard enough to hurt. It was a habit because we did it all the time just in fun. She slapped back and so on. I realized it was messed up and stopped myself from slapping back in the end.This was the first and last time it ever was out of anger. I obviously wouldn't do it again, but is that normal for close siblings who do things together all the time? I think at the time I didn't think of her as so much younger than me since we were so close (which I should have). |

| Question: I'm not good enough for my dad.? Posted: 12 Jun 2015 07:50 PM PDT Long story short, my dad wants me to do things his way.. such as become a teacher after high school (I'm a upcoming senior), which was his dream by the way and he wants me to model. Tonight, he told me I'm letting my looks go to waste. I told him that it's my life that I have to live. Right now, I work part time sometimes and I'm staying in school but that doesn't seem to be enough. Sometimes, he'd tell me he's proud of me but I don't think he genuinely mean it. None of his 4 kids graduated high school so I will be the first to do that as well as going to college (possibly the Air Force). What more could he possibly want? He even told me that I'm going to wind up like his ex wife and be old and ugly. He was drinking before he said this.. usually, whenever he drink, what he says doesn't bother me. I feel like whatever I do isn't quite good enough for him. I honestly think that he should be happy I won't end up like him, smoking crack and drinking 247. Like, I'm trying and all I want is success. Not attention or fame. I don't mind trying something new (such as modeling), but allow me to do it on my own, not by feeling forced or pressured. What he said tonight killed a little of my pride. Any advice? |

One of them (rob) was really fun and easy-going and the other (john) was very successful and from a very politically-connected family. I made the mistake of telling John I broke up with Rob and wanted to be just with him. I broke up with him soon after telling him I was with Rob first and it was only fair to stay with him. That's when the nightmare started. Rob never knew about John. John found Rob and sent him dirty pics I sent along with tons of texts telling him I loved him. Even texts telling him I loved him more than Rob. The trouble didn't end there. Two weeks later, John texted me asking for his diamond tennis necklace, bracelet and earnings back. I didn't answer. I ignored him. He told me I would end up paying back 100x what I refused to give him back and never contacted me again. Soon after, the IRS audited me and I had 4 investigations opened on my business from different state departments. I'm not at the point where the legal trouble is overwhelming and every few weeks, a new investigation is opened. What am I supposed to do at this point? He is hell bent on revenge and his family has so many connections that I feel he can keep doing this forever. I'm really sorry that I got involved with two people but I am losing my business, my home, EVERYTHING! PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE. Aside from the financial damage, the emotional damage is killing me. Please HELP! PLEASE! |

To top on that, I've realised that many of my friends and the people around me are not as fine as they seem. They're depressed, got anxiety, used to cut, etcetera but they seem all happy around me. I've cut and I'm trying to get out of it but I feel so lost and confused right now. It doesn't help that my parents think that I'm fine and messed up at the same time they think I'm worrying |

In the 2nd infantry squad. We have only talked a few days and he claimed he's in love with me and God has brought us together. I am a christian widow. And he claims to be one too. Last night I really got my suspicion up when he asked for me to give him my personal password to my Facebook account. Said he wanted to get to know me better. Then asked if I would send care pkg. With candy, underwear, few other things and cigarette s for his colleges. When I asked him why he wanted my personal info he said he wanted me to trust him. And was hurt because I didn't. He sent me a pic of him and 4 guys in his squad. 2 pics of his 10 yr old daughter. Which is being taken care of by a nanny. His wife died in a car wreck. And has really no family dad died young, mom remarried but have up interest on him and has 1 brother but lives a long ways and not close. Wife was from Spain her family still lives there. His ex girlfriend and mother of his child lives in Canada. He told my mom that one of the biggest reasons for his breakup was because he was deported from Canada (no work license). Recently he told my mom that the ex girlfriend wants him back because she is having a lot of bad luck with a string of ex boyfriends. The daughter is having trouble with the mom and dad not being together. He told my mother that this past relationship is over and that he broke up 6 years ago. My mom's concern though is that the ex girlfriend wants him back. Recently she told him she wants him back (she told him this, around Thanksgiving of last year). Should my mother be concerned? |
