I went back to my home State at the end of April due to family issues. My boyfriend and I had decided to move-in together once he had gotten a place in the other State and I would move back. It's taking longer than he had expected so he suggested that I get a job until then. My Grandma ended up in the hospital, in serious condition, and I told him finding a job would need to be put on hold. He was disappointed in that. I got upset and said "You honestly cannot understand that? You make me feel as if I am stalling in getting a job. My Grandma's life is a lot more important than finding a job." (This was all in text) and he never responded back. That was 9 days ago... I was planning on moving on without words as I don't want to be the one who makes the contact like every other time! My mother thinks that is best but my sister thinks I should at least say something, even if he doesn't respond, because she knows I have a hard time with the idea of moving-on without the words that it's over. Which, I do... but I am doing alright at the moment. I am honestly still waiting for him to contact me but not so much that I've put my life on hold and just sit by the phone 24/7. I don't want to break the streak, so to speak... lol. This relationship has A LOT more red-flags that there is no space to list them all. This isn't the 1st, 2nd, 3rd... 4th, 5th or 6th time he has done this. What do I do? |

Well her bestfriend had told me she would hurt me if I hurt my girlfriend in any way. So I was at my girlfriends door knocking to try to talk to her when her friend opens the door and kicks me in the nuts. Then while i was down she kicked me there a second time and then punched me in the nose. She dragged me inside and made me break up with my girlfriend. | Posted: 21 Jun 2015 07:38 PM PDT this guy i dated really just treated me bad. i really loved him and he left me in this deserted area and that sort of scared me. so 5 months later he texts me and i ignore him..so then he keeps texting wanting to make things work...but in my heart i knew if i tried to make things work again for a 3rd time...i would end up being hurt..and i didnt want to go through being treated like i was..he said all sorts of things such as he wouldn't give up on me and he how he was stupid for treating me the way he did...and once i told him i didnt want to do this again..he then told me it was a mistake for him to text me and try to apologize and then 3 months later he married some girl out of the country... i don't know what it is but i really never thought that a guy who didnt show any sort of interest in long term commitment and to treat me the way he did to marry someone so fast...there is a part of me that wishes i never talked to him in the first place just because there is so many bad memories and pain caused from that relationship |

I do it or at the very least if for some reason I cant I pick up the phone and let the other person know asap. What is it with women these days? Its like they could give a rats *** what other peoples have going on and it almost never fails in most cases I have seen lately women have lost all morals and integrity when it comes to showing up when expected. I don't get it. Do these women think they arer going to have guys chasing them forever or something? Ladies nothing is a bigger turn off to guys than a flaky woman. NOTHING. I run a construction crew and honest to god I would rather have the kid who shows up everyday on time than a master carpenter who is un reliable. Women, maybe have some more self respect and respect others plans when your included and who knows you might find people value you more. I swear on my life he wasn't being sarcastic or smart to my mom when he texted me this. His position was basically that you can ALWAYS have a better day. I like how he assumes I'm having a bad day." To this I said a simple no. She goes on, "He sounds arrogant and sounds like (someone we know who mustn't be named). Tell him thank you for knowing my day better than I do. He should really share with us mere mortals since he's so all knowing."(It's hard to tell but this was sarcasm of the finest). It was so insane I had nothing to say. I told my boyfriend and his feelings were hurt. So I talked to my mom an hour later. We got into it. She said saying "hope you have a better day" to someone isn't common. "That's not a common phrase; No one says that." Is it reasonable for my mom to get SO offended? Problem is, I'm misunderstood. I'm a 23 year old female and I feel like I'm running "out of time" to meet someone, fall in love, get married, and start a family in a reasonable time. I'd like to have a baby by the time I'm 30, so I feel like my timeline is running short. I'm not even dating anyone right now. I don't want to sound crazy. I'm not, I swear. And I'm not baby hungry either. I really do want to wait until I'm in the 28 to 32 range. But I'm just worried that with the standard timeline of meeting someone, dating a few years, being engaged a year or two, then enjoying being married another year or two or three before a baby.... Then that means I'd have to meet someone, well, like now to meet that general timeline. In short, I'm stressed about my future and getting scared I'm going to end up an old lonely cat lady. It probably doesn't help that most of my friends and people my age that I know are getting engaged, getting married, and are having babies right now. I just feel "behind". But the other night we talked more than usually and then I just told him how I felt because it's summer and I was tired of wondering how he felt. Later on in the convo we somehow got on the topic of sending and receiving nudes and he then asked me to send him some. I said no for multiple reasons and told him those reasons but he acted sort of mad and said he thought that I didn't trust him or that I thought he wasn't good enough which wasn't the case. He said that it was a good time and it would make him happy and turn him on and that he wanted them/me a lot. I repeatedly told him no but he never really seemed to understand. I met this really sweet dude online who is from another country. He was also going through the same issues. He leaned on me for support. He said I was his first ever friend who cared about him. He was always very sweet to me and complimented me a lot. I told him that I wanted to attend another more prestigious expensive college but I couldn't afford to since Im from a low income family. He said he would work his a$$ off to make enough money to come to US then he could work a low wage job to send me to that college. He said he would give me 90% of his wage for my tuition and live on10% for his survival. I replied that the 90% won't even be enough to pay off my tuition. Then he changed his mind and he said that he would give me 100% of his income. He claims that I could use it to buy all the handbags and shoes that I always wanted. And that he doesn't need any money for his own because since hes under the sun(me), he can train himself to turn into a tree to make his own food. He said his own worries would be animals urinating on him then he mentioned that a pair of lovers will carve a heart on his trunk. I can't imagine why a simple friend would say something like this. | Question: Girlfriend looked through recently searched on facebook and freaked out.? Posted: 21 Jun 2015 07:19 PM PDT So the girlfriend looked through my phone when I was sleeping. A close by restaurant closed that this girl worked at that i used to have relations with. Me and my buddy were talking about the food there and it just closed past few days So i looked her up to see why it closed. She saw her in the recently searched and has been freaking out all day. She obviously doesnt believe me and says me looking at her facebook is weird and why didnt I google it. This isnt the first time but I'm just getting so sick of defending myself when i put her over everything. What Should i do? |

I live in NY and he lives in MD but he's from NY so he was up here last weekend. We met sunday and went out for lunch. We got a little drunk and got a room. We slept together and spent the night. We left at 4am the next morning. he drove all the way back to MD before work. Within 15 mins he texted me. I texted him tuesday and Then wednesday night I said "idk feels like things are weird" and he said "just a little I guess. It's tough cause you're up there" and then we talked a little more. Thursday I asked him if he would wanna hang out/**** again if/when he comes up and he said "yeah just don't know when I'll be up!" And I said "I know, I was just asking in general and he said "yeah I'm down to ****/hang out lol" and I said "well I have a free house at the end of July so maybe just maybe" and he said "hmmm hopefully!" Then yesterday I messaged him on tinder and he asked what I was doing on there and I said "what are you doing on here lmao" and he said "idk hahaha" and then I was drunk so I said "I don't wanna force you to talk to me I just enjoy talking to you and I feel like I did something wrong" he said "what did you do wrong?? Text on tinder? Hahahah" and then later I texted him and said "are you up? Nvm something is bothering me." Then this morning I said "hey I'm sorry about last night" and sent him a pic. He hasn't answered :( it's been like 8 hrs. 1. Does he seem like he's into me? 2. Did I mess up? |

I never knew him before so we never really talked until now. So we started to get to know each other and he started to act flirty with me and eventually we got to where we were flirting back and forth everyday. On the last day of school he gave me his number and I gave him mine and he texted me that day. We ended up texting for most of the day and then he kinda ended the conversation. A few days later I decided to text him first and we talked for a while and that time I ended the conversation. The thing is we haven't talked since then and I know it's summer and all but still.... Posted: 21 Jun 2015 07:16 PM PDT me and my girlfriend and i recently as Tuesday both finished our exams, with a result of this we had our first major fight with her wanting a 'break'. however first thing the next morning she texted asking to meet and talk. we decided we'll try again. now i believe shes expecting me to break up with her as: * she hasn't talked too much over text like Thursday(the day after the talk) we sent 3 texts each. she said today that she doesn't like texting and "do you not need space? like i feel suffocated most of the time like i need time to myself and to chill out" * we had plans to meet today(Monday) and she called off the last minute as shes ill but doesn't want me to come over like always when shes sick. * we used to end ever text with "xxx" and now we don't, she started it. * she says "yeah" a bit more than usually lately in texts. * she hasn't said "i love you" since the 13th of June, or similarly "i miss you" in well i cant even remember * we haven't done anything sexual for about 3-4 months not even heavy petting. i really love this girl like a lot but doing this put too big of strain on me, like today i texted her and was given huge paragraphs on why i couldn't say my day was ****, we didn't text from 12 last night till 7 in the afternoon today and i cant say my day was **** cause she wasn't in it? is this normal or is this also a major no? but at the end of the day id still like to be with this girl so id prefer to resolve the issue than call it quits. |
