I'm 20 years old and I've been dating, Alex, for two years now. I met his now 3 year old daughter last year before she turned two. I have been in a 9yr relationship with my boyfriend who is an alcoholic. We have one child together. We have lived together for years and I have left him many times due to him drinking excessively. Okay my father has had multiple heart attacks in the past. He was on a waiting list for a heart transplant since for a few months. He was in Hospital#1 and I was Direct Advisor and proxy. After the officers left I told them the issue and they told me not to worry because her happy *** can stay there just like she wanted. This is where it all goes down.. He was transferred to Hospital#2 and I was no longer the Direct Advisor instead it was his girlfriend. He wrote that in the documents. I visited him multiple times in Hospital#1 and I was in and out of work. Today I visited him and saw that his girlfriend wasn't there. There was sitter in the room and my father was put to sleep/dialysis. The nurses kept looking at me and looking away while talking on the phone. Approximately 2 minutes later his girlfriend texted me if I was working or at home. Within that time frame I already knew the nurses called her up to let her know who was around when she isn't there. They were not discreet and it is clear that she did not want me there, how else was I going to see my dad? My friend now asked me if I'd tutor him again and I said no. He then got irate on the phone and said "HOW THE F*CK WILL YOU TEACH RETARDS IF YOU CANT TEACH ME!!!" Since then, he's been blowing up my phone asking if we're still going to tutor next week. Im over being friends with him. I'm done. Is this wrong of me?

So here's the situation...my girlfriend and I are going to be seniors in high school. We have been close friends for 3 whole years (our friends and families kind of know each other) We have been dating for 4 months now and we are really in love. We feel really close to each other, we share any feelings we have with each other, we can talk about anything (absolutely anything). She is without a doubt my best friend in the world. We both are believers in God and we have similar values because of this (waiting until marriage to have kids, sex, and to fully live together, things like that). So we have begun talking about getting engaged after we graduate high school (we will be going to different colleges 2-3 hours away from each other). Nothing is definite, but I asked her if she wanted to do that and she immediately said yes (without any hesitation whatsoever) i feel like I'm in heaven when ever we are together and I never want that to end, and I can just feel it that I want to spend my life with this girl. But the question is am I doing the right thing getting engaged to her after we graduate? Any and all opinions would be helpful...thanks!

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 weeks. We spent the night at a hotel 2 weeks ago. He lives in longisland, works in Brooklyn, and I like in the Bronx and work in Manhattan. He was only able to spend 30mins with me after work in order to get good sleep for the next day so that's why we spent the night together. I have not seen him since. We planned to see each other on my 2 off days during the week, but he said he couldn't for the following week cause he got sick. Now he is better and would not see me because it was suppose to rain on Thursday. And now his excuse is that he is trying to get into a phd program and has a lot of work to do before he can apply. He says he wants to see me, but he cannot because of that. Also that he's going to move to Brooklyn soon and I'm always free to come by to hang out. Idk when I'll see him, it makes me sad. He barely text me and does not talk to me on the phone. I think maybe he's not that into me cause he complains that I'm working two jobs instead of one that is related my college major, and says that he wants to be with someone who is more motivated but I'm in college and working hard. It's really weird that we are this early in our relationship and he's not like all over me or wanting to spend time with me. Idk how to approach him about it cause it's early and I don't want to be clingy. I have told him that I want to see him more and that he should spend time with me. He just says that he wants to but he has so much work to do.

My husband, our four kids, and I have a family staying with us. It is draining us of all resources and it seems like I can't say anything without being made out to be a horrible person. They have three kids and two dogs and have basically taken over the upstairs portion of our home. The dogs tear stuff up and stroll it all throughout the house, and their two year old roams up and down the stairs unsupervised (I always worry about her falling). I spend close to $700 a month in groceries and my husband puts around $300 into it, but yet we always run out of food and my kids have to do without. They rarely buy food, and don't pay any bills. They don't buy food for their dogs so we're supporting them, too. Neither of the adults are working, so it's just me and my husband bringing in income and supporting 11 people. Their teenage daughter is disrespectful to me and my kids, and nothing is ever said or done about it. I have talked to my husband about having them move, but I always feel bad because of the two youngest kids (2 and four months) and don't want to see them homeless. I don't know what to do, because anytime I say something to them about helping out, they make me out to be an a**hole. I'm at my whits end with them. Advice?!

I'm dating this guy who is so wonderful and just as confusing. We live together. He's like a light switch. He'll be sweet and chill and cuddly and kind to me. Compliment me, binge watch tv and curl up with me. We'll be great for an hour or two (if im lucky) and then BAM, he'll go around and for no reason be like "What the fck is uuuup btch?" or he'll be like "stop staring at me whre" and Ill ask him to stop yelling and calling me names and he'll come back with something like "Thats some pssy *** sht" or call me gay (which he knows upsets me because I'm a huge LGBTQA advocate). He'll get absorbed in his phone, ignore me, completely switch how he talks to me and how he treats me. He'll also, when he gets upset, just grab his keys and leave. He doesnt tell me where he's going nothing, just leave. He always comes back in a few hours but it scares me. I understand needing to get out and drive and get some air. But like I've told him before, I just need to know where you're going so I don't worry. Like, "I need to blow off some steam. I'm going to go to B dubs for a couple hours. I'll be back. " That's all I'm asking for and he has never done this. Can I get some insight into what this is all about??? Am I not understanding the mercurial patterns? Am I not getting the running away? What can I do to make things work better? I hate that he just runs. and I hate when he calls me a whre and btch for NO reason. Is this normal?

So we were watching a movie and her phone dinged and the preview for the message read "Wow lol. Is he really that small?" I then unlocked her phone and read the whole conversation. She was telling her friend that I have a small dick and how I "compensate" for it. I'm not even that small down there. I've never even talked that way about her to my friends. This is a huge betrayal. Should I confront her about it or not? She obviously thinks I have an ego and I'm pretty she knows I read her messages because her phone dinged and the preview wasn't there when she came back to the couch. Anyway how do I handle this?
