hi. so i've been pretty upset lately because i'm starting to suspect tha my boyfriend is anorexic. growing uo he was pretty chubby and he has a lot of insecurities about that. starting i'd say at the end of highschool he started to get in shape and when i say get in shape i mean IN SHAPE!!!! he's been out of highschool for a few years now and his body is amazing like he has amazing muscles everything but recently he's dropped sooooo much weight it's crazy he looks like a rail and his pants don't even fit him... he got really sick one week and that's when this started since then he said he hasn't been sleeping, that he just can't eat or bring himself to workout... he's been in an extremely bad mood and always seems upset. he's been late to work. i should also mention that his best friend just recently died. he's been going through a very hard time and it makes me extremely upset. i know anorexia is very common in girls, but what about boys? is this possible that this has happened to him? thoughts? advice? ways to love him and help him through this? thanks for any answers in advance :)
