Question: Men asking their wife to quit job once they had kids? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 10:12 PM PDT In my culture, that is a common practice. Even if the husband didnt ask for, the wife herself will think its for the best. I personally think that would be such a waste. You spend shits of studying just to be able to get that degree not to be stuck in the kitchen for the rest of your lives.

Question: Stay at home mom blues? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 08:33 PM PDT I am a stay at home mom. My husband works long hours Monday through Saturday with Sunday off. He's a great guy very hard working and I appreciate everything!! Our relationship is good no problems there. Latley I have been so depressed being home with the kids on my own all day cleaning, cooking, bathing, clothing, playing....... Allllll dayyyy... I never have time for my self or to go back to school or finish any of my dreams right now :( I feel really alone anyone else in the same boat???
Question: Am I asking too much from my wife? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 07:38 PM PDT My wife is a stay at home mom... I work a strange shift between 12:00 & 9:00 am. The only time I miss is when the kids are sleeping and evenings because I go to bed around 4:30. she never does laundry or other cleaning she has maybe done dishes 10x in our 8 years together, doesn't do the budget and complains because I don't want to grocery shop, to the point that I go more often then not. Am I a D!€K for wanting her to get more done during the day? P.s. Youngest started school and I spend the day working on our house remodel... The house we live in is being completely neglected. Can't walk don't the hallway because of laundry, have to wash a bowl if I want cereal in the morning. Refuses to do more, refuses to get a job now that the kids are in school... I'm home and available during the day if they need me. I already work a 8 hr shift... Should I just get a second job and hope she gets motivated when I'm gone during the day? Getting quite frustrated

Question: Boyfriends family is upset because I got an abortion? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 07:37 PM PDT So here's the thing boyfriends family is upset because I aborted boyfriends baby . thing is I wanted to keep it but boyfriend told me to abort it because we weren't ready. Anyways now everyone is mad because I got it done his family wanted me to keep it but I was scared no education no money and a boyfriend who repeatly told me to abort it. Family claims I should've tried harder. Should've not listened to boyfriend and now they shamed me and so has he . now not only do I have to deal with the loss but how he turned his back on me after he said to abort it. Even if he didn't mean it I don't know why he would say it then all the time. Its really messed up and one of the reasons I aborted it.

Question: Does my friend like me? I'm starting to like him!? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:47 PM PDT He answers my questions about med school all the time since he went to Harvard and tells me to feel free to talk to him about anything. He also apologized once for taking days to get back to me bc he was taking exams. He said if he ever does that again I should pick up the phone and call him
Question: Por que Smuel se sienta solo? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:42 PM PDT lo necesito para un trabajo
Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:37 PM PDT For example I seen that he commented on a girls picture who looked like she was about 25 or so, the picture was a very sexy picture & the caption on the picture said "Who wants to cook me breakfast?" & he commented & said "me". Another time I seen he commented on a young girls status that said "I wish I had a boyfriend" & he said "please inbox me" When I confronted him about this he said that it's just entertaining & just for fun & that he dosent meet up with any of these girls & has no real interest in them but this bothers me & really hurts my feelings. What are your thoughts?
Question: Does my fiancé purposefully take the other side? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:36 PM PDT I was telling my fiancé a story about a woman at work and her husband. I explained to him that she handles all of the responsibilities while her husband can be somewhat irresponsible. The particular story was about a trip they took where she had told him time and time again to make sure he packed his clothes. When they arrived at their destination he had not packed anything. His solution was to go buy an entire wardrobe at a nice department store. His wife told him that he could go to Wal-Mart and perhaps next time he should plan ahead. I felt like it was a valid lesson, my fiancé had another idea. He felt the wife should have warned him a few more times while packing the car, loading luggage at the airport, and so on. Mind you, they had 3 small children at the time and that in itself is an ordeal while traveling. I told my fiancé I felt he took the opposite side just to prove me wrong. He adamantly denies this (and since he is giving me the silent treatment for suggesting such a thing I can t easily restart the conversation). My fiancé can be a bit dramatic and any disagreement usually ruins the entire evening- lots of loud stomping, door slamming, and general heavy handedness. Help! How do I calmly present this in a way that he won t take it personally? I ve told him I feel he isn t supporting me and sometimes takes the other side in spite of me.
Question: I'm not living , I'm just breathing .? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:29 PM PDT The last 6 months have been extremely bad , insufferable and just downright undesirable . I'm not doing anything I want with my life , I'm not able to leave a legacy behind except a newborn daughter . While I love my kid I don't want to only live for her . I had plans in life , dreams . My life can't be all about her , my wife and HER children . Honestly want a divorce but don't want to deal with anything legal . So I feel stuck/trapped. It's hard to feel like I love anyone but my kid , when you are paying your half and the halves for the children who's real fathers pay no child support . But I have to be the knight in shining armor for them all . Kids don't listen , yet I got to love them unconditionally . When their dads do nothing for them . I was meant for greatness . Greatness did not mean family . What do I do?

Question: Can I give my husband oral sex? While km bedrest.? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 05:36 PM PDT Last week my water broke. And now I'm on complete bedrest. The doctor told me no intercourse. So I wanted to ask if I can do oral on my husband? Not to me of course cause I'm in greater danger to get bacteria. But since I wanted to help my husband to take care of business. He told me that oral sex to him was not safe for the baby. I mean come on!! I was only trying to help him so he won't looking somewhere else for it. Or unless he's hiding something from me that he don't want me to do nothing to him.
Question: Pretty sure we're divorcing. whats my rights? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 05:35 PM PDT my husband told me he doesnt love me the same but wants to be with me. I told him to stop stringing me alone and either fix it or end it. He said he guesses its over. What are my rights? We have quite a bit of credit card debt, most of it on my cards. Does he have to pay anything? His name is on my car loan as well. We have no kids, just 2 dogs i plan on taking. I just want to be smart about this. this all happened today, i wish it would change but i thinks its over. Where should I go from here? He told me I could transfer the credit card debt to one of his cards. I will be moving back home with my family in different state. I will have no job no nothing. Idk what to do. There is no prenup. Everything we have now is stuff we have gotten together. The credit card debt is from me and him, its just mostly on my cards. What can I do about that?

Question: I keep running into the women my husband cheated on me with. What should I say or do? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 02:41 PM PDT So my husband cheated on me with his ex from high school. It accured about eight years ago. Yes Ive decided to forgive and try to forget. But it is so hard to forget when I keep running into her. I have recently run into the homerecker twice. both times at the restuarant that I work at. I have had to literally look at her in her face while she is placing her order to me. Just imagine the awkwardness!! How should I handle this? Should I mention it to my husband?
Question: Has anyone had an abusive partner that would jerk off after abusing/raging at you? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 02:14 PM PDT
Posted: 04 Aug 2016 02:12 PM PDT It's a bitter pill to swallow so I can see why many people make excuses. Men are biologically wired to not be satisfied with one woman for the rest of his life. It makes no difference how pretty or nice you are. Nowadays some men get married because that's how they get consistent sex not because you're enough forever sexually.
Posted: 04 Aug 2016 02:06 PM PDT My fiance' and I are getting married in a couple of months and are currently in marriage counseling. She has two kids, whom I live with and I have a daughter that stays with her mom some miles away (I travel to see her at least once a month, sometimes twice a month depending on finances). We both have/had bills before meeting each other. I pay child support for my daughter plus other things that she needs/wants and her kids' father doesn't help much financially. I try my best in helping my fiance' with her kids, herself, etc. when I possibly can but things have come up financially on my end. She started a second job working part-time and I'm interviewing for a second job as part-time as well, knowing that it may possibly affect my availability of seeing my daughter. My fiance''s wants a man to be take care of the household (in her words, pay all the bills), which is part of the reason why I'm applying for a second job as part-time. We currently split the bills but she says that she feels as if we're roommates. I feel that she's being unrealistic which I've told her but i do understand a man must take care of the household. She mostly puts her kids before me which I told her they come first but when we get married, it must change and vice versa with my daughter. Is there something that I'm missing between the lines or what am I not doing as a man that needs to be done?
Posted: 04 Aug 2016 01:30 PM PDT After I found a box of condoms with 1 missing, I confronted my husband. After initially denying, he admitted they were his + showed me that he'd been carrying the 3rd/missing condom in his wallet the entire time, for several months. So he bought the condoms but didn't actually use any. I asked why he bought them since we never use them. Eventually he said he was considering cheating/one night stand after a girl approached him at the gym, conversed with him, and suggested they meet up the following week. Said he bought the condoms that same day, but changed his mind so he never went back there to meet up with her, hence the condoms never being used. Claims he never did anything physical at all with her. Should I believe him, or believe that there's more to this story? Rachel, it took several attempts at lying before he told me all this. That's part of why I'm suspicious, because I had to call him on his bs before he even claimed that he was contemplating cheating or that there was anyone in particular who he was considering cheating with. He claims that he didn't do anything physical at all, not even fooling around. Do you think this is credible? Or do you think it's possible he did other stuff less than sex, like kissing, foreplay, etc? If he did do any of the "lesser" stuff, in your opinion should this be forgivable OR grounds for divorce? Then there's the timing. He claims this happened several months ago. I looked up the manufacture date of the condoms + estimated that they'd reach the store shelf approx 3mos after that...so that means I estimate he purchased them several months ago, probably around the time he claims he did, or within a month or so before the timeline he told me. So, likely he bought them months ago but still held onto condom in wallet til now.Do you think that timing affects anything as far as intent to cheat? BeatriceBatten: I know it's the missing condom b/c the manufacture code matches the other 2 condoms + the box. Everyone else: We've done therapy before, many months earlier when I caught him subtly flirting with girls online, and we're going again, tomorrow.
Question: Should I divorce my wife because she lied to me about her virginity at marriage? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 01:24 PM PDT I married my wife in 1926. things were different back then.
Question: What should I believe regarding my husband's claims about condoms I found? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 12:45 PM PDT Yesterday I found a box of condoms in my car. The box of 3 was open, with 1 missing. My husband and I have never used condoms. Initially he denied having them, got angry, stormed out, refused to talk to me, refused to let me see his phone, etc. I did not give in. Eventually he admitted he'd bought them. First claimed he got them for us (since we're not planning to have another kid). When I called him out on how dubious that sounded, he admitted he got them because he was looking to cheat but never actually did so. Said he realized it'd be a huge mistake before he did anything. We have therapy tomorrow and I'm bracing myself. What should I think or believe? More details: I know he didn't use any of the condoms, despite 1 being missing from the box of 3, because he showed me the 3rd condom when he finally admitted that he was the one who bought them. I checked the manufacture code on each condom and the box, and they all match up. He said he'd had it in his wallet for the past few months, clearly never used it. According to the manufacture code on each condom + the box: they were made in late Nov of last year. I'm estimating they got sold on the shelf about 3mos later, according to a merchandise survey I did at the same store they were bought from. I know the store they're from because of the store's sticker on the box. According to him, he bought them in March, on the 1st day he thought about using them but apparently never did. That seems about right, since 3mos from a late Nov date = late Feb/March. Stella: 1st he said he bought them for us but I didnt believe that b/c why else would 1 be taken out of the box. Then he said he was thinking of cheating, not w/ anyone in particular, just whoever might give the opportunity, then never did this b/c he realized how stupid that'd be. Then he said a girl approached him at the gym, made convo, suggested they hook up the following week, so he bought condoms, but ended up never meeting up with her the following week b/c he realized how stupid it'd be.
Question: I know my wife is talking behind my back with our daughter? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 11:53 AM PDT My daughter told me that I shouldn't worry because Mom wont cheat on me even though I have a small pe*nis. I felt sad that My wife would drag our daughter into this mess. Why did wife do it? I was on my way to work grabbing a donut off the counter when my daughter just said it right to me, I always felt my wife was running on me, the late night showers, the new undies that never stained. that sort of thing. But for daughter to realise personal things is not cool.

Question: Should I ask my husband to quit his gym membership? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 10:42 AM PDT It's only $30 a month, and although we can afford it at this time, I feel like our money is going to waste. He hasn't gone to the gym for at least the last 3 months in a row. He works full time and goes to evening school classes. He barely has time for his family let alone going to the gym. I've tried convincing him in the past that it's no use in having it if he never uses it but he insists on keeping his membership. I don't understand it! He's struggled with his weight ever since getting out of the military, and I know it's a tough issue to talk about. I want to be understanding as to why he's hanging on to this gym membership but I also hate forking out the money for something he doesn't use. Am I justified in asking him to cancel it? And if so, how can I approach the situation in the best way?
Question: Flirtatious at work...? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 10:13 AM PDT Married female co-worker (I am also married) is what I would consider very flirtatious whenever we work together or times when we talk (we work together on projects and she also reaches out for work and life advice). I do enjoy it when our conversations tend to go in that direction, but I want to be very careful because it is a co-worker. What is the best way to let her know directly that I really enjoy our talks and want to make them even more exciting???

Question: Wife repeatedly calling when I can't pick up? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 09:25 AM PDT For some weird reason, people's calls come through even when the phone's on silent... So when I decline my wife's call, she takes it as a sign to call again... She keeps doing this during work hours. Last time I was talking to my manager and she did this over and over... Today I happened to be in the restroom and same thing... I've tried talking to her about it, but she won't listen... Thing is these calls aren't even important... It's just to ask me what I'm doing or what to eat for lunch... And she can use office messenger to ask me...

Question: I am older than my husband but I look a lot younger than him? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 08:19 AM PDT Thanks for reading my post! My husband and I are both in our twenties. My husband looks a few years older than his age and some people think I'm a young teenager between the age of 15-17. I am two years older than my husband, but so many people ACT on their assumptions that my husband is with a child. I just don't understand how people are so confident in their assumptions that they interfere with our lives. I will give one example: We were at Target and my husband started hugging me. An older lady that came up to me and said that she was going to call the police because I am a minor. Then she grabbed me by the arm and told me to get away from the "creep." My husband is in complete shock. We had to yell at her and tell her that he is my husband and that I'm the older one. This is one of the the extreme incidents but it's getting very annoying. Who in their right minds are so confident in their assumptions??? I know plenty of people who look much younger than their age. It's not a rare thing so I don't understand it. Were in our late 20s. What do you suggest we do?
Question: Husband doesn't want to go clubbing with me?! I'm 20 - about to be 21. Help? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 06:32 AM PDT My husband is 23, I agree - we did get married a little too young. We've been married for about 4 months now but that doesn't make me love him any less. My 21st birthday is coming up and I told him I'd like to go to a club - he says he doesn't like clubs and why can't I find anything else to do... Before I got in a relationship with him I would go out at least twice a month dancing. It was fun to me, I enjoyed it. It all stopped when I got with him. I respected the fact he wasn't one of those guys but I find it ridiculous how now he wants me to avoid anything that has Music , lasor lights & drinking involved... I told him I want him to come to my birthday but he can't be sitting in the corner giving me a bad vibe... He said than I won't go. Like seriously? Any advice folks? Thank you.
Question: Has anyone reconciled with a changed abusive ex husband? Posted: 04 Aug 2016 05:31 AM PDT I left my abusive ex after 7 years together. I did everything I knew how to do but I had to leave for the sake of my daughter and for my own self-esteem. He begged me over and over again to come back and promised to change but I had heard that over and over again with the same result. I couldn't open myself up to be hurt again. Especially when I felt God call me out of that marriage and put me in a place where I was able to heal with my child. Then, a few weeks ago, my ex husband and I had a really great conversation. And he really appeared to have changed. He expressed that he still loved me and was still attracted to me. I had begun to feel those feelings too. The only thing is that he's in a relationship now. So I hate him for even saying any of that at all because now, I have these feelings that I have no idea what to do with. I asked him to consider reconciliation but he doesn't want to hurt the woman he's with. So now, I'm at a loss. I thought we could repair our relationship for our child. He asked to spend family time together with our daughter and me and I agreed and it felt right on so many levels and even he said he felt tempted but again, he didn't want to hurt his new relationship. So now, I feel sad. I was fine before. It was easier to be mad at him. Now, I feel like I'm being sucked back into a void. And on some levels, I know that I shouldn't want to go back. There was real abuse. He is still a 32 year old man living with his mom and deep. Am I just lonely? That's what I was thinking too. I'm like, am I a masochist to participate in this family time with him? Why would he say those things to me but then, say we can just be friends. Why tell me he's tempted by me and that he has sexual thoughts about me but then, say we have to refrain from talking to each other as more than friends. It's just beyond me. I keep feeling like he's playing with my head but when I'm around him, he seems nice and normal and like he really is trying to be a good guy.
