How often would say is normal and how often is too much?

A guy I know keeps saying yes and saying we should go out, but never makes an effort to make it happen. I've asked him twice so far. I last asked weeks ago. But he keeps like my liking my FB pictures. Should I text him one last time to say hi and to see if he mentions going out?

My story starts off around a month ago. I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription and there was this girl working in the pharmacy. She is so beautiful I think about her almost everyday and she looks like a really nice girl. It was my turn to get my medicine. I would constantly catch her looking at me while I was in line which is why I felt a little confident when it was my turn to get my medicine. We talked but there was not much I could say so we had a little small talk and I had to leave quick because the pharmacy was packed. I work next door and every now and then I would go over pretend to shop lol and see if she's there but I never see her but I know she still works there. I don't really have problems talking to girls and I do get girls to like me like at my job or college but I often have trouble introducing myself to girls, you know. My boyfriend of 1yr &5mos went ahead and broke up with me because I m pursuing a nursing degree. He was bothered at the fact that I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (duties consists of having to cleanup patients if they have an accident or shower them) having to work with old men. He said he s a little bothered of me working with male coworkers but more that I have to see naked old men. I moved to NM with him for a job offer he received and I agreed to not working as a CNA and go to school at UNM but he hated his job and we moved back home to Tucson and I don t start the LPN program until December 2016. So I have to work and save for school other than depending on him financially. He s mad that I went back on my word and won t support or trust the decision I made to pursue a nursing career (which I told him when we first met and it didn t bother him at the time) was I in the wrong? I was standing up for myself other then just trying to give him what he wants just to keep the relationship at peace.

This is kind of a long story... When I was in third grade, my "boyfriend", T (let's call him that) had an advanced surgery done in his ears to prevent some sort of deafening infection from growing in his ears. He was terrified for weeks on what to expect or how the recovery was going to go. I would tease him about the stupid ear drops he would have to put in every few hours and he'd tease me about how much I loved him. (We were an interesting couple if you ask me) When the date of the surgery finally came up, the day before he left school to have the procedure done, I spent my WHOLE 30 minutes recess making him a heartfelt, well written, card expressing how much I hope he will get better soon and that I would miss him a lot. (Remember I was 8 years old!) That afternoon before we dismissed, I hugged him so tight and told him I would miss him. I gave him the card too. We used to do this thing where we would flex and show each other our muscles. He flexed, and I said, "look how strong you are. You can do this T! You'll be healthy again!" I never forgot that moment, and how much I thought I loved him. The surgery went well, and he was "normal" again. We ended up "breaking up" in fourth grade due to some "trust issues" as I called them. (I'll continue in an update...) Long story short, I broke his heart, he cried a lot, I didn't cry a tear at all. I didn't really talk to him all throughout middle school and some of high school. The only interaction I ever had with him was when he tried to ask me out seemingly about 1000 times during middle school. He had a crush on me for close to 10 years until I finally acknowledged it as a senior. This is the good part... I was horribly sick for a few weeks during the springtime. We had just finished a lot of important exams for school, and I literally felt like s***. I went to one of the study halls I had that day, and I saw a piece of paper on my desk that wasn't supposed to be there. It ended up being the card I made for him in 3rd grade. I couldn't believe it. He kept it after literally 10 years! (I was 8 at the time, I was 18 when I got it back) I was shocked and mad at the same time. I excused myself and literally sobbed on the toilet seat for like half an hour. I ended up crumpling it up and throwing it away. I didn't like T anymore and I didn't want to be asked out any more by him. At the same time, I still loved him for keeping the card and knowing I was sick. To this day, I remember all the emotions I felt after I saw that card again. Nausea (obviously), Pain, Relief, Love, Friendship, Frustration, Anger, and a lot more. I was a silly teenager who thought nothing of the gesture at the time. I regret not reconnecting with him, and I hope that we meet again some day.

I think I really like this girl even though I see her rarely in my campus. Ibam freshmen and so is she but I just can't stop thinking about her. I saw her at orientation and ever since she is all I think about. So, me and my ex have decided to talk again in 4 years. Well, she first brought up the idea because she wants to forget me so she can't be sad all the time that I am gone. She still loves me and says that if I forget about her in the next 4 years (when we graduate from highschool) then I don't love her. Seeing how I didn't want to come off rude or insensitive, I said "let's do it". Well, I haven't really made much progress in that and we talked for about a week until I just didn't want to have to wait to talk to her if I had her number and her account name on a social app. So, I said "why do I have to wait while everyone else talks to you?" And she said that she needs her own time and that her mom doesn't trust me. Again, I didn't want to come off rude so I said "Oh, now I see why". But then, her friend tells me today that I should stop talking to her since she's trying to forget me. And I told her "well, I think her 4 year plan is stupid and it's just a waste of my time". I had a argument for this. I stated that I can't remember something 4 years from now if I don't talk to them obviously. earlier today i was trying to pull into a parking spot and side swiped the car next to me didn't put a dent in that car but i did scrape it up as you can imagine , there couple were very mean to me yes i understand i hit their car i didn't mean to and i was very apologetic first thing i said when i got out the car was "I'm so sorry ill pay whatever i have to to get your car fixed" and started crying the couple were old white people and I'm a young black girl so i think that had to do even more with why they were so nasty to me . the cop came and seen the damages he didn't give me a ticket and told me everything was going to be okay he was so nice to me the couple left while the cop was there which i feel was a way to embarrass me in front of everyone . once again i understand what i did was wrong i didn't mean to and i let them know that but i just dont like how mean they were to me

Girls bully me too, but passive aggressively because of over the principle of me being 'different' I feel like Napoleon dynamite out here, What should I do? And why are they all like this?

I left my ex boyfriend for a guy who lives in Europe that I met on tinder. Yes I was using tinder while I was in a relationship and I now realize it was bad.
