He ended up coming in that day to do some business and I waited on him, said hi, but didn't make much small talk, and smiled. I smile a lot. He was smiling too. I see him every week, but just through the window. It is rare that he ever comes inside. He did come in the other day to drop off an invoice, so I took it and said thank you and told him to have a nice day. He was smiling again, but so was I. So I was on a mission trip with a kid from my hockey team, his gf and a mutual friend of all of ours and when we were on the the trip I met a 15 year old guy (let's call him Jake) who started hanging out with our group and I acted how I normally act around guys and the other 3 people in our group started shipping us. So I started backing off which is what I do when this happens (every year my hockey team finds a new guy to ship me with and I don't care but Ik how to deal with it). And later the kid on my hockey team's gf (we'll call her Suzy) showed me texts with her and Jake where he said that he liked me but couldn't get a read on me because he thought I was flirting with him and then I stopped. He said he was flirting with me (which in retrospect was obvious but I'm oblivious that sort of thing). So I didn't think I liked him but now I'm really confused because I'm not sure what this means or if I like him (long story short something happened a few years back and now I have trust issues and it's hard for me to tell if I like people) no ones ever liked me before and this makes me feeling really good but I don't know if I like him or what to do, please help!!!! |

About a year and a half ago, I had a huge crush on a girl. She knew who i was and we were actually friends. we got along great but i waited too long. I went the whole summer without seeing her, better yet, talking to her. i just gave up and figured it was over. I went the entire year with little to no talking or anything really. One day, we started talking again and then i thought things were going in the right direction again. It was at this time that i learned that she liked me too... only i was a year too late. We went through a period of on and off talking and that pretty much led me to the summer. i tried a bunch of times to get her to come to events and stuff with groups of people just to see her and see if anything was left, but she could never go... I saw her again recently and it just felt like the same way it did a year and a half ago. my friend was aware of the situation and he helped me out by talking to her. I have no idea what he said or how he said it but he let me know that she has a thing for someone else. i was pretty much aware but that was the dagger. IDK what to do anymore and im stuck. |

| Posted: 17 Aug 2016 06:49 PM PDT I was sitting in my cubicle at work and a dime hit my foot. The cubicle gives a lot of privacy. The walls are 5'8" high and about 7 x 11 ft wide. I don't share the space and it's closed in, except for the doorway size entrance. A dime hit my foot, while I was sitting down at my desk. I only carry a credit card and never bills or change. I asked my neighbors if they lost change and they all said that they hadn't dealt with money that morning. It freaked me out a bit because it seemed to appear out of nowhere. I also spotted a dime later on in the isle at at Target. So what does it mean? Has anyone else ever experienced this? Another thing......this happened on the bday of the guy I'm in love with but trying hard to get over. That's a long story but the short version is that it just didn't work out. He texted me about 8 months ago but I ignored him because it was already established that we weren't going to be together. So does that have any meaning? What are your thoughts? |

I am so confused and to top it off I don't know what to tell him if he ever tells me he likes me (I don't know if he knows I know) I know I have to turn him down but that would kill me if I do. I also don't want to lose him as a friend I have been though a lot this Summer from meeting him to my best friend being killed. We talk to each other all the time I love it I feel like I can talk and listen to him all day, I don't want to lose that. Also how can I keep the fact that I like him a secret?
