I am heart broken to say the least. We have 1 child together and I've been a stay at home mom for several years. He said I can stay until school is over, May 2017, so I can get back on my feet. We are only a month into this and it's killing me. He spends most of his time gone with her and when he is at home he is texting her. Its so hurtful. There is no way I can heal but I feel stuck. He moved in with her and is treating me like I am the dirt bag that screwed up his life and is blaming me for all of his mistakes. He seems so miserable all the time when I pick up and drop off the kids. Why can't he see that this girl is ruining his life?? He disowned his family for still talking to me and is so hung up on this girl it's scary. She is so controlling and tells him what to do and is alienating him from his family and friends. Everyone has tried to tell him and everyone can see how controlling she is but him. Will he ever snap out of the fog and wake up and smell the roses?? Or is he lost forever?? |

However there is one big problem..she is married. We see each other 4 times out of the week and although she is married we both like each other a lot. I've never felt these feelings before even with my last ex girlfriend who by the way I was with for six years. Her husband is very controling to the point where she has no real social life except for school. She got married for the wrong reasons. I don't know maybe I'm a dreamer but it's not infatuation it's not lust that I'm feeling. I am aware that lets say hypothetically if she gets a divorce and ends up with me what is there to say that she won't do the same to me, yet that could be said about anyone in any type of relationship. I am willing to have patience and take a leap of faith for a chance to be with her. I have weighed so many risks so far we have been discreet....no human being should be denied to not live. They don't really go out together much to experience life. He's not a bad guy it's just that he no longer has put in the effort to live it's all just work. This is long story so I thank anyone who has read this. I can't necessarily ignore her she's in my class. I am not unfocused much because I am aware that I still have a goal. THEN he claims his buddy called his exs friend for the text, THEN claims he talked on the phone with her for only a min, THEN when I start to see he's lying I tell him she's sending me a voice recording to proof he saw her he suddenly admits he saw her! All over a text he could've read ON MY PHONE! he chose to go read it on her phone...THENNN ontop of it all he asked her for a kiss on the cheek. yeah a very minimal thing but still.. & all night he looked me in the eyes & straight lied. even had the balls to say "it's not like I went over there" WHEN HE DID! is it just me or would u feel too guilty to just sit there and lie right in the person u love face? I cheated once on my x and felt so sh**ty I told him right away, Am I being crazy for feeling like he's straight f***ed up for doing that or is more normal then I think to be able to feel no guilt? She said, among other things, that: I laughed when their friend died (??!) I threatened to kill myself when my husband wanted to leave I insult my husband all of the time None of these things are true, but his old group of friends were happy to believe them because ... juicy gossip. Anyway, I've stayed friendly with two of his old friends through the years. Nothing has happened between us that would cause a rift, but suddenly they both stopped talking to me and were very standoffish when we ran into each other a few days ago. I mentioned it to my husband, he said he didn't notice. They are HIS friends, not mine really, but I kind of wanted to ask one of them if I did something wrong. I'm worried they've heard some crazy rumor about me though, and I'm not sure they'd say if that was the case. Should I ask or just let it go? Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I endured lots of fighting, screaming, parents telling me the other parent was horrible. Despite This they said they had to stay together for myself and my brother. When they got divorced it was a happy day. That being said I also remember how happy I was to go to the same home everyday and have the same routine. My husband left me so I didn't get a choice in the divorce. We have joint custody so the kids have to be with me for a few days and then with their dad for a few days. I ask them if this bothers them. They say sometimes they miss their friends at my house but they don't seem to mind. It bothers me because I don't feel whole when they are gone. I don't know. Which is the better choice when the marriage is fractured ? |

It's the only thing g that really brings me happiness right now so I try to do it as much as possible. Today alone, I've showered 4 times. The second he touches me, I feel the need to shower again. The second I think of him or the situation. When ever I see something that reminds me it happened. I just want to understand why my mind chose to use this spicific thing to be my escape. Has anyone else experianced this? Leaving him isn't an option. I love him and I want to try to work this out. I vowed better or for worse. This is the "worse" part they were talking about. |

Posted: 27 Aug 2016 11:59 PM PDT I do not see the point in making the argument in not wanting kids because of the responsibility and then going out and getting a couple dogs which creates similar responsibilities just scaled way down... Is anyone else going through this? Wife is also having a hard time on this compromise: if I cant have kids with her, than she cant have plants and dogs that I have to take care of. Does this seem fair or make sense? BTW I am fine with having or not having kids, but I cannot stand half as*ing having a pseudo child to take care of which limits me going on trips, staying out, etc. We both are busy 50-60 hours a week with her in nursing school and my self working a salary job plus commute time. When she graduates she'll be working just as much time as I am. |

My father who raised me, is not my biological father. She had her reasons for holding this from me, one being that my biological father left and she didn't want me growing up with that pain. I was completely in shock, numb, and emotional. I came home to talk about it to my husband and he was completely in compassionate. He became frustrated with how I wanted to deal with things, he said me wanting to meet my biological father is the dumbest thing he heard, and even told me to stop talking to him. He went to bed and hung out with his phone and Facebook and then went to bed without saying good night to me, while I was in the living room alone & really needing someone. His lack of support, compassion, empathy is so unattractive and painful. This is not the first time I've noticed his lack of emotional support or compassion either. Or can anyone else relate to him? |
