Question: Any experience on delayed Mori Lee bridal dresses? Posted: 20 Aug 2016 10:45 PM PDT I ordered a Mori Lee bridal dress from my local retailer in May 2016. They told me that the dress will be shipped on August 8th. I contacted the salon and they told me that Mori Lee has shipped my dress. But it has taken them 2 weeks and the dress is not delivered by August 20th. I was wondering what should I do. Any idea is appreciated. |
Question: How do I become closer with my future step siblings? Posted: 20 Aug 2016 08:57 PM PDT My mom is getting married and my moms fiancé has kids. I've know them ever since I was little but we aren't close at all. Anyways, since my mom's getting married and I'm going to see them quite often it would be nice if we could have a good relationship. It's a little difficult considering our personalities are so different and I'm not good at being social. Advice? |
Question: Mother or the bride: dealing with my daughter's overweight friend.? Posted: 20 Aug 2016 12:42 PM PDT My daughter is getting married in April we have recently settled with these beautiful dresses that i don't think flatter bigger women which is a problem because my daughters best friend is a plus size women. My daughter is my only girl out of 5 kids this is the first and probably the last time that I'll have this opportunity it is very special to me and important that everything is perfect and goes smooth..being that my daughter is such a friendly and kind hearted person im sure she'll be happy regardless of how un-flattering the dress may look on her best friend it just bothers me the rest of the bridesmaids are in shape and this dress compliments all of there figures perfectly she'll stand out in the wedding photos and it'll be a complete mess. I want to tell her as nice as possible that she needs to lose atleast 40 pounds before she purchase the dress and im not sure how to do this without my daughter finding out and being upset with me i was thinking maybe inviting her to lunch and telling her then? I have no problems with this women as i think she is a very kind hearted and great friend to my daughter i just want her to look great and look just as good as everyone else. |
Question: What do you regret spending money on for your wedding? Posted: 20 Aug 2016 02:43 AM PDT I've been very happily married for 15 years. Our wedding budget was $1,000, and we spent less than that on our wedding, reception, and honeymoon. I can honestly say that there were three things that I regret spending money one. The first one was the car rental for the weekend. We could have driven my car, but my husband wanted to travel to our honeymoon destination in style. The second thing I regret spending money on was the shoes I got from Payless Shoe Source. They hurt my feet, but they looked really nice with my wedding dress. The last thing I regret spending money on was my hair piece. It was really tight and uncomfortable, but matched my wedding dress really well. What do you regret spending money on for your wedding? |
