Syria or Afghanistan? Will consider Libya as well. Tell me the pros and cons

So my fiance and I are getting married within the next month. My fiance's sister just decided she's marrying her boyfriend in less than two weeks. They will be doing a courthouse wedding and then having a celebration with close family and friends. Their "wedding" will be less than 2 weeks before ours and happens to fall on the same date my fiances bachelor party has been planned for. Is it acceptable for me to be mad livid and not go as I actually have plans to visit friends that live out of town. Or am I being a bridezilla? I want to be happy for them but I feel like they're trying to steal our "thunder"

I m getting married on Halloween (2019, much later I know) but what goes on? I ve never been to a wedding. I understand the actual wedding part, but how does the reception work? Our theme is Masquerade, so it s going to be a bit like a ball. We re getting married in masks and are going to give them out to guests without. Someone explain how to incorporate this better and the order of events? Our wedding is going to be a bit different as she only has her mom and I only have my mom (I m the groom)

I love been looking for a bakery in the Houston/ woodlands TX area that are good with cakes. Like someone whose amazing. I know about "who made the cake" but I m pretty sure she is going to be pricey!😭 I want a tier superhero cake cause I m cel resting being a cancer survivor😁

I'm south Asian but I don't plan on marrying within my ethnicity. I was raised in the USA. Should I have an American style wedding? I really don't see why I should have a traditional south Asian one. What do you think?
