I have two children with my ex spouse we have child support set in place. After my son graduated he moved in with me perfectly to go to work for the summer and then college, to and from my house. Does that make supporting the children equal? I've asked her to remove child support since she is still accepting child support from my paycheck for 2 children when he's living with me and our daughter with her? She flat out has told me no and ignored me I'm not sure if I should file the court papers for custody change and child support what are your thoughts.

I recently lost a lot of weight, and everyone took notice and gave me compliments. However, I have one family friend who is a little too complimentary. It is getting to the point where she is always talking about how much weight I lost and how my clothes don't fit anymore. At this point, it is all she seems to talk about when I'm around her. I find it irritating. While I loved the attention at first, it just seems like overkill now! Honestly, I lost the weight several months ago. She should be use to my new look by now, right? I feel like she's trying to hide her contempt. It's just a gut feeling, but I could be wrong.She too has been struggling to lose weight for a while!

A girl at work has made sure, whether she intended to or not, that I am very fond of her. This morning, she was late, and I was about to text her joking about her lateness, then she walked in, I said I was about to text her, and she became angry saying she never gave permission for me to have her number and that she wouldn't have replied to me if I had called. I'm not stupid, I'm not remembering things how I WISH they were, I'm remembering things how they ACTUALLY were. She gave me permission to have her number! I feel as though my gifts and friendship have been thrown back in my face and am seeking advice on whether I should just leave it and not reply to her when she leaves again in October to go back to her profession, or whether I should tell her how insulted I feel. I'm 16 and ever since I was in kindergarten I would pretend to be pregnant and have been picking out names and planning my life since I was 8. I want a baby sooooo bad. By the time I have a baby, ill have a car and have had a job since I was 15 and I have emancipated myself from a bad family life so I have my own apartment and am self sufficient. What do you guys think? I am going to have the baby anyway so do you have any advice? I live in the sticks of Montana so it won't be that much of a cost to raise a baby on the land.

My niece, 16 and her sister, 11, are living in an abusive household. Their parents recently divorced and 2 days ago their mom assaulted the older child. From what she tells me, her mom had gotten on top of her, they fought, and she was left with bruises and a busted lip. Police were involved and she's living with her dad whom she dislikes as well while her sister is still with her mother. The fight was over her mother's frivolous spending of child support money I believe. She does not want to call child protective services and wants to come stay with me. I'm 20 years old and still live with my mother due to medical reasons. I can't get a job due to those same reasons. We already struggle heavily with bills and food. More people depending on us would be disastrous. No other well off family member is willing to take them in. What should I do? What should I tell her? Please help.

Here's the situation: I'm 23 now, and originally from Michigan. A couple of years ago (21 at the time), I took a trip to Tennessee to attend a bluegrass music festival because a number of my favorite bands were all playing at that one particular festival. I met a single guy there (29 at the time; 31 now), and we really hit it off, and fell head-over-heels with each other. Last year, things got more serious, and he convinced me to move down to Tennessee to an apartment near him, so we could see each other every day. I even took on a new office job. Well, things didn't work out with him, so we ended up breaking up. So now I'm single, living in an apartment in Tennessee, but with a job that I'm satisfied with. So I don't want to move back to Michigan, because I might not get as good a job as I have now. And it's too cold there in winter anyway. I'm actually in Michigan right now, taking the week off work for vacation, visiting my family. And I'm going to another bluegrass festival here this weekend! LOL

So I'm done with him, he's a loser that I used for money. It might be a coincidence but as soon as I ditched him and discarded him like trash I received 3 blocked calls days later and one of the calls was at 6am. I texted him saying I know he's the one calling me blocked and threatened to tell his wife and still received a blocked call after that. I'm not sure if it's him but he's such a loser I'm convinced it is. After that hours later I received another blocked call this time I picked up and nobody said anything. Do you think a married man would do this knowing I'm making threats or could it be someone else?

I mean sometimes I would never speak yo them again...even what used to be even Somewhat "trusted family members . Its like their brain doesn't function like a "normal" person. They have several personal flaws, doesn't consider them when criticizing you and generally quite offensive. For years, and they never really let up or kinda really change... So I have a foot fetish... but I am super super SUPER picky. I hate boney feet, or feet that have longer toes, or feet with a longer second toe for the most part. I honestly only like thicker, more meaty soles. But typically, the woman are overweight, which I do not like. I was just wondering, is it weird that I only like thicker feet, and not all types? I don't like the woman being obese either, it's just that skinny woman with absolutely meaty feet with chunky toes is such a turn on. And it's very hard to find an outlet because my sister has the exact type of feet that I like but she's my SISTER. I am in love with her feet.

I wasn't very educated on the subject at the time, but I have heard of it, most of what I heard was negative. But I kept an open mind and told him that i was interested and listen to what he had to say. He gave me a short book to read and said we will catch up in a week or two. Well I read it, did some more research online and have a better understanding of what network marketing is. And I realized that Im not up for what it takes at this time just because im so busy and im not really interested in it, this is a very important year of schooling for me and have many other things planned, i simply cannot worry about something else like this. So I told him that, but he told me that I did not fully understand what this offer entails. He invited me to a business seminar hosted by a very successful network marketeer. I told him that I wasnt interested after he offered me a seat at this event, because I did not want to waste my time. But he insisted, so I kept an open mind an accepted his offer. How do I tell him that Im not interested? I plan on attending the event but I dont think my mind will change

When I got with my babys dad I was only 17. I remember thinking I was so obsessed with him all I wanted to do was be with him. Well years went by we now have a two year old in and my feelings are so different. Im trying to get my life together, getting my college degree, etc. I want to save up money so my son and I can move out of my moms house. I don't plan on living with his dad unless we get married and he also is providing. He hasn't been showing much effort as in being a provider. He does help by taking care of our son while I am currently working full time as an intern for the summer. But his disrespectful ways of talking to me and his unmotivated behavior has I guess changed the way I feel about him. All he does is take naps and I honestly don't know the rest of what he does all day nor do i really even care anymore at this point. Ive yelled at him so many times about doing something like getting into a trade, going to school or something thats not a dead end job, but it has done no good so I feel theres no point in yelling at him anymore..I know the right thing is to stay with him because he is a good father to our son. But, I just wonder sometimes if I even love him anymore.. I feel like it would be selfish of me to leave him unless I have a good reason. Besides that, i really dont even care about being with anyone else anyway because I am so busy. Does anyone have advice on this situation? Should I wait it out to see if he changes? BTW we have had some intense arguments. He has called me horrible names and acts very rude half the time. He said he would get his masters in psychology at another state and permanantly live there while I would like to finish nursing school in our current city then move out, but I have two years left. I told him to promise me that no matter what happens, he would pursue his masters in Florida but e was very reluctant. Both of us aren't long distance relationship people so that's out of the question. But the one thing that I don't agree on is that he said that he would like to cherish the moments we have before he left and move on from there. I questioned him and said that Wouldn't that be wasting both of our time? It's like saying 'oh hey we'll act completely normal and when the time comes, we forget eachother and start over.' he didn't know what to respond back. I m 30, childless or child free, and in a committed 6yr relationship with my boyfriend who is 40. He has two daughters 16 and 19, both whom have lived with their mother, his ex wife. Though we see the girls often, his ex remained in the house they shared and naturally the kids were more comfortable there and being old enough we never "forced" them to sleep at our house. This week the older daughter asked to move in with us while looking for a new apartment near her college. She is more than welcome of course. She ll be moved in by the end of the week and while I m happy to have her with us in also nervous about my role and what boundaries should be in place as far as being her friend vs disciplinary role vs "tattling" etc. I know due to my age she probably views me as more of a friend so I don t want to break her trust and want her to feel comfortable talking to me or confiding but also want to balance my role as her father s girlfriend which inherently means we are not friends.please, any advice is greatly appreciated. I don t want to cross into a lax friend zone if I should maintain some sort of authority. Feeling completely lost at the moment.
