Question: My fiancé has been begging another woman to have his baby? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 08:19 PM PDT We have two kids together under 5. My kids have met this girl and my son says "daddy's friend is really nice." We have been together for about 6 years and he hasn't proposed. He is 34 and lives with his parents. I live with our kids. He has a good job and I'm 30. My oldest son said daddy kept asking the girl if she wants to have a baby. I think I saw text messages from him to her. He calls this woman "my baby." The woman told my boyfriend that she isn't ready to have any children. I did a social media search and she's childless and like 5 years younger than me. I would go far to say I'm better looking than her. He has asked the girl in a text message how many kids does she want to have and what kind of names she likes. The woman text back that she isn't ready to have kids and asked him why does he have baby fever? What can I do. |
Question: About to give up on love and marriage. What can I do? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 07:51 PM PDT I'm a 27 year old Muslim girl, and I know I'm a bit conservative, but I've been having trouble finding love, especially with men of my own religion. I have a master's degree and a lovely job as a teacher. I don't think I'm bad-looking, but I can't seem to stop crying tonight. Ever since I was 19, I've been meeting guys, online mostly, who ghost, cheat, lie, and make me feel inferior. I was 23 when I met the first guy I ever truly wanted to marrry. We were going to get engaged, but he was very indecisive about me. I think he ditched our date one night just to be with his friends, and I was already halfway there. Mind you, he lives two hours away. Now, I've been trying to take my dating more seriously. I've gotten a makeover. I've read the books. But I meet these terrible guys that just hurt me. I had one guy call me "mentally unhinged" when I was hesitant about giving out my number. I've had emotionally abusive dates, and I'm still in therapy trying to overcome the scars. (I come from an abusive household). I've just been "dumped" again, meaning that he just ghosted on me after telling me how much he liked me and wanted to meet up. I'm thinking about giving up on love altogether. I have been meeting Muslim men, but even my own kind reject me. It seems that I'm happiest when I'm alone. Is it true that no man will ever want to be with me? |
Question: What is the key to happiness or contentedness? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 07:50 PM PDT I am married to a wonderful man. We have our health, our love, a nice home, and are financially secure. I am a step mom to his two kids and two grandkids. I feel like i should be "happy" but i'm unsettled and not myself. I have so much to be grateful for that i feel guilty not feeling "happy". Yes, i could see a therapist or read a self help book. But, here I am asking you for any suggestions. Thanks in advance. |

Question: Do we need to apply for a new marriage license and get married again? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 03:33 PM PDT We were married, legally, on August 7th, 2017. We got married at our rehearsal dinner for certain reasons, and did the actual wedding a few days later. We planned to file the marriage certificate when we got back from our honey moon but my mother lost it! We can't find it anywhere. So, what do we do? The original marriage license was never filed and we no longer have it. |
Question: How can two kids stop a century old feud between two families? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 03:26 PM PDT I won't name shame but my family and my secret girlfriend's family have been at each other's throats since 1904. Her family says my great great great great great grandpop swindled her grandpop out of 46 acres of land and made off wish his wife. To this day everyone has been fighting about who was right. My family says that we paid for that land fair & square and her grandpop's old lady left him because he was abusive and her family calls my family swindling dogs claiming we altered the papers and my grandpop preyed upon and twisted the mind of his soon to be lover because she was sad. They want us to give back the land along with an apology letter for cheating them. Personally I could care less about that ancient history. I just want to be with my Lizbeth. She said she wants to be with me too but our parents ain't going for none of that. I just want some advice on how to stop this tiresome fighting. The original people involved and even their direct children are long dead. I don't see why we have to keep fighting. I thought about running away with Lizbeth, but we're only 15 and 16 and our future jobs & money for school is owned by our families. If we ran we would have nothing but our love to support ourselves with and that ain't much when your tummy is hungry. |
Question: What's the average length of a rebound relationship? Is it 3 to 6 months? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 03:11 PM PDT And does the rebounder know they are rebounding or does it hit them later on what they are doing. |
Question: Things are REALLY awkward any advice? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 03:04 PM PDT My roommate and I moved into a place back in June. We are both on the lease. She's REALLY weird and obsessed with decoration. It's (weird) example she spent $500 on "fall decorations" for the house. Anyway, when we moved in, the agreement was she'd get the master bedroom downstaire two smaller bedrooms upstairs. The upstairs also has an extra living room/loft. She got really upset that I had brought my own couches from where I previously lived and my kitchen table and insisted by me doing this she had "no say" in how the house was decorated. She insisted she be allowed to decorate the loft next to my bedroom. I am trying to avoid confrontation at all costs so I agreed. Yesterday, she text me and told me she ordered all new furniture for the 2nd bedroom upstairs. That's MY SPACE. She told me "we never agreed to that." Now, I feel like WHY should I pay the same amount of rent as her if she's got the 2nd bedroom, the loft, the master bedroom. That leaves me with only my bedroom. Plus I already have FURNITURE in the 2nd bedroom it's my study room. She said she doesn't like the bed in there. Since I've told her no the living situation here has been VERY awkward. Whenever I'm around she slams her door, she won't speak to me AT ALL even about paying bills. It's VERY uncomfortable. I've basically been living at my boyfriends house. I signed a lease with her I'm not sure what to do. I want to avoid confrontation. |
Question: Does this mean he doesn't want me to have guy friends? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 03:00 PM PDT Was telling bf a story about a girl who was bi tchy to me. I said "my teacher asked me a question and she (the girl who was mean) said 'you talk to him but not me?'" Bf said "who is him?" Him was the teacher. He doesn't ask who is her/she when I mention female friends |
Question: Is My Sagittarius Husband Lazy or Cold? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 02:36 PM PDT I need your opinion. My husband is a Sagittarius but I simply can not understand him. He has a sweet gentle nature and when I first met him he was the most helpful guy, BUT something changed. He now absolutely refuses to help around the house, except the car. When ever something in the house goes wrong and I need his help, he has this "ah, who cares" attitude about him. He gets easily frustrated and the moment you begin the sentence "Can you help me with..." you can see his face change. For some reason he unapologetically refuses to help and he doesn't care how you feel about that. If I ask for help around the house, he'll first think about it because his philosophy is "well, if you can do it, why should I?" His brother Michael came over for a week and it was bliss! He cooked, cleaned, bathed/fed/cleaned up after the dogs. Anything heavy I carried, Michael took it from my hands. My husband's very rude "who cares" attitude disappoints me. I can't talk to him about it because he NEVER believes he's wrong for anything. He'll simply say in a sarcastic tone "Fine. I'm wrong." or "You win." I no longer ask him for help but truly, there are some things I just can't do by myself but I always have to plan in my mind how will I tell him that I can't do it alone? He will do things but he makes it feel like a favor. You can ask for 1 thing but don't make it 2! Help me understand him. Is this laziness? Or is he just cold? I love him but I don't like him anymore, if that makes sense. |
Question: Why would a married man always try to make eye contact? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 02:18 PM PDT My husbands friend will always glance and stare at me and I know it doesn't always mean attraction or something just because someone stares but I'm just getting some kind of weird vibe. He always looks straight into my eyes, even when we aren't talking or even doing anything he'll just sit and watch me and sometimes he won't even look away when I notice. It makes me nervous and has made me feel kind of awkward around him. I know married men still look etc. but don't they normally look away? And another thing is he has never verbally flirted with me which I have seen him do with loads of women even in front of his wife etc. But never me (thank god) but what is going on with the constant stares? And if we're sat together he'll sit really close and when passing me things he'll always make sure our hands touch. It feels like he's trying to tell me something even though he hasn't actually. But I don't want to mention it to him in case I am wrong and I end up looking stupid and making a deal out of nothing. He's actually a really nice person to me aswell and I don't want to lose his friendship it's just the staring making me feel wary. |
Question: Why isn't my ex introducing her bf to our son or her parents ? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 01:38 PM PDT She's known him 3 months rubbed it in my face at the start plastered it on facebook at the start but hasn't introduced him to her parents or our child yet. |
Question: Daughter in law filmed me in laundry room sniffing her period panty? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 01:14 PM PDT on the video you can hear her say, yesh--go on get some of me. Will my son find out or not? |
Posted: 30 Sep 2017 11:38 AM PDT My husband has been having a long-term affair with a woman who is only a couple years older than our oldest son for crying out loud. He doesn't know that I know. I have for months but I can't confront him. But I'm not looking for advice on that. Yesterday I read texts they exchanged; she told him she's still very much in love with him and asked if he's lost his feelings for her, and he said "no I just can't keep doing this to her," meaning me his wife! She's young and beautiful, thin, and from the explicit content of their messages, obviously far more sexually adventurous than I am. I know he loves me and he's only with her because she satisfies him sexually where as I apparently don't. But if he feels so guilty and "can't keep doing this," well then why does he? The affair has been going on for almost 2 years at this point. Why won't he leave her for good? Why won't she leave him? I have my reasons for staying quiet and not leaving him. Most probably wouldn't agree with my reasons but they are my reasons and it's my life, my marriage, my family I'm considering.... My husband and I have been married for 30 years. We've been together since 18. We have two sons, a beautiful home, and we are surrounded by great friends and extended family. He provides financially for us. He's a wonderful father. It's easier this way. I'm not looking for advice on this part of the question. :( |
Posted: 30 Sep 2017 11:17 AM PDT I also feel this is not a good way to start a marriage. I can't stand lying and so far they are just stupid lies that don't matter. What should I do? |

Even though nor me or my husband agree to it and want to continue being married. Is this even possible? |
Question: Is he being controlling? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 09:53 AM PDT My husband just recently told me he didn't want my friends at the house and doesn't understand why i talk to them. He is upset because one day i left him because he got really aggressive with me and i left everything , called my friend to come and get me and left. They have never persuaded me to do anything nor do they bash my marriage. At the time this happened his younger brother was visiting us, who had disrespected me numbers of times including recently, when he told me he would kill me and my mom. I just feels like he doesn't want anyone to be there for me. They have never disrespected him or our home. |
Question: Is it weird for the wife not to take her husband's last name? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 07:10 AM PDT My wife and I decided she didn't have to take my last name when we got married, so far she hasn't. My cousin says it's not right, what do you think? |

Question: Girl I am dating is concerned with disabilities that run in my family? Posted: 29 Sep 2017 08:30 AM PDT I have been dating a girl for a couple months. One of my bros has a rare genetic disorder and my other brother has a learning disability. She is concerned with the possibility of me passing disabilities to my future children. She wants me to check my family history and take a genetic test to ensure everything is OK. We are both Catholics and I would like to leave it in Gods hands. I am not certain if this is a deal breaker in our relationship if my test results are positive or if I decide not running any tests. What would you guys do if you were in my situation? Has anyone used 23andMe home genetic testing kit? |
