Question: Is it weird that my child's fathers wife texts me? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 08:00 PM PDT I knew he didn't believe my child was his for years and wanted nothing to do with the child until I filled for child support and it was proven he was her father. He once got he then girlfriend to message me back saying he didn't believe she was his. He admitted that wasn't the only time when we went to court (she 4 years old). His wife started speaking for him saying he wanted to see her. I gave them my number and she texted me from her phone. We set up visits which didn't work out. Reset up visits a year later. They showed to 3 out of 9 weekly visits set up. She will be 6 years old in three months and has only seen either of them 8 times in two years. His wife continues to text me. I have blocked her number, she gets a new one and text me from it. I have tried telling them that it's his kid and if he wanted to see her, he needs to contact me. If he doesn't want to contact me then fine but I don't believe it's his wife's place to. I am a step parent myself, I understand that communication is needed. Is it really necessary for my daughters fathers wife to contact me? Isn't it her fathers job? |
Posted: 20 Sep 2017 07:49 PM PDT If a parent has custody of one child and the other parent has custody of the second child. One parent is behind on child support but files for child support for the second child. How would that work? |
Question: How can I cook dinner for my 4 kids and husband everyday without breaking the bank? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 07:24 PM PDT I'm very open-minded to everything. My husband and I thought of this so that we can spend quality time with our children every single day because they are at school for most of the day. We want to use dinner time as a bonding experience. My husband even planned to have the family eat out once every 3 weeks. However, cooking every day can be a hassle when it comes to money(I don't really care about the time). I don't know if I should do meal plans or anything. Any suggestions? |

Question: Should I have to take a shower before my husband "makes love to me"!?!? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 06:01 PM PDT Everytime he wants to have sex he makes me take a f***ing shower before hand when he doesnt take one himself!! I think that is bull s**t, I shouldn't have to!! We are married for f**k sake!! How is that suppose to make me feel!? Please don't be mean but give your opinion on this situation!! Is it ok or is it totally disrespectful on his part!? Question: Wife acts like she hates me each month before her period? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 05:30 PM PDT She gets very hateful and has anger outbursts, blames me for everything, says we aren't compatible for stupid reasons, like me working too much and not being able to babysit for her children from her previous marriage, doesn't sleep, barely eats, stays up all night watching tv, blames me for everything that is wrong even her credit cards debt she had well before we married, tells me I'm not affectionate enough when she rarely shows me affection. When her period comes she is fine but each month before her period she threatens to kick me out and divorce me what do I do? I didn't realize I married into this. It it's getting worse with age. |
Question: How do I get over my sister having a baby with my husband? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 03:45 PM PDT My sister is pregnant by my husband. I'm so distraught. I tried for years to get pregnant with no luck and doctors gave me no hope. Initially I thought my husband and I could work it out and maybe their was a silver lining and we would have a baby, even if we had shared custody. But my husband without warning got a lawyer and even had me put out of our home. I've talked to 3 different lawyers and the way everything is I get nothing. Not a single thing. I don't even care about that though I'm just so upset by the whole situation. I'm trying to find a job but I haven't worked in so long and don't have a degree it's so hard. I'm having to live with my parents now and the worst part is they're so excited about having a grandchild. They admit my sister was in the wrong but think I should forgive and move on! Now my little sister is living with MY husband in our home, driving a new car MY husband bought her and about to have his baby that I've always wanted. My mom's bday was last weekend and I had to leave and go sit in the park and cry for hours because she and my husband were coming over for her party. Now there having a baby shower here in a month. My family doesnt understand or care. They talk about the damn baby non stop. How do I get over this |
Question: One of my step sons has issues how do I stay in my marriage? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 02:07 PM PDT My husband has 3 children from his previous marriage. 2 of his kids are great and we get along well. However his oldest (who is 9) has been very hostile towards me and everyone else in the family lately to the point where I'm considering leaving as it is making our lives hell. His oldest lies without a conscience, is cruel and hits animals, is moody, tries to force his younger sisters to kiss him, throws tantrums frequently when he doesn't get his way and lies constantly. He also tries to control everything (changes channel without asking, interrupts conversations, throws tantrums) and does not listen. Whenever I try to discuss his behavior with my husband he gets very angry and defensive and I'm made it to be the problem. I feel his son is destroying our marriage and home life and also is cruel to his sisters and family pets. I feel he didn't take he divorce well as he was he oldest when it happened. My husband and his ex wife also have a history of depression and other mental health disorders. How do I resolve this and find peace in our home life? |

Question: Get married in college? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 10:17 AM PDT My boyfriend and I have been dating in a long distance relationship. We both go to different colleges, and we both are really struggling with wanting to get married. We know the risks of financial problems, and we are willing to take those to be together. We are both Christians and value purity in a relationship, and we are worried that its going to cause bigger problems if we wait too long. That being said, we don t want to get married purely for sex, we want to be together and know that we want to live our lives together. Any advice? |
Posted: 20 Sep 2017 10:01 AM PDT My husband and I work together, along side several family and friends. For almost a year now the gf of a family friend started working with us as well. After a few months I started to notice alot of interaction between my husband and this woman. Alot of her poking my husband and following him around the shop we work at. I mentioned something to my husband and he said I was overreacting, but that he would try to avoid her more.Gave it a few weeks and nothing had changed. I had a gut feeling something was going on so I did some snooping and found that she had sent him a pornographic meme about a woman giving a bj and the gum she was chewing. And suddenly I remembered that a few days ago she had offered me the same gum that was in this meme. I got upset and didnt know what to do but after a while I decided to talk to my husband about it...once again I was overreacting,so he says. Yesterday, while at work the same woman stops me while walking through the shop and ask if I can help her so I start following her to see what she is talking about and she has her phone out in her hand and I see she is texting my husband, and once she sees me looking she quickly closed the conversation. Shortly after that I told my husband what I saw and asked why she is texting him while we are not far from each other, and he pulled out his phone and shows me a text conversation ending a week prior. So now I know for sure they are texting and he deleting the conversation. But he refuses to admit it. |
Question: Me and my ex split up we have a child but I can't stand her how do I make this work? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 07:00 AM PDT We have a child and I'm trying my best to just answer texts regarding my son only I don't want to communicate with her in person besides the hand off and a nice cya later am I treating this right? I told her not to communicate with me unless its really important about our son she told me would should be friends and I don't want to be friends. |
Question: Should I marry or dump him? Posted: 20 Sep 2017 02:01 AM PDT I've dated my boyfriend for about 8 months (I'm 23, he's 29). He's a nice guy and is everything I've looked for in a husband (caring, thoughtful, shares my faith, wants a family, successful, etc.), but I don't really love him (then again, I can't say I've ever been "in love" with a guy before). Should I marry him or dump him and try to find someone I'm more passionate about? |

Posted: 19 Sep 2017 11:23 PM PDT I'm 33 and I have never did anything wrong in my life. Until the past year. I got hooked on meth. I am now on probation, have random drug tests and therapy. My problem.... I sold everything my husband worked for over the last 15 years. I lied to him about alot of things. He has recently left me. I have came clean and explained that i wasn't me then. Meth turned me into a horrible person. I understand that i hurt him, and broke his trust. But he will not speak to me. And when he does, he is very hateful. Im court ordered to attends substamce abuse counseling, regular counseling and also employment services to help me since my husband has left. He was the income.he told me if I wanted him back to get clean. I've been clean. My probation officer tests me everytjme and I've already had 2 surprise tests. He won't come back. He always has some excuse. And yes, he was and still is on drugs. Why tell me to get clean when you can't ddo the same for me? We have a 14 year old who chose to go with his dad. And I understand. But what can I do to prove I've changed and I'm clean and I want my family back? Please don'tjudge. I never thought my life would end up like this. I lost myself somewhere. |
