We have some classes together and the teacher paired groups and he was in the same group as me. Then some girl that was in the same group as me was acting jealous. My crush was acting like he was happy to be in the same group as me and the other girls were acting like they hate me. Then whenever someone would say something it always seemed like my crush would defend me. I'm in high school. What do you think of this situation and what should I do? |

I get a long with everyone and pretty much everyone knows me, but I don't really speak up in class conversations or talk to people I don't know a whole lot (unless I see someone needs help with something). But guys especially end up saying awkward things to me, like it amuses them. Like they'll say things like "hey, you're my best bud, right?" Or one time a guy made me do a "secret handshake" with him. I'm very shy and not super touchy so I said "no" and he grabbed me by the wrists and made me "do the handshake" and I laughed (because I was uncomfortable) and the other guys at the table laughed to themselves. And just, guys will do weird stuff like that because they know I'm shy and too sweet to be mean, but it makes me feel awkward like people don't see my as a real person. Why do guys do this? (He knows I lost my virginity to him as well) I used to like him before, but reminded myself we were just a casual thing. A few months passed and I once again, have feelings for him. He really only texts me when he wants to hook up (which I don't really mind). Sometimes we'll go out and do things, and sometimes he'll bring me around his friends, and he's super affectionate with me in front of them too. When he found out I hung out with one of his friends, it actually really upset him (not sure if that would be of any help) Anyways, I'm not sure if me telling him I have feelings for him would ruin everything because he actually is a cool guy and someone I want in my life. Compared to how he treats other people, he's pretty above-average with me, but this could be so he doesn't drive me away and doesn't lose his sex partner. We have things in common including mutual friends, and were chatting via tinder and text in long paragraphs. We went for drinks and then walked around for and he essentially walked me home. We talked pretty easily and there's wasn't awkwardness, but I said a couple of sort of weird things, he called me out on them and we laughed about it. We talked about all the normal date things and they were pretty compatible, he told me that he was concerned about age in the context of what he wanted out of us which he's told me earlier over text as well, but that he wasn't sure if it would matter. I had to be awake early the next day, but he ended up at mine bc he was far from home, but reinforced that we would just sleep. We were fooling around and chatting (I decided I wasn't having sex with him because that was counterproductive to the sleep and he knew that), although overall we got like two hours of sleep. The next morning we chatted a bit, I was a little all over the place and then we parted ways with a kiss and goodbye and didn't talk about another date. I messaged him later telling mine my class got cancelled and got a sort of weird short reply and then later tried to start a different convo which he replied to fine but didn't seem too keen to further the conversation. It's only been a day, but does this seem like he's not keen to see me again? Can I text him and directly ask if he wants to see me again? |

We just caught up and watched a movie, we then kissed for a while when we were saying good night. He told me he stopped talking to me because he felt like I deserved better and that I didn't deserve to deal with all his baggage. The next day he messaged me again and basically said we stopped talking because he was waiting for me to text him to see if I was interested in him. I didn't text him just because he never replied to me. Just completely flipped the situation around and put the blame on me. On Sunday we were texting and I told him some personal things about myself that he really loved about me, and even weirdly started saying he wanted to marry me, saying I'm the one for him, he wants me so bad, he's been looking for a girl like me all his life, I'm exactly what he wants and needs. He later went out with some friends and said he would text me later that night. Well he never did text me. So what happened? Is he waiting for me to text him? It's been 5 days since I've heard from him so I'm just kind of confused. |

It had been weighing heavily on me so I decided to text him apologizing for the way I treated him during our relationship. I was simply apologizing, not trying to get back together. He forgave me and said "we can be friends". I asked if he'd liked number and he accepted. We've had about two conversations since then, both of which I have initiated. He replies to my texts pretty quickly though. Also, he hugs me whenever he sees me. I asked him if he ever hated me for what happened and he said "I'd never hate you". What do you think he's feeling? I'm not necessarily trying to get him back, I just find his behavior to be odd after all we've been through. |

I think a lot of women just don't find short men like me attractive, black and white guys are far more desirable but non black and white guys don't have a chance. Guys have to be either a black guy or white guy. |
