We've never thrown one before so we need some advice on how to make it good while not getting it busted by the cops. Her parents will be away, but we still have to deal with her babysitter (shes pretty young - probably around 20-25?) and two younger siblings. We will have it in her basement; there's nothing too expensive down there, its furnished, and there is a seperate door that people can come in from outside through. |

I ask why they won t let me and they aggressively tell me a pointless, untrue reason such as "you always hang out," "it s too late" "you saw them at school" and so on. If I disprove their answer for example " it was 3 weeks ago" or "but it s the weekend" " or I told them that u would not let me hangout with them last weekend" then they get mad at me for disproving their answer and typically take my phone away. Here's the dilemma: Ever since I was a kid, I've had this issue. It's the reason I never had many friends and the reason I got bullied so much in middle and high school. I feel like I wasted all of these years and now that my childhood is over, I can't get them back. I had a few so-called "friends" but I don't consider them anything special. We argued all the time and although we did get a long a few times, they were more bullies than friends. I could never stand up to them. Even when they told me to do the most irrational and stupid things, like "I dare you to lick the sidewalk" or "I dare you to run around the neighborhood three times in the hot 95 degree sun" I did it. I was like 10, of course I wouldn't go THAT low now. But I'm still shy. I still lack confidence and act very awkward around people. I often refrain from starting conversations or engaging in discussions, even when I want to say something, because I fear I'll act awkward and make a fool of myself. I'm 18. It's about time I step out of this childish phase. As for being too nice, still, even if someone says something extremely rude to my face, I can't stand up for myself which sucks. This guy in class said something kinda mean a couple weeks ago, I'm pretty sure he was joking but I just fake laughed and didn't say anything. It's humiliating to be this person. Any tips? Also,I find it difficult to be HONEST w people, for instance when I disagree.I don't like arguing so I often agree w people when most of the time I DON'T! Yesterday she posted a very sad post. Her dad thought she was part of a cult because she used to cut. She said her house doesn't feel like her home. Her mom calls her a whore everyday. She then went on to say that she didn't want to go into the military, and was only doing so to get out of that house. I thought that this was something she really wanted to to, so it upset me even more to read that sentence. I knew she was having some problems at home, and had been struggling with depression, but this post really hit me hard. I live too far away from her to try and help in person, but is there anything I can do to help? I don't know anyone who lives where she does. I believe she is legally an adult now. |

It's literally only ME, one other girl, and our male boss. Since i started they've been welcoming and such, already calling me part of the "working family" but sometimes I feel left out or like the third wheel. My female coworker has already been there 5 years and she and the boss are pretty much besties. There's no romantic anything involved, she's been with her guy for 8 years and she and the boss think of each other as brother and sister. But they'll converse about work stuff and not include me or when do they converse around me, I just stand there listening, like they're not talking TO me, I'm just there. Yes there's a sense of jealousy. I want the boss to like me too but I do also want to be included in work talks and the jokes and the laughter while also not feeling awkward because I haven't known them for 5 years. if they start talking about work stuff I'll chime in with a "Hmmm? what's going on" but feels like I'm being more nosey than anything. They know I feel like this, I mentioned it subtly but they just shake their heads like I'm being silly. So how do go about the workplace when your coworker and boss are practically best friends? |

One time we were talking about career goals and he told me he wanna go into pharmacy and he's going to a state school (Sac state) and I told him I wanna go into medicine and I'm going to community college because it's cheaper but I'm actually transferring to uc Davis next year. He's like really you don't seem like you can go into medicine and I'm like WTF and he tells me how I won't make it and how hard it is. And I didn't talk to him much and one day we were all working on folding in one department like 10 of us at the end of the night and he asks me a question on if I make fake applications for our store credit card because I get a lot of numbers. I'm like WTF no. But anyway today he asked me again about school and what classes I'm taking. I'm actually ahead of him by taking organic chemistry while he's only in general chemistry. Within the first 30 minutes of waking up each morning, I find myself following my daily steps of waking up, getting breakfast and making coffee, and heading straight to my computer to check Facebook, then Tumblr, then Instagram, and then Snapchat, in no particular order. I don't really post much on any of these social medias, I mainly use them to see what my friends are up to and on Facebook to check on new posts from some pages I follow. I used to post a lot more on social media, but over the past year I've just found that I haven't really been. My downfall is that I always compare myself to other people; I'm always looking at pictures of acquaintances and friends from high school and seeing how much better their lives are than mine and getting down on myself because of it. It's like an addiction, something I know I shouldn't be doing but I can't stop for some reason. I really wish I could just delete all my social medias and find more productive things to put my time into. At this point the only reason I'm keeping my social medias is because of all the memories I have on them--pictures, funny statuses and past posts, I do like to look back on them sometimes. But if social media is hindering more than helping me, is it worth it to delete my personal social media pages? I keep in touch with quite a few friends through Facebook, which is the one I'd have a hard time deleting. Thanks! |

He bullies me in every instance he gets when he's around me and I have no choice but to take it for these reasons 1-I'm soft spoken, i have a very quiet voice so it's hard for me to speak up 2-I don't like being mean, I know that I sound be kind of like an absolute pussy right now but that's just how I am so I can't just make these comebacks every time he says something to me 3-I'm a pasaphist, if I even wanted to fight him I would not be able too because I just don't think it will solve anything. Don't get me wrong I would live to kick his *** heck I've been taking Krav Maga since I was 10 but in my opinion fighting makes situations worse. I know it's weird to take a martial art and not want to fight I mostly do it for exercise and I will only fight if I really had to. 4-Do you really think I could call his parents or get a teacher on him, by the way if your a parent/teacher and your about to read this, guess what snitches get stitches and I know snitching is wrong in any manner even if they are assholes. | Question: Why does this little 8th grader think he's going to beat me? Posted: 08 Sep 2017 10:17 PM PDT I'm a sophomore in high school and I have to fight this little 8th grader tomorrow. He's scrawny as f*ck and weak as f*ck. The only reason he thinks he's going to beat me is because he's fast. He told me that his plan is to just unload on me in the beginning. That's a terrible idea because he'll run out of stamina really quickly, and he's not even going to wear a mouthguard because he said I'm not going to land one headshot on him. He's too c0cky. I was at my friends house today (the kid that I'm going to beat up lives across the street) and all of us were shooting hoops in his front yard and me and the 8th grader were talking sh*t to each other the whole time. At one point, him and my friend accidentally hit their heads together, and it hurt the 8th grader more than it should have because it didn't look like a hard hit at all. If he can't take that, there's no way he's going to be able to handle my blows. If I get that first hit on him, it's over. I'm gonna knock him out in the first round. I'm not going to back out of this fight because I'm the one who initiated it, so I will just look like a b*tch if I walk away. |

So anyways; My best friend is visiting me and has been this whole past summer and just to be stupid we both decided it be funny to play a prank on the neighbors who live next to me and there a couple and I like the guy (anyways) I know there names and I wrote some notes to them like one note I wrote down the guys name and put a heart around it; Like there stupid notes and we meant nothing by them really we just wanted to do it right well the other day recently we were going to leave them another one on there garage door in there backyard and well we did do it and we thought no one saw us... Well my friend got yelled at by the wife apparently she did see her and she asked if she's been leaving them notes and she lied obviously and said no to her and I don't think she really believed her because she did see her I guess and she also said they have cameras installed now and that she let the police know about it and blah blah blah but whatever....... |

Every time I call and talk to her she is happy but she will have calls where she is extremely at a low point. It's seriously scary.. she's going through a lot and she's not in a good place but every time I see her post pictures online, she is so happy and positive. She's coming to a point where it's not good, I've talked to her a lot and it sounds like she's becoming suicidal. I'm doing my best to help.. but how come she is always so happy and smiles? My whole life I have had a slight incontinence problem. By slight, I mean any time I pee and finish, and then walk away, sometime between 5 seconds to a minute after I walk away I will pee a little bit more. And the same thing when I do #2. After I wipe and im finished and then get up and walk away , a few seconds later I can feel a little bit come out again. I have always just delt with it, ran back to bathroom and wipe again or dry my self off if I can , if I cant at the time then I just deal with it. Its never been a big issue with anyone I have dated and some didn't even know about it . now, with the girl im with now , it is all of the sudden an issue after a year and a half of dating and a year of living with each other, and also her sister lives with us which is also her best friend. And she wont ever admit it , but I think that is only an issue now in part because of a fetish that she has that she wont admit that she has, none the less . its an issue. The other day she told me we needed to talk. She said she couldn't deal with my incontinence anymore. She said that she thought the problem was because I was never completely potty trained and she thinks I need to go back to wearing diapers for 2 years and then start potty training me all over again. please continue reading.. |

But last year in 8th grade, I was so happy. It was the best year of my life and I made so many great friends and my classes were awesome! The trips and activities were REALLYYY fun and most of my friends in my class were also in band with me, so we got to participate in after school concerts all together. We were all in it together. Every time I think about all of the fun times, I'm happy of course, but also really sad? I know I will never get them back and NONE of my good friends are in my classes, and my best friend is going to another school. I know we will all drift apart and every time I think of a happy moment from 8th grade, I get extremely emotional. I can't even look back at old pictures or listen to certain songs, It's REALLY BAD. I need advice, any kind of advice, whether it be for HS or how to overcome this, and it is much appreciated. |
