Question: Would it be weird to set my daughter up on a date? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 08:23 PM PDT I'm a man, and my daughter is nineteen. She has no guy problems, she goes on casual dates pretty often, so I don't feel obligated to set her up with guys or anything, but I recently met this kid (well, I say kid but he's 21) that would be perfect for her. He's an intern at my office. I like him a lot, and every time I talk to him, I can't help but think that he should meet my daughter. I feel strange for thinking about this and trying to get involved with my daughter's love life, especially when she's perfectly capable of finding someone herself, and I never thought I'd be actively trying to get my daughter a boyfriend considering how many years I spent dreading her going on dates (back when she was in her younger teens, I'm over that now), but something in me is telling me that I have to at least try to set her up with this guy. It's almost like there's a little voice in the back of my head saying, "he's her soulmate, and if you don't introduce him to her, you'll be to blame for her never meeting him." Weird, I know. I'm just going to have to either be straight forward and talk to this guy or find a way to bring my daughter up to the office and have her "just run into him". There's really no other way to do it. I feel strange about this because I'm a guy and setting people up on dates feels like a woman thing to do, but like I said, something in me is saying that I have to do it. Would it be too weird, though? |

Question: My friend (also crush) would roll around in mud for this girl yet doesn't notice me? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 08:21 PM PDT Hi! Ok so I like my friend a lot he's very nice and sweet and a great friend. But he's like falling face first into mud instead of seeing what's in front of him. I get it this girl is pretty, talented etc but so are many others. The last time I hung out with him in a group I could tell he was mad into her. She wasn't there but just what he said etc. he would do anygthing for her literally like anything I'm sure if she asked him to punch himself in the face he would, roll around in the mud, punch his stomach etc. she doesn't like him I have no idea why. I just feel. As for him despite me liking him he's just falling down into mud for her but she won't even step in dirt for him. It makes me sad honestly he deserves a lot. Anyone else ever been in this situation? |

Posted: 13 Sep 2017 08:19 PM PDT Or if he liked her enough wouldn't he keep trying and be persistent I guess I'm asking this: if a guy gives up really quickly and doesn't really try to get with a girl he "likes" then does he simply just not even like her? |

Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:57 PM PDT Hi! After a long three years I have realized I m in a very toxic relationship with my best friend. Every since we ve met we ve gotten into arguments, and recently she has changed. When we first met we both viciously hated each other, but then it turned into a very toxic relationship. We were pretty strong when we were younger, but now it seems like every single conversation we have ends in an argument then we love eachother. The thing I hate is that I always apologize after a argument, she just automatically Thinks everything is my fault. Recently she has very much so changed, she has been calling me a "hoe,*****,slut, etc" as my name, and I ve told her to stop but she says "why not" or some retarded uneducated **** like that. She doesn t talk to me anymore, and I don t want to talk to her. She gets jealous when I hang out with my other friends, and makes a huge deal out of it. This past weekend her and our other friends hung out, but the whole time she wouldn t talk to me. I ve brought it up to her, but she won t explain. The main reason I don t want to break up with her is because our friends are connected, and I love them way too much to break up with them. HELPPPOOO |

Question: Bf hanging out with new girl classmate and her boyfriend? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:52 PM PDT He met this girl in school not even a month. He goes out with her to have lunch, watch movies, go on dinners, go drinking. We almost broke up bc of it. He told me that I'm crazy and I have nothing to worry about. She's not really attractive and he tells me that he would never cheat on me especially for a girl like her. That same day we didn't sleep with eachother nor hug eachother bc we were mad at eachother. I told him to go make a friend and he made friends with her. And tonight he bought me food and packed up his things to hangout with her and her bf on the school nights.. btw we live together. He's going to the hotel with them for 4 nights straight. He tells me that he leaves her bf during the day and them both go straight to school together and come back to the hotel to drink at night. He said that these couple reminds him of his younger times where he would go out and party and go straight to school the next day. I don't know how I should feel about this. |

Question: My husband is obsessed with everything being "fair" and "even" and it s driving me crazy.? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:38 PM PDT My husband but he has an obsession with everything being even and fair. It has annoyed me in the past but now that we have a child it s getting worse. If I ask him to help pick up he often tells me that he didn t make the mess so he shouldn t have to. Yet I clean his mess up without saying a word. I tell him this and we have a brief spat and then he apologizes and helps. Same with our daughter. He wakes up with her on the couple days I work and one day on the weekend. I will put her to bed and give him nights out with his friends and get up with her, but if I ever take an evening off he will tell me that it wouldn t be "fair" if he still has to get up with her. Again a brief spat or argument and he will apologize then do it. The obsession with being even goes to an extent that doesn t even make sense. If we are going easy on money and I make a random purchase he will have to make a random purchase for himself to be fair. We argue over this fairness obsession on a daily basis and it always ends with him saying he is sorry and that he is being stupid but then it starts again hours later or the next day. I don t ask him to do much for me, but I cringe knowing that the fairness conversation will come up again. I even just asked him to pick up his pants and he told me that because I didn t pick up something that he shouldn t have to. Is this a type of mental disorder? Again he is a really kind man and he loves me but if this doesn t stop I think I ll go mad. |
Question: T or F: women won't date a guy they're not initially attracted to unless he had money? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:38 PM PDT I'd personally say it's true. Question: Complex relationship. Please be the judge? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:30 PM PDT We've had this relationship with ups and downs for over 10 years. Its not as hot as when it started. There are so many complaints from bith sides.. She is hiwever needy and like things on her terms... The latest incident. She travelled to a different time zone and i was at work. She complained that i didn't call, even though we had been texting each other. When i called, at the end of the day she said she couldnt talk as she wanted to go and brush her teeth... she always puts my issues on the back burner, if its not her friends, she is busy with studies, or family or something. But when she calls she expects me to always attend to her. I was so annoyed that once again she couldn't attend to me when i called( despite the fact that i did everything to quickly call her when she requested).. i didnt pick when she called back. What do you think of this situation? Did i do right or was a rash by not responding when she called back? Any advise for me? Thank you. |
Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:28 PM PDT this girl i go to college with and i were hanging out a lot for a few months but we hadn't gone on a one-on-one date yet. she seemed like she liked me. one day she was all like "we should go out sometime soon. not this week because i'm busy but sometime soon." so the week after i asked her out to this restaurant and i said i was available on two different days and asked her which day was better. she said "probably friday." on Thursday i texted her and asked if Friday still worked for her. she texted back "i'll get back to you." i didn't hear anything more from her and i didn't see her for a week. when i saw her again she acted like nothing had happened. now i haven't seen or heard from her in 4 months. i texted her a couple times. Question: My husband did this to me ? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:28 PM PDT We've been married for 4 years and have had sex plenty of times. We both enjoy it and even have it 3 times in one day sometimes. We do everything except anal sex. We both discussed it while we were dating that it didn't interest us. He even said that it was disgusting! So my question is this: Why would he while doing me doggy style with his thumb touch my bum hole? He didn't insert it or massage it. But he did place it on it 2 times before he came. I didn't say anything but it's different and I'm not used to that. Do you think this means he's teasing the idea of inserting a finger? Why would he do this? It seems gross to me. We didn't discuss it afterwards. I want to see if he does it a second time before bringing it up. Thanks |

Question: Help! How can I stop having feelings for him? 10 POINTS TO BEST ANSWER? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:22 PM PDT Hi, so I have had a major crush on this one guy since sophomore year. I'm a senior now and I'm really frustrated. I don't think he knows I have a crush on him but I have done some dumb minor things like look at him a bit too long or smile too wide when he asks a question (like I was talking to someone and the teacher told him to pass out matches so he asked me if I needed some and I smiled when I said yeah) but I don't think he knows I like him. Anyway, my friend has told me she's seen him check me out and I've seen him look at me. Also, I know he was looking at me because he had to turn his entire body around to look at him and I sat in the back corner. He's pretty popular and I'm definitely not. He's gone to homecoming with girls in his friend group and I don't know if he has a girlfriend but I don't think he likes me. He's outgoing and he's never approached me for non-academic reasons. He's in my math class but he doesn't sit near me. I'm not approaching him so do you think it's a lost cause? Should I forget about him? If so, how? What should I do? |

Question: Confused about this girl and women in general.? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:04 PM PDT Hello everyone :). I decided to post this question for two reasons in particular. I want to see if there are a significant portion of men in my same situation I want some perspective from any women who happen to read this. Let me just get this out of the way right now. I'm the stereotypical nice guy and I have been my entire life. I open doors for women (weather I know them or want to date them or not), I never try to interrupt someone who is speaking, I'm always give someone who is listening to me as much of my attention as possible (male or female), I try to make myself and my time available to others whenever they may need me (again for both men and women), and I'm a Christian and have been for a while now. I could go on for pages about how I act and treat those around me. Let's just cut it short here; suffice it to say, I have always found the most enjoyment in life when serving others and building close relationships. Now that you know that I'm a nice guy I bet you're already thinking something along the lines of, "You can't be that nice.", "Women need to feel they're chasing you.", "You can't always be available to them.", "You need to pretend to be busy sometimes, even if you're not.", etc…. I've heard it before and let me say that I completely understand the logic behind these arguments. There is more text in the answer below. Dumb character limit >_> |
Question: Does this guy have a crush on me??? Or is he just a asshole? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:01 PM PDT So this guy at my cousins church that I went too but stopped going too recently always stares at me when I'm there and at the beginning when I went his friend asked if I liked him but I said no .he denied staring at me he says he is just looking into space and recently after I've stopped going I posted a selfie on my Instagram saying I was sick ect and he said good for you ??? But before that he said cool and deleted it. THOUGHTS?? |
Question: My mother is dating my ex boyfriend, am I in the wrong to be upset? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:00 PM PDT I'm 19, he's 25 and she's 45. We were together for 7 months (he lived with me at my mother's house) and the whole time I had my suspicions of them, or at least of her trying to flirt with him and try it on with him. 3 weeks after we broke up (for no bad reason, we just weren't working out. I still loved him at the time but I've come to terms with it now and agree that we weren't compatible) they told me they had feelings for eachother and had sex only after a week of us being split (all while my mother had her own boyfriend). I am devastated and feel betrayed by her, she knew for months before how paranoid I was about their closeness and how much it would hurt me if they ended up together. I realize I should be happy for them and all but it just hurts. It's got to the point where I can't be at home if I want to keep myself stable and not get too depressed but I can't afford to live anywhere else at the moment. I don't know what to do so advice would be much appreciated. |
Question: What would you do if you walked in in a hot girl having sex with your wife or girlfriend? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:00 PM PDT |
Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:00 PM PDT My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost 2 years now. And every now and again I would ask her how she felt about having sex. Well, I can tell you that those conversations would turn into arguments because we both felt different about it. This went on for about 9 months or so. Over the summer, she came to me and said that she felt ready, but wanted to go on the pill first. About a week ago, she told me she was going to be getting a prescription within the next few days. But yesterday she tells me that even after she goes on it, we would have to wait at least 2 months because she would have to go back to her doctor to see how it was working. I got kind of upset and then that made her upset. I know she can t do anything about it, but I've been very patient with her for almost the past year about this, and when everything seemed to be working out, this happens. I don t know if I m being stubborn or if there is something wrong here. Any advice as to how to deal with this would really help |
Question: Does it mean anything when a guy emails you a lot? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:00 PM PDT There's a guy I used to work with where we would email one another on a frequent basis. He would still email at times about work related stuff out of conversation so we didn't really need to keep emailing one another. He would always tell me when he would be leaving the office when I didn't need to know or ask. We don't work in the same building but does it ever mean anything when a guy emails you out of conversation when they don't really need to or tell you when they are leaving work for the day? |
