He works as a bartender (only works weekends) and gets off work pretty late and after work, he goes to the neighborhood bar to drink before telling me he's even done with work. Posted: 18 Sep 2017 07:23 PM PDT I am currently in my first relationship with my best guy friend-turned-boyfriend and I couldn't be happier. We both attend the same college, so we are very lucky to see each other every day. I know that he is also very happy with the relationship too and our anniversary is coming up next week. What I am concerned about is why my other good friend's relationship makes me jealous sometimes? I feel awful having to consider this, but she got into a relationship recently (about 4 months now) and I see them cuddle, hold hands, him buying her flowers often, etc. and I can't help but be bothered by it?? My boyfriend and I try to limit PDA because we don't want to make our other friends and other people in general uncomfortable, so maybe that's why? I'm not sure where all of this is stemming from, but I really would appreciate some advice on how to get over it. I am really happy that my friend is in a relationship and I want what's best for her but I can't shake this feeling off. |
