Question: Why does everyone love making me look bad? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 03:42 PM PDT My male cousin saw me talking to my crush and came over and embarrassed me in front of him. Asking me stupid questions like "why do you look like a tranny" and pushing me on the ground. Not just my cousin did this but my one relative would makeup embarrassing moments about me that never happened and would tell my family members just to make me look bad.he would ask me "didn't you dropout of school in 9th grade" and I graduated with a 4.0. I have other siblings but he would always do it to me. Another time this girl walked around the school and said rude stuff about me to almost everyone. She made me look really bad and people would laugh at me. |
Question: Lab group doesn't help me out. Advice? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 03:35 PM PDT I have a lab report due tomorrow and it's supposed to be a group effort. The 3 other people in my group haven't even wrote anything or answered any questions yet. I on the other hand have answered almost all of the questions. It's really annoying and I think they might all be waiting for me to do all the work for them. What should I do? Should I text them something to let them know they need to help? |
Question: Why is she against me joining the military but dating a guy in the army? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 03:33 PM PDT i went to visit this girl who i dated 2 years ago, im friends with her family and see her sometimes. i stayed for a few hours and mentioned reconsidering joining the military and she kept changing the subject. she was against me joining for a while, after she first supported me. when i was about to leave she kept talking to get me to stay and she said she misses my dog and wants me to bring them over to play with her dogs, like a doggy date. she tried several times to have something more. she just got out of a relationship a month ago so the army guy might be a rebound. but i dont understand why she is against me joining the military yet seeing a guy in the army?? |

Question: How can I get over my stupid fear of swimming, pools, and lakes? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 02:43 PM PDT When I was in the 7th grade I went swimming with a friend and her family. I didn't want to go, but my dad and her kinda made me. When I put on my swimsuit, her and her family started to make fun of the self harm scars I had on my legs. They weren't bad. I didn't think they were too noticeable. But I was wrong. I didn't understand why they made fun of me since the friend I was with also struggled with self harm and her family knew. Later on my friend picked on me a bit, for my legs looking fat when I sat down. We did have some fun though, we swam in the lake and made jokes. But while we were standing by the table with her family her creepy grandpa started to attempt to touch me, i walked closer to my friend so he would stop. She saw, and I'm assuming her family did too(since they were standing near.), but no one said anything. My friend and I talked about it later, she said he does that to her sometimes, but she rarely sees him since he lives far away. It's stupid I have a fear of swimming, and pools, and lakes. why am I so freaked out by it?! I sorta go into a weird panic state around lakes and pools. Even though it happened like 2-3-ish years ago. How do I stop this? |
Question: Does it mean my bf doesn't want me to have male friends? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 02:40 PM PDT I was telling him (texting) a story about a girl who was mean to me. I said "the teacher asked me a question and she said 'you talk to him but not me?'". He said "who is him?" Him was the teacher. He doesn't ask who is her/she when I mention female friends |
Question: What are some creative date ideas and how do I approach her? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 02:36 PM PDT I'm 18 she's 37 & divorced. I've had the hugest crush on her ever since she used to babysit me. She's one of the most beautiful women I've ever laid my eyes on. I love spending time with her. She's always been a flirt, she's teased me here and there and I can't get enough of it. I'm June I went to her apartment to catch up and we went downtown and we took pictures and we took one of me with my arm around her kissing her cheek and she told me to kiss her. I also remember being 15 trying to get my player on so I put my arm around her waist and she told me she loved it so every time I get the chance I do it. But I love her sexy Latina accent and I love her curves. She's twice my age but she's still got it. I want to go out with her just the 2 of us maybe even get lucky (lord willing) but she lives downtown and I live in the suburbs. God knows I've been trying to shoot my shot with her for years. |
Question: Whyd my ex who dumped me text bye twice? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 12:13 PM PDT He said "bye." Then bye again. Then I said bye and he said bye twice again. He dumped me but says he still loves me |
Question: Needing advice from an older lady? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 11:59 AM PDT I have a good friend who I'm very close to. She's 50 and I'm in my early 20s, we're both girls.. she's become a very special friend, one you rarely come across. Her name is Hazel. We get a long so well for our age difference, we have so many similar life experiences. We talk all the time, over the phone mostly because we live far. She will help me through my life problems and I will help her, she's so supporting and caring, consdering she's a blunt and reserved person. We can talk about anything, we've cried to each other on the phone and have helped each other through tough times. I'm completely comfortable with her and I assume she is too as we have shared so many important private things with each other. She's a great friend and mentor to me. She helped me when I reached a low point in my life, I was at a bad point the other day.. she called me and got after me for considering something stupid. She said how special I was to her and that she would be heart broken if anything ever happened to me. We were on the phone for 3 hours that afternoon. I just get a special feeling towards her.. months ago, she said I was special to her and a kindred spirit, she's a lady who doesn't express feelings or stuff much, so that meant a lot because I felt it too.. although it's been 8 months, she's said I'm special and valuable to her a couple times but never the kindred spirit part again.. do you think we are still kindreds or did it fade off?.. she hasn't mentioned it again |
Question: How can I get out of this? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 08:08 AM PDT I'm 15 and my parents are moving to america. I really really don't want to go and I dislike the place we are moving to (I've been twice). Is there any way I can not be included in the move? |

Question: My boss is hitting on me and we have a work trip coming - help? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 03:16 AM PDT I ve worked for this guy for 10 years and I didn t have problems - he was like a father figure to me. I have no idea what has gotten into him recently. First it started with "innocent" things like sitting beside me for work feedback and "accidentally" touching me with his elbow, etc. but now it s openly flirting, like asking me out etc which is disgusting for two reasons: - he s married and I know his wife - I see him like a father figure and have (had) strong respect for him To make matters worse, there s a work trip coming for me, him and another colleague going abroad, but he says this colleague "might" drop out. I told him that I don t want to have anything unprofessional to do with him and I want to keep the respect between us. He said "don t say no in advance, see how you will feel when we get there". WTF?! This makes me so uncomfortable and I dunno if I should go to the trip and spend a week in dodging his advances or just quit work altogether. Any tips? (p.s: don t bother saying file a complaint, in my country everyone turns a blind eye to this behavior) |
Question: Is ending my life really that bad? Posted: 17 Sep 2017 03:12 AM PDT I turn 18 tomorrow and the pressure is too much I'm alone forever |

Question: What should I do about my situation? Posted: 16 Sep 2017 11:32 PM PDT Age 10-11 I was bullied by a group of girls and the reason I was bullied by them was because apparently I was a bully and I was getting my 'karma' To be fair, I was a bully sometimes to 1 girl because I was jealous of her / she was annoying. But to the rest - I was NOT a bully, did do silly things like most girls did but was not a bully. At least not that I remember (this was over 10 years ago). Anyways, they bullied me - they left me out, would barge past me, hide my things, call me names and so on and so forth, and the excuse was because I was a bully so now they are bullying me. Part of me thinks they just wanted to bully me out of jealousy, but who knows. Anyways it changed me to be a better person, but I did end up having panic attacks and anxiety at that age because of it. I remember crying in front of the whole class because of it. In my teenage years I was bullied on/off. Age 11-12 I was "bullied" by my friends in the sense they would say things like make fun of me, but they did not actually physically harm me and I would not really call that bullying just bitchy girls being bitchy girls! When I was 16, I was bullied by some girls who were not my friends- they would make fun of me, hide I have not been bullied since age 16 (and never will) as I DO NOT STAND FOR IT. However, I feel ashamed that I was bullied, that they saw me cry, I am upset and angry at the years wasted being bullied and how they made me feel. Also, most of them have better lives than me - I thought bullies usually turn out fat and ugly? What do I do please? hide my things, say I smelt of fish, laugh/mock me and the girls who were supposed to be my friends did not defend me at all. It ended with me crying in front of the whole class, and the girls getting in trouble for bullying.I have not been bullied since age 16 (and never will) as I DO NOT STAND FOR IT. However, I feel ashamed that I was bullied, that thEye saw me cry I am upset and angry at the years wasted being bullied and how they made me feel. Also, most of them have better lives than me - I thought bullies usually turn out fat and ugly? What do I do please? |
Question: What should I say in my apology? Posted: 16 Sep 2017 10:24 PM PDT I lied a week ago to my nurse about getting hurt because I wanted to go home for personal reasons. She knew I was lying and kept asking me to talk to her. I was pretty rude and angry towards her. I feel terrible cause all she waa trying to do was make me feel better. She didn't bring it up today when I went in for paperwork, but I still feel bad. What should I say to her when I apologize? |
Posted: 16 Sep 2017 08:18 PM PDT This man is so awkward and will chuckle after each sentence. Sometimes after each word. He does this when one-on-one but not when they are speaking to the whole group. I would not care at all but he chuckles and grin so much that he is unable to hold a conversation or answer simple questions. He is my superior so I don't want to say or do the wrong thing and make things worse. |
Posted: 16 Sep 2017 04:54 PM PDT We ve been trying but still nothing. He s response was why its not going to happen your not getting pregnant. Emotionally I started to cry why would he said that when he knows I have a tilted uterus and it will make it harder and a longer process to get pregnant. Tells me I don t understand why you are crying for? I told him because you know my situation what the doctor told me. Why are some men inconsiderate when you say how you feel or start crying? |
