My mom made a seperate room in construction and kept a renter inside she's young doesnt look young so annoying when my husband is not home and my moms home she mingles with my mom so much for hours hangs out with her all day she talks alot and im just isolated and sitting in the corner of the sofa she talks so much in urdu/hindi and i dont like to hear her chattering it goes on like me and my husband is not part of the family when shes around she bothers mom alot with my mom in that language she only talks with my mom and isolates everyone else in the house and shes just a renter an outsider theirs no quiteness in the home when shes here my moms here and my husband at work both me and my husband dont like her and i heard something that shes panjabi and theirs these rumors that goes on that theirs something wrong with that race what is that about.

My child is in first grade. The school in my district is the same school that my former boss's kids attend. I had a falling out with this boss a few years ago. He had wanted to pay me under the table and tried to intimidate me. I insisted and made him do it the right way. He was very upset with me. It was awful, I quit. I would hope to not run into him again. Only now I may see him at the school. I could put my kid in another school but it would cause me to have to drive a long way. This school is such a good school too. I've thought about how I could avoid going to the school and send my kid on the bus but then I'll miss out on things. He wouldn't be aggressive or mean, I think it would just be really uncomfortable to run into him often. What would you do in my shoes? Different schools or just deal with the uncomfortable situation?

So earlier this morning, one of my supervisors at work calls me to ask about coming in this one day that I'm not scheduled. And for the record, I don't have any sort of subconscious feelings for this person, it was just like I said I guess because of habit for when I'm on the phone, plus on top of that, I was distracted. But anyway, I feel completely MORTIFIED now! So I'm not sure what I should do next time I see him at work. Should I explain what happened? Or should I just not bring it up at all & pretend it never happened? I just feel so embarrassed by this!

My boyfriends dad died when he was young, and to make a long story short — I don't think he was ever loved properly as a teenager. Once, he said something like "Maybe you can be the one to give me this love that I need." I definitely do love him, but it raised a question in my mind. Is what he said unhealthy..or is it nothing to be concerned about? What are your thoughts?

About two weeks ago I was really upset abour some personal things. I ran to the nurse angry and crying and told her I need to go home because I fell on my wrist. (I do have an injured wrist but that is not why I wanted to go home). The nurse tried to get me to talk to her. I told her repeatedly that I hurt my wrist nothing else. She knew I was lying but allowed me to call home anyway. After I got off the phone she asked me once more what really happened. I again lied about hurting my wrist from falling. When my mother got there she talked to us both in private and said she thought I was lying. I stuck to my story about falling. She then said she'd be forced to do an accident report/investigation. After seeing me get more upset she decided it wasn't necessary and let me go home. Today I went in to ice my wrist for real and she did not mention the incident. She is a super nice lady. She always does her best to help students. I can tell she really cares abour her students. I just did not want to tell her my personal life. I feel bad about taking my anger out on her even though she kept bugging me to talk to her. Should I alologize?

I recently got out of service after a tour overseas. I am starting to get close with my wifes family back in Virginia. We go over there every weekend with our daughter Olivia who spends the night. Olivia is in the 3rd grade and has two cousins who are her age. The cousins when they play a game like for the loser to get spanked. I met a guy from 2010 on an online game and we did meet once years later. We met when we were young with I being 3 years his junior so i'll admit I was extremely immature especially since when we ''dated'' he didn't seem to care about me that much. Basically we were on and off especially with friendship and usually I always initiated the breakups and or the one to say to stop talking. I think the last I talked to him was maybe January of last year and said I wouldn't talk to him just because he was prioritizing his girlfriend (who bullied me on the game) even though I knew him 5 years longer. Anyways, i'm now a senior so i've matured quite a bit since then and decided that I want to actually continue the friendship for real this time and accepted a friend request that I haven't accepted since around 2015 of my freshman year (I don't add much people on facebook). I sent him a message since I knew he was online and a few minutes later when I checked, I was blocked. We were never in bad terms, he even knew why I stopped talking to him repeatedly back then. Also, all the times even back then when we dated when I wanted to break up or stop talking, he seemed completely fine with it and even laughed it off. I don't see why i'd be blocked instead of just being told ''Hey, I don't want to be your friend at all.''.

I received an Army scholarship, but I'm not obligated until school starts. My spouse was diagnosed with brain cancer, and everything is pretty good/affordable through my insurance working for the VA. I'm concerned about what would happen if I went active Army though. Would the care be better/worse? Is the insurance better/worse for military dependents vs. federal employee? Based on just spouse having cancer alone, should I not join? how does FMLA work for active duty army?
