However, when he is lying, he gets super defensive/cranky and immediately dismisses the subject before I even have a chance to finish the sentence, which is exactly what he did. When he's telling the truth about something, he'll let me finish then he'll either say "No, you're wrong" or "Yes, that's right", THEN he'll dismiss the subject IF I don't have a valid reason for feeling that way. He has lied to me quite a lot throughout our relationship and frequently omits important information. He and her are not going to happen - at least not in the near future. | Question: How do I forgive my cheating boyfriend? Posted: 09 Sep 2017 06:49 PM PDT I have known that my boyfriend was bisexual since early on in the relationship. He's never been with a guy but it's always been something that has interested him. We have been together for a little while now and he just told me that he cheated on me with a man. It was just a one time thing. He said it was strictly just the act. No kissing. Nothing intimate. He just had to try it once. It happened while we were fighting and our relationship was a little rocky. I know that's no excuse. But I truly think he only did it for the experience and he said he didn't enjoy it at all. He knows how much he hurt me and is truly sorry. He says I'm the one for him and he will never do it again. I believe him. I just can't stop thinking about it or questioning what he does. I love him so much but how do I stop thinking about it and truly forgive him? Positive advice only. I want to stay in the relationship. Thank you! |
