Question: Would you marry someone who has to take care of his family financially? Posted: 14 Sep 2017 06:43 PM PDT My boyfriend of 5 years is throwing hints about marriage. I can feel that he's proposing soon, my only issue is how his financial choices will affect our family once we get married and have children. We've talked about buying a house as soon as we marry and because this is something we've wanted to do the plan has been to save, which I'm still doing but he isn't because he's been supporting his parent's , sister and 3 nephews for a year and a half. His father has severe arthritis so he can't work and his mother who is the care taker only makes enough for the mortgage so my boyfriend pays the bills in their household as we'll as his half of the bills in our house. His sister is a single mother of three and she lives at home with his parents she doesn't work and she has put her son's into a private school that my boyfriend pays the tuition for every month as we'll as her carnote , insurance and gives her money weekly that she never makes last she just comes running back asking for more and he gives it to her! If i honestly had to guess I'd say he probably spends 5000 dollars a month on them and that's including everything. I also just want to say that i am not complaining in any way i admire how much he cares about his family and i also didn't have a issue with it until recently when his sister lost her job 7 months ago and still fails to get a new one and contribute. I know that we aren't married but i want to know if it's my place to say something? Advise please! (We're 25) |

Posted: 14 Sep 2017 12:59 PM PDT My ex husband calls to speak to me and his kids frequently while I was on vacation with my kids and husband. Weird thing is ex husband isn't exactly the best father and sees his kids maybe once a week if gay while back home. Look at my question from last year. I just want to know if I'm over reacting or not. I want second opinions, when your spouse changes towards you, you're going to snoop. He's never text other women like this before. This is new and out of character for him. Trust went out the window when he lied about who he was texting and then deleted texts at least 3 times. They also chat on their work system, he admits almost everyday. So why text at night ffs? Also "I can't believe you, I saw u here & u didn't say hi" << that is flirtatious. And for me the "you have a calming effect on me" over the line. He is also giving her encouragement when she needs it "GL" "you've got this" etc., meanwhile I can't even get a hi bye or f you. |

Posted: 14 Sep 2017 08:02 AM PDT A stranger finds themselves very sexually attracted to your wife. They offer you five million dollars to let them sleep with her for one night. How do you react? People, it's called a hypothetical question. I'm aware of the percentile regarding it ever happening. I was gauging whether money or boundaries meant more or less to some. *sigh* You can stop playing at having the intellectual upper hand here by pointing out captain obvious in the crowd now. My Thanks. |

Posted: 13 Sep 2017 10:40 PM PDT My hubby & I were good friends with his bosses family until I caught him one day trying To touch my butt & poke me in the side while drunk then tried to kiss my cheek. we also use to live in the same town so he said I would drive by his house twice a day or more when he's outside. When my family member lives in his block on a cultisack so I had to go out the one way I came in. I can prove To husband that my family member lives there but it don't matter now or to anyone & even told my hubby I stalked him & his brother to a family vacation (we were invited on) as well as the only bar in This small as town.nbut they posted pictures with us online (facebook)?? It makes no sense unless his boss got caught cheating on his wife of 35 years with me!!! I call touching an *** cheating!!! Hubby & I use to text from one phone until I saved up to get mine and it would confuse people a lot. I even messaged from our one phone asking for marriage advice before we broke up but we didn't so they used that against me as well. I thought I could ask him because he's been married for 35 years, wrong. Inlearned our lesson but I got in trouble because he could do no wrong and everything is my fault for being too pretty.I feel like they are using him to punish me and it's working. They are trying to get him fired as well because I got hit on?? I also know he cheated on his wife and had a secret baby. So would you give up your phone and tablet to have a marriage? |

Question: Why did my Divorced Parents fight over China Sets? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 09:25 PM PDT My mother recently passed away, and my dad still seemed furious about something, and it's possible it's that i inherited his divorced china set. Seriously, what's the issue with divorced people fighting over who gets the china set? |
Posted: 13 Sep 2017 09:11 PM PDT My wife left to go live at a friend s house because of some marriage issues we have had. Mainly me. We aren t divorced yet. I want her to come home, but I understand why she left. She said she wanted space. I looked up some advice on what I should do in this situation, and some of it said I should give her the space, and others said space is what makes her lose interest in me. I am scared shitless about her losing interest, or another man sweeping her off her feet. Any one else been in this situation? I could really use some answers. |
Question: My husband is obsessed with everything being "fair" and "even" and it s driving me crazy.? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:38 PM PDT My husband but he has an obsession with everything being even and fair. It has annoyed me in the past but now that we have a child it s getting worse. If I ask him to help pick up he often tells me that he didn t make the mess so he shouldn t have to. Yet I clean his mess up without saying a word. I tell him this and we have a brief spat and then he apologizes and helps. Same with our daughter. He wakes up with her on the couple days I work and one day on the weekend. I will put her to bed and give him nights out with his friends and get up with her, but if I ever take an evening off he will tell me that it wouldn t be "fair" if he still has to get up with her. Again a brief spat or argument and he will apologize then do it. The obsession with being even goes to an extent that doesn t even make sense. If we are going easy on money and I make a random purchase he will have to make a random purchase for himself to be fair. We argue over this fairness obsession on a daily basis and it always ends with him saying he is sorry and that he is being stupid but then it starts again hours later or the next day. I don t ask him to do much for me, but I cringe knowing that the fairness conversation will come up again. I even just asked him to pick up his pants and he told me that because I didn t pick up something that he shouldn t have to. Is this a type of mental disorder? Again he is a really kind man and he loves me but if this doesn t stop I think I ll go mad. |
Question: My husband did this to me ? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:28 PM PDT We've been married for 4 years and have had sex plenty of times. We both enjoy it and even have it 3 times in one day sometimes. We do everything except anal sex. We both discussed it while we were dating that it didn't interest us. He even said that it was disgusting! So my question is this: Why would he while doing me doggy style with his thumb touch my bum hole? He didn't insert it or massage it. But he did place it on it 2 times before he came. I didn't say anything but it's different and I'm not used to that. Do you think this means he's teasing the idea of inserting a finger? Why would he do this? It seems gross to me. We didn't discuss it afterwards. I want to see if he does it a second time before bringing it up. Thanks |
Question: My husband might be a murderer... What do I do? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 07:11 PM PDT My husband has told me some pretty weird things. We haven t been married for that long. He basically has told me that he s killed people before. I won t go into details for safety purposes. But most of these things that he s told me he said to me when he was drunk. He s never hurt me before or treated me wrong, he s always treated me with love but I am still scared that he ll remember these things that he told me. Should I go to the police? What can I do? How can I delete this? Worried about safety.Help |
Posted: 13 Sep 2017 06:17 PM PDT Even things like bachelorette parties, girls night out, using vibrators (adult concepts) doesn't seem to make sense to her. She loves America but it is killing me because I feel she's doesn't get my reality. I never thought marrying a foreign born woman would compromise what I consider a normal American life. |

Question: Why my husband expects me to do everything for him? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 01:15 PM PDT He wants me to cook clean do laundry work outside the home care for pets mow our yard do small household repairs pick up after him etc. My children take care of themselves and do more around the house than he does. Question: My ex and my 2 daughters will soon move to her husband s house which she haven t see yet? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 12:16 PM PDT The husband of my ex is currently fixing his house, and is planning to move with her at the end of this month or next month. I asked my ex to describe to me the building but she says she still hasn t seen it and he is avoiding to take her because for him it is currently a mess. Do I have the right from now to ask about the neighborhood and exactly where the apartment is located? Or I have to wait until she moves and then discover the neighborhood? The court gave the child custody to me when we got married but they are still with her since we thought it is the best for them. But if I discover that the neighborhood is dangerous for them, I am ready to take them and raise them myself. |

Posted: 13 Sep 2017 10:18 AM PDT I ve known this man that I m in love with for 10 years, he has been my friend through many relationships, struggles and our entire teenage and adult lives. We have always loved each other and both known it. This marriage is my second, my first ended because my ex husband beat me physically and so I divorced him. My second marriage is with a man whom I love but not in the same way I love my friend. I think he s a good guy, and a good husband, but he doesn t provide for me emotionally and rarely wants to have sex due to a medical condition. We have no spark and are more like good friends, although I do have a romantic interest in him. I would ve tried to date 10 year man before marrying someone else, but the problem was that he was half way across the country, and he spent some time dating someone else. Whom he eventually ended the relationship with (I didn t talk to him during this time) because he can t see a future with anyone but me. The issue is, I love this 10 year man dearly and I do believe that he is the love of my life, I also have no children and although my current husband and I own a home together that is the only thing on the line. I m thinking of leaving my husband, but it does hurt because I truly think he is a great man, we treat each other well and his family really adores me. And I like them, too. I want a fresh start, so I m thinking of running away. I know this is selfish but I have always done what everyone else wanted. |

Question: Do i need a divorce? Am i falling out of love? Is it just me? Posted: 13 Sep 2017 09:25 AM PDT Sorry this is gonna be a long one... Back Story: So i have been married for 3 years and known my wife for almost 4. We have two children and are currently saving for a house living with my mother. She has postpartum is bipolar and on the highest dose of possible meds she can legally be given. Her pregnancies were back to back basically with like a month or two in between. Current Issue: Over the past 2 years she has threatened divorce has developed a pill problem said shes hated me shes never loved me that I m a bad father and a bad husband. She is extremely controlling and the focus is always on her. She is a stay at home mom while i work a full time job. I come home and then start my second job as a parent and then I go to bed. She seems completely uninterested in me I feel unloved underappreciated and I feel she is putting the responsibility of making her happy and keeping her sane on my shoulders. Its been 2 years of hell and i have gone numb. I still love her and care for her but I don t know if i can get past the hurt. Im not perfect by any means and my mind knows that her emotional whirlwinds arent her fault but it hurts so much. I dont know what to do. We are looking into marriage counseling but I feel so detached its like the spark we had and the passion is just gone. What do i do? Should I divorce, separate, suck it up and be miserable? I m so lost. |

Posted: 12 Sep 2017 03:27 PM PDT What do you guys think? Is this right? I'm not saying that my wife can't go her family at all. But is this uncalled for? She goes to her family's for weeks at a time literally sometimes a month sometimes a little less. I always invite her family on some trips. Sometimes go out to eat (I pay the bill shall I tell you), but yet they treat me like I'm not good enough because we don't have extra spending money. I bought a house for mine and my wife's future, always made sure she was fed, clothes l, women's hygiene products. Paid for her hair to get done so she can feel beautiful when she goes to her family's. Her family (all girls except her dad) always go on trips that are "girls only" I mean I understand girls night but it's to a point that they say that to get her alone. I even offered to pay my own way including driving myself and paying for my own hotel. Her family's trying to talk her into taking a break with me. It's so sad.. my wife just listens and doesn't say anything when I'm right there while there saying that even did it on my birthday.. My wife is very rude to my family and doesn't want nothing to do with them. Even called my 10 year sister stupid. What should I do? Should I just keep it like this or should I go? It's like I'm married to a child.. |
Question: If you love your spouse would you die for him or her? Posted: 12 Sep 2017 02:54 PM PDT Don't get rude. And say stupid stuff.' I'm just asking about love. Love is worth dying for in a way. Like if an intruder enter the home would you say hey baby can you go check. Will you buy your wife a new house even if it kills you meaning you working extremely hard. If a person try to kill your spouse would you not save that love one. Or that spouse or girlfriend is about to get hit by a truck will you save that person? IS THIS PERSON WORTH DYING FOR,? If not than why marry that individual? Right. Or am I wrong? |
Posted: 12 Sep 2017 02:45 PM PDT At one point he was so angry that he took off in his car while she was strapping her son in in said car and he was in the drivers seat. This caused her to stumble and fall. She was pregnant with our child (that ended up not being hurt by the incident). They have two children together and she wants to forgive everything that has happened (death threats to me by him). She left him because he abused meth and became violent, although he never actually struck her. I refuse to allow him at our house for the exchange of the children. Am I wrong for refusing to allow him near us and in our lives? |
Posted: 12 Sep 2017 02:26 PM PDT My in-laws had insisted on my husband and I getting married under the separation of property regime. I was against it as I had to leave my job and country in order to live with him after the wedding. I thought it wasn't fair at the time and still do. This has been the cause of many fights between us. I felt betrayed by him as he threatened to break up with me unless we got married the way his parents wanted. I agreed in the end because I did not want to lose him. I signed the marriage contract a few months before the wedding ceremony. I felt that what was supposed to be a special time for me was ruined by my inlaws. Im afraid I can never forgive them. What would you have done? |
