Question: Ladies: Thoughts on men as your OB-GYN? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:11 PM PDT I'm a 17 year old guy still in highschool. I told my friend I was thinking about becoming an OB-GYN. She told me it would be too weird and women wouldn't want me or any other dude as their doctor. |
Question: Do you think my coworker has a small crush? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:10 PM PDT It's hard to tell, and I'm new....but when I go on my breaks, he always speaks loudly...and tells me to have a good lunch, he does this when I leave, too. Other than that, he is very quiet..he is always cordial when I get him to talk, and helps me without being asked. I wear a ring on my finger, and I noticed he was staring at it, to see if I'm married. I've only been working with him for two weeks....do you think he might have a crush? |
Question: I have an acquaintance who likes to do magic tricks, so he offered to "read my mind".? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:07 PM PDT He said he would read at least 2/3 questions right. So he told me to think of a name. And I thought of a name and he wrote down what i was thinking on a slip of paper and handed it to me. We repeated this two more times. I had a total of 3 scrunched up paper answer balls in my hand. He then asked me what my first answer was and i told him. He wrote it down on a reg sized piece of paper and asked me to open up the piece of paper. It was the answer! We repeated this 2 more times and they were all right.. I made him repeat this trick another time, where I focused very hard on all of his hand movements.. I'm so lost as to how he did it and if he actually is psychic.. Help! |

Question: Is it weird to complement a girl on her smile if? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:04 PM PDT If you just met the girl, you are checking her out then she smiles at you? Would it be weird to complement her smile if you just met her? |
Question: He takes a lot of **** from her is it safe to say he loves her (details)? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:02 PM PDT She gets mad and makes a big deal over little things he gives her time to cool off and then texts her again. she's basically broken up with him multiple times but he still fights for them to have a real chance. she just has trust issues like crazy. the one thing she feels is like she can't rely on him for emotional or physical support because anytime she needs him emotionally he retreats and physically he basically does the same but then will beg her just to spend time with him (no sex involved) could he just be afraid to get into that space? Can't even really say he wants to move on Because Move on to what. She's who he moved on to. Fought for and tolerates absolute bullshit from. She can literally flip out over something small every other day and he will damn plead his case of why they should be together because she's scared he's playing her and doesn't really care about her. Been together 5 months he doesn't press her for sex or anything |
Question: How should I ask this girl out? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:02 PM PDT So when I am walking to class, I see this beautiful girl and I unfortunately know nothing about her. Don't know her name, major, ect. How do I walk up to this gorgeous girl and ask her out without seeming like a creep. |
Question: Is this girl benching me or something? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 08:01 PM PDT we go to college together and went out twice in May. she seemed like she had a good time and said "we should do this again real soon". In June I asked her out to eat when we were both done with work on a specific day. she texted back 3 hours later "that sounds interesting. i like to be outside after work." being outside had nothing to do with what i asked her so i texted her back "we could go for a walk in the park close to where you work." she didn't respond, but two weeks later she texted "hey how are you?" i told her about what i was doing over the summer and suggested that we do something soon. i asked her what she was up to and she texted back "work and working out". she never responded about doing something with me. every couple weeks she texted something like "hey how are you?" school just started again and i haven't seen her yet. HELP! |
Question: Why is he acting this way? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:59 PM PDT I met this guy online two months ago, and he got mad cause I didn't want to talk on the phone all the time. After all that escalated we stop talking for two months he told me he was done with it. So out of the blue he called me Tuesday night. We talked on the phone for like 2 hours Tuesday night. Yesterday night we talked for 30 minutes, but it didn't last long. He sounded like he was getting bored and told me he would talk to me later. He was saying things like he wanted to be serious with me and asked if I wanted to be his room mate. I told him I would think on it and then he asked me if I wanted kids but I told him no. That's when he threw out there if we're not on the same page he can't deal with me in that way. Well today I haven't heard from him at all. No call, no text, no nothing. Is he playing mind games or he's just throwing out there he's not interested? Does he want me to "chase" him or something? I was over him but I was an idiot for answering his phone call |

Question: How can I control myself/anger?? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:56 PM PDT Lately I have been grouching at my boyfriend and I don't know why. He's super stressed and has OCD that is bothering him. I didn't know in full depth until we talked about it. He thinks he is doing what is best for us, but it often ends up upsetting me. I have never been an emotional person. With every little thing that bothers me and we talk about I end up crying and I don't know why. I want to control myself for him without keeping anything in myself because he wants me to talk to him about these kind of things. I find these little things and dwell on them even if I am in a good mood I can't stop. Even if I tell myself to stop I can't. I literally think myself into a bad mood all the time from an accusation in my head that's not true. I love him and I want to be better for him and treat him better... could someone please help me with this? |

Question: Should I start dating again? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:48 PM PDT I'm a Biology major so I have a lot of school. I also recently started a new job as a counselor at an elementary school. Not only does these things take up a lot of my time, but I'm a huge introvert with horrible anxiety so this takes up a lot of my energy and I need time to be alone which might be a problem if I were to get a boyfriend or girlfriend. I've noticed a trend from my dating history that I'm usually attracted towards people who are very extroverted and need a lot of attention, which is fine but I don't know if I can deliver. However, I've been feeling very confident in myself lately and I feel like I'd like to start trying again. It scares me a lot, so I always try to make up an excuse as to why I can't right now. I'm 21 and I know that societal pressures having a relationship are silly but idk I just feel like I should be with someone right now. I've had this friend since high school who's very sweet and I think and I like him a lot. He's kinda been flirting with me lately and I haven't really been reciprocating because of my doubts. I'm interested but I don't want to just hurt him for no reason. |
Question: Do I have a right to be mad with my boyfriend? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:46 PM PDT We have been in a committed relationship for 3 years. I was giving him oral and his eyes closed. Suddenly he jerked and threw his arm up it scared me. He said "oh sorry I was dreaming there were 3 other girls down there with you. I told them to stop because you wouldn't like that". I just got up and left room. I am hurt angry and confused as to why he would tell me that. He said "well at least I'm being honest about my dream! " What the hell? What do you think? |

There was this paper tag (literally could come off hella easy but still) and i was joking around with him because his friend was so i ripped it off wondering why his friend didn't. I immediately got shocked looks from both. apparantly it proves the backpack isn't fake and he got sh** for it all day. he's never been mad and i Feel so bad!!! he says he's not but ik he's sad. any ideas to make him happier?? Make it up to him? |

Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:42 PM PDT I just kinda became friends with the most popular girl in school by accident cause I overheard her standing up for Animal rights and I told her I agreed. She is also friends with the guy i like who I'm pretty sure likes me back but I think being friends with her would help me get close to him. I am kinda socially awkward especially around people with a lot of friends and idk how not to seem weird, help? |

Question: Did he not want me to show it because there might've been another guy watching? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:26 PM PDT I was with my bf and we were in a secluded corner in public. There weren't any cars or people around. He touched under my shirt, with the shirt covering my breast. He stopped after a few seconds, saying "there's someone in that car." It was a car quite far away, but I couldn't tell if the person in the car was watching. Few moments later of cuddling I asked "do you wanna see?" He said "I don't think we should show it now". |

Question: Is sex twice a week average or less than normal? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:24 PM PDT Background. I'm 24, my gf is 26. We both work and she has to get up early which I understand. Even when we get to bed at a decent hour she comes up with excuses why she can't. I know it sounds silly but to me, if it's this bad after a year I can't imagine how seldom it will be 5 yrs from now |
Question: Does it sound like she ended her relationship for me? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:21 PM PDT so i'm bi and i met this girl about a year ago whose also bi. She'd been dating this guy for a few months when we first met, which was fine because at the time i just saw her as a friend. We became super close, and a few months ago i realized i had feelings for her. By then she had been with the guy for over a year and they were getting kinda serious, so i didn't say anything. about a month ago, I told her i was gonna visit her and spend the weekend at her place (i live about an hour in a half away from her). A couple days later, she broke up with him. The guy ended up texting me, and told me why they broke up (which she didn't tell me) and it was for the dumbest reasons. She once told me that she fought a lot with him and in the screenshots he sent me, she did mention that she hated how much they fought. But the 'final fight' that broke them up was over him saying the wrong thing, and over him not being able to get some paperwork she needed on time. He also told me they had plans that weekend (which was obviously cancelled when they broke up), which we bought thought was odd because she made plans with me that weekend BEFORE the fight happened. About a week ago, she told me shes had feelings for me for months (as in before they broke up) However, when i brought his name up she kept saying "he ****** up" and didn't end it for me. i dont know what to think but i don't like the feeling of a relationship ending cause of me |
Question: Found mail from a possible ex of my fiance and dont know if i am over reacting? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:20 PM PDT I was cleaning cause frankly its time we been together 2 years and i wanted to make things look nicer and suprise him. I got the suprise instead and found electric bills and other things under this girls name for the apartment. In confustion and a little bit of fear... i have trust issues i looked at them they are 6 years old. He told me he was with no one for 14 years. Seeing this has me wondering if he lied to me and if i should be mad if he did or left this out. It is past yes but i feel lied to and confused as to if this is a red flag or just me over thinking... not sure what i should do about what i found if anything. Help please! |
Question: My girlfriend gets pissed about EVERYTHING? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:18 PM PDT Now I'm not saying that I never do anything wrong. However, everything no matter how small gets her pissed at me and says things like "this is why we'd never live together" and "you always do this" regarding things as small as putting something in the trash when it was supposed to go in the recycle. I love her but I'm not sure if I can keep just taking these underserved fits of anger. I'm great to her and I don't think she realizes everything I do. On top of this she always comes up with excuses as to why we can't have sex. What do you think? Move on or try to work it out. She's really the only friend I have in this new city so I don't have much of anyone else to turn to |
Question: What do I do now that we are going to homecoming? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:17 PM PDT So I asked this guy that I like to homecoming (I know, out of the norm), and he said yes. I'm going to talk to him a lot more and try and sit next to him now in class more. But how can I do this without seeming overbearing and desperate? Can you help me please??? |
Question: Does he like me or is it my imagination? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:14 PM PDT So I like this guy, lets call him Nick. So Nick and I met in sophomore year in my Chem class. At first he was quiet and I was little more out going and then I brought him out of his shell. Nick is a football player, which like every High School cliche, he was popular. He had his group of jock friends and the little girl groupie that went a long with it. I however am a total bookworm and totally shy and not an athlete at all. But somehow me and him really clicked. He talked to me as much as we could in class. We texted like crazy about nothing and everything. I went to everyone of his games. In class I'd catch him staring and everyday he annoyed me because he knew what he was doing. I was never mad at him. I soon realized that I liked him, after much doubt. I wanted to ask Nick if he liked me or just tell him how I felt, but I thought it'd be dumb being that he was out of my league. I thought he was just using me to get work and I still do sometimes but there is something about him, something I find intriguing. I'm a junior now and we have one class together, but he only talks to me when he is bored during a documentary or when he needs work. I really like this guy, more then anything I have ever felt before and I know if I say something I put everything we have at risk. We do this thing where we stare at each other until one looks away or smiles and its usually him. I'm not sure if he likes me and I want to know? Can anyone answer this mystery please? |

Question: Is this too big of an age difference? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 07:06 PM PDT I m a 23 year old with a crush on a 25 year old? For some reason I don t think this will work because the maturity level and age range difference. I think I m pretty mature for my age and I think we re both well grounded, I think we share a lot of similarities and similar characteristics and traits. I really like her for her intelligence and loyalty. I think she might like me because of my work ethic and maybe my compassionate side, I m not sure what else would attract her to me. I m really not sure if this will ever work so I can t really take a chance I m too afraid of getting hurt. But I really do like her and I don t think she would like me in that same magnitude. She might like me to a degree but I don t think she has as much of a developed crush that I have on her. And part of me wants to get over her but she s sort of unforgettable. The problem is I can t seek help because it s not that serious and professional consultants would take me for a joke or something. But I really need help getting over this. It shouldn t have been that impactful on me and I really regret letting what started as such an innocent crush get so out of hand. Advice Please! |

Question: Boyfriend lets his exes comment and post stuff of him and tells me to let it go? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 06:41 PM PDT First to start off, our Relationship started as a long distance relationship then ended up meeting in person living together after 2 years. So Today my fiancé ex commented a kissy face and heart eyes on his photo and I got mad about it and he told me to let it go? This is not the first time though. A different time A different ex posted and old photo of them together and tagged him in and had him as his cover photo and we got into a huge argument and I asked him if she still liked him and he said "I don't know I don't care if she did" but still had convos with her. She even commented on his photo saying she was his soulmate and a big argument. He was dating a different ex before we met in person (we have was dating) and again huge argument and told me to let it go. So this ex that commented on his photo always kept messaging him , saying she will always love him, and always in their family business on Facebook as if she's still dating him( like they are not her mother/ brother, etc in law) and every time I tell him this, I'm always in the wrong like I just don't wanna be disrespected. We have recent pictures and stuff together on his page so I'm confused. How do I talk to him about this? |
Question: Boyfriend hanging out with Ex-Best Friend?? Posted: 07 Sep 2017 06:38 PM PDT My boyfriend of almost two years now has taken the tendency of hanging out with my ex-best friend. Although they knew of each other it was I who sort of introduced them to the other officially, however there was always a seperation between my "friend" and my boyfriend. In terms of what we would do and whatnot. They only time they would hang out with each other is when I exclusively invited them into groups. However, recently this "friend" has made it quite clear that she is not a loyal, kind, or honest human being to be around whatsoever. And that friendship meant the world to me and it's gone, but I moved on rather quite quickly knowing I was cutting dead weight. However now my boyfriend who claims that he's "friends with her too" hangs around her and once when I brought up this discomfort he sort of shamed me for being uncomfortable. Saying that "jealousy was never a problem he thought we'd have because of trust". And I feel like there is no way to bring this up without seeming controlling, however after all that's happened how could he in good faith hang around her knowing what has happened between her and I? What to do, advice please! Stay kind. :-) |
