Question: I feel so underdog right now how should I syand up for my self? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 09:09 PM PDT My girlfriend bought us two wedding rings, wedding attire and showed me a picture of her parent's vacation mansion for the wedding venue. She said with pride "All is set!" I'm shocked and speechless. I feel so underdog that she provided instead of me. |
Question: Why did he take a shine on me? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 06:55 PM PDT Yesterday, a cousin of mine who's 2 years younger than me got married; she's the daughter of my dad's brother. The MOH was her older sister who happens to be a very pretty girl. The wedding was distant so just about all of the guests, including my nuclear family stayed in a hotel. The dance floor happened to be in the middle of the room during the reception. Shortly after I had my picture taken with other people, I randomly stood somewhere. A creepy guy who was probably in his late 50s to mid 60s went up to me and persuaded me to go dance. To get him off my back, I went to the dance floor and tried to copy the others to not look like a fool. Later on when I was still dancing, he went up to the edge of the dance floor and nagged me to dance closer to the others. So, I did. I asked my mom who that guy was when I was back at my table. She said that it was the bride's mom's cousin's husband, Ron. After the reception, the guests were invited to the hotel's bar for drinks. I went down about a half hour after my parents left. After arriving, I saw my mom sitting at a table; Ron happened to be sitting next to her. Their table's only empty seat was on the other side of him. He beckoned me. After I sat down, he offered me pizza and kept talking to me. He kept asking me questions about myself and told me a few things about himself. I felt really uncomfortable. After everyone left the bar to go back up to their rooms, I talked to my dad about that guy. My dad kept saying that Ron really liked me and mentioned, "He took a shine on you." My dad kept saying, "I don't know" when I asked him why Ron liked me. Why did Ron like me immediately? |
Question: Bride holding baby at alter and during kiss. Has this been done before? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 06:29 PM PDT My dad and his gf are getting married next weekend and I'm told she is going to hold their 4 month old baby at the alter during the ceremony and during the kiss. This already seems odd enough having my half siblings there and one of my dad's ex gfs who is the mother of my 5 yr old half sister. Two of them are older than my dad's fiancé! So yeah old guy marrying younger woman. My dad has a kidney stone at the moment, again! So maybe this will all get postponed if he doesn't pass it by then. It all seems so odd, all of these kids, same dad, multiple women. It almost seems like my dad is bragging he has a younger good looking fiancé so she'll hold the baby during the kiss to rub it in. |
Question: My mom wants me to be my sister's bridesmaid but my sister didn't ask me to? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 04:30 PM PDT My sister isn't getting married until June 2018 but my mom said "hey your going to be a bridesmaid!" But it's my sister's wedding and I feel like my sister should be the one to ask me? I know it's not till June so and I don't want my sister to feel like I have to be her bridesmaid and we had some problems for a few months and didn't talk (nothing really bad) but we have been talking for about a month and she still hasn't brang it up. Should I just wait for her to being it up like we still have 9 months till the wedding |
Question: Does this mean my bf doesn't want me to have male friends? Posted: 30 Sep 2017 04:21 PM PDT Was telling bf a story about a girl who was bi tchy to me. I said "my teacher asked me a question and she (the girl who was mean) said 'you talk to him but not me?'" Bf said "who is him?" Him was the teacher. He doesn't ask who is her/she when I mention female friends |
