At first, he wouldn't talk to me at all, but he interacted with everyone else on the team. He would and still does glance over at me and will watch me interact with others, but still would avoid me. I thought he didn't like me as a person even though I get along with everyone on the team. Just recently, he has started to come up to talk to me about the game or make small talk. I have noticed when he brings a girl that he is dating, he avoids me completely, but will still talk to everyone else. I'm just a teammate, so I don't understand why it is so awkward. It is awkward because it is very noticeable that he is trying to avoid me. I get more awkward in awkward situations so I feel this whole dynamic is awkward without any reason! He is never flirty/inappropriate which is a good thing and I would never say anything since he isn't available, I just find his behavior odd. Anyone know why he is acting like this? We are both 19. |
