Question: Why are all bridesmaids suddenly called "ladies" in correspondences (group message)? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 04:37 PM PDT I've never been in a group text with other women and we are called "ladies" unless it's a bridesmaid related text :p |
Posted: 19 Oct 2017 04:02 PM PDT Most weddings I've been to divide the church into a side for "his" relates and "her" relatives. How does this work when the bide and groom are cousins? Do you bother? Obviously there is a lot of overlap. What do you do with people who are equally related to both? |
Question: AM i wrong to not want to pay 50$ for one day of make up at my sister in laws wedding ? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 12:05 PM PDT So my sister in law is getting married next weekend. I have to pay 150$ to get my hair done , 35$ for shoes and then 50$ for one day of make up. Shoes can be worn again, hairstyle can be worn months if i keep it up but 50$ WORTH OF MAKE UP...for one day? i understand its her special day but i really cant afford to be broke afterwards. My husband and i both go in on bills, rent, daycare and alot of other stuff and honestly we barely have enough to get a few weeks worth of food afterwards. Should i really talk to her about not doing the make up or should i just get the make up done. i really dont want to have to put too much on my husband as he doesn t really make as much as he use to and he would have to end up either trying to come up with grocery money or asking others for it and it messes with both of our pride a little bit. also the 150$ for the hairstyle is because she wants us to have a specific hairstyle and my hair is extremely short so i have to pay to get extensions put in. |
Question: Wedding Garter retrieval Question??? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 09:35 AM PDT Random thought, so when the guy goes in for the garter is there any quick frisky business going on? When the guy goes under the wedding dress to retrieve the garter off his wife... |
Question: Going to a wedding and know nobody!!? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 04:48 AM PDT I'm going to my boyfriends friends wedding tomorrow. I won't know anyone but my boyfriend. I'm quite a shy person when getting to know people. I've been to weddings like this before with him and made friends with two of the girls but now theyre not going so I'm on my own all over again. I know you'll prob say I'll make new friends but I only made friends with these girls because they were in the same situation. All the other girlfriends stay in groups and know each other. Any tips? Is it ok to be with my boyfriend for the night? I don't want to be pestering him either or him to feel he can't leave me... He came to my friends wedding earlier this year and knew noone and stayed with me the whole night and got really drunk so I know he understands how I feel. Please help!! |
