Question: Why she wasn't honest with me???? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 03:24 PM PDT My boss is so strange with me when alone she extermly nice when around ppl she act tough. I had an issue with an empolyee he was disrespectful with me and i didnt fight back i went to my supervisor and told her because i didnt want him to lie behind my back to her he was telling everyone im not good enough. My supervisor got upset and told my boss to talk to him. She apologized. She called me to her office and said she will send me to another department to get more experience and i never have to get back to this place. I didnt know that my supervisor told her. Why she didnt tell me the real reason. |

Question: When a girl does this what does it mean? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 01:10 PM PDT so on friday in class i was staring into space and i was staring at the trash can and the girl i liked was walking by and she was looking at me while i was staring at the trash can. then later i was staring at the wall and when i looked over i saw her looking at me and smiling while she had her hands on her head. then the next day 'she said i dont know why he looks at me" . then the other day in class i was at the mall with my friends & when i turn around i saw a guy looking at me but then looked away. so idk if she was at the mall that day & saw me said something so maybe thats why he was looking at me. but i only saw a guy there not her. idk maybe she was hiding behind him or something so idk? |

Question: Why can't she just leave me alone? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 09:56 AM PDT I just want her to leave me alone. She follows everywhere and I lose my train of thoughts. I hate the fact that I am failing and she's getting A. Also she keeps asking for things like ride cause she don't have a car or notebook paper when she has a notebook. She's the most annoying person and I just want to be left alone. I stopped talking to her and answering her phone calls she don't get the message |

Question: Polite way to say no? Posted: 19 Oct 2017 03:52 AM PDT I drive a colleague to work everyday and it's fine because she pays me.. but there is another colleague who lives on the same street that asks for rides every single day yet she almost never talks to me other than to ask and she also doesn't even pay me (and she knows the other pays.) I know she's just using me for rides and I feel bad saying no because 1. I'm already there and 2. I don't want to sound like an a**hole if i say you have to pay me... so how can i say no politely without sounding rude? |

Question: Do you think this old guy was strange? Posted: 18 Oct 2017 10:35 PM PDT hi, i have gone to a church for almost a yr and a 1/2 now, and I've enjoyed going there until this older gentleman approached me one day after worship, he came up introduced himself, and he started talking about his family,kids/grandkids, he is married, almost 70. This old guy started talking about me to other old men his age, i overheard him say things like 'do you think she's beautiful" and he told me this time and time again. He made comments about my appearance. Keep in mind I'm in my 20s. He would touch my back, I immediately backed off after that. He would shake his hips around and it just grossed me out, he started giving me $, he gave me $ to get a massage, which i thought it was a nice gesture but I didn't know him THAT well. I left the church for a while for things to improve, they didn't. I made the decision to leave the church permanently, I'm not comfortable going there anymore. I told one of my good friends there who's about his age, i told her privately, i could talk to her about almost anything, even the most uncomfortable things. She's like a 2nd Mother to me. She listens and gives great advice. She told me to avoid him as much as possible. I told her this because I wanted to be heard, i trusted that she and her husband protected me and would intervene if something happened. I still remain contact with her and her husband, their really good people and they've treated me well when I went to the church. Plus the others have witnessed this but didn't seem to have any regards |
Question: A non awkward way to ask my friend if I can give him some head? Posted: 18 Oct 2017 10:20 PM PDT We drink together and are alone a lot. He always makes gay jokes and referencing sucking dick. We always joke like that. But im wondering how could I ask him if he wants a blow jobin a non awkward way while drunk? Should I just say it s just between us our secret? How should I go about this? |
Question: Is it possible for a couple not to understand each other? Posted: 18 Oct 2017 08:00 PM PDT For example one gets mad and the other tries to be understanding. Then when one of them tells the other that they are being mean, they deny it. So the other person gets sad and does not understand why their partner is acting that way. |

At at 54 he had another one with a woman from his work, she was 25. And now the other one who's 26. He did get engaged to this one after she had the baby though. |
