Question: Is Uttara Bhadrapada a movable nakshatra(its nature), or a fixed nakshatra/dhruva-sthira? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 06:55 PM PDT I went to 2 websites that said it was moable: http://vedictime.com/en/library/nakshatra BUT most websites said it was Fixed in nature... I am really confused now. This is for a class so I can't get it wrong.. why would those two websites say UB is movable and all other websites say it is fixed??
Question: Would a vowel renewal be inappropriate? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 06:30 PM PDT The wedding was paid for by a family member that didn't like my parents & other family members due to some differences in the past. Therefore,if I wanted the wedding to happen at the time it did,I couldn't invite my mom, dad, sister, & grandparents. My biological father (who ran off before I was a year old) walked me down the aisle instead of my dad (the man who raised me since I was two). The only people there was my best friend from Kindergarten (maid of honor), my husband's friend from high school, my great aunt and uncle (who paid for it) and my biological father and his side of the family.I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!!!Two years ago I lost my great grandmother. She meant everything to me.She didn't get to see me get married.I love my husband with my whole heart and I don't regret marrying him,I regret how the wedding was planned and how I let it happen. My dad (not biological father) should have walked me down the aisle, my mom and grandparents should have been there. My sister should have been my maid of honor.Every year on our anniversary instead of being happy I get depressed.I think of how my family missed out on such a big step in my life. We've talked about renewing our vows and having a huge wedding with both our families.None of his family attended our wedding four years ago.Would a vowel renewal for our Fifth wedding anniversary (next year) be inappropriate?
Question: Do Royal families only marry those who are rich or come from wealthy families? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 06:28 PM PDT This is random but I'm curious. Like can someone from a royal family marry someone "normal" or is it frowned upon?
Question: Is this an okay dress for bridesmaids? Or does it look to much like a prom dress? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 05:58 PM PDT https://www.terrycosta.com/sherri-hill-dress-11172 I can't decide. I've seen this dress in person and the color is perfect- and its almost $400 under the lowest budget. If you think this is too prom like- then please include links to other dresses that are great for elegant and classy evening dresses yes, i plan to help them pay for it

Question: Brides maid dresses? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 03:28 PM PDT Does anyone else think it is unfair that brides maids have to pay for a dress that the bride chooses? I mean if the bride chooses shouldn't she pay? And if the bridesmaid pays shouldn't she choose? And if its cuz they all have to wear the same dress why is this the case?

Question: My stepsister wants to be one of my bridesmaids, is it rude that I didn't ask her? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 11:32 AM PDT I have two sisters, both younger than me. And a stepsister and stepbrother who are also younger than me. I'm getting married and my two sisters are going to be my bridesmaids. I had that decided before I was even engaged. However, my stepsister is not happy about this and has called me several times in the last three weeks (I don't answer her anymore) telling me she should be asked. There has been a lot of tension in the blended family for years. My youngest sister (17) lives at home where she also lives. My stepsister has never liked us, she thinks she and her brother and her mother are better than everyone else. And still treats my sister horrible at their house. Her brother isn't coming to the wedding (he told my dad to tell me twice at least, in the past few weeks, because he isn't RSVPing as he doesn't feel I'm worth it). So this came as a bit of a surprise, but not really. I should have known she would want to be involved just because she thinks she's entitled to be invited and involved in everything. I don't want to do it. Honestly, it would spoil the day for me to have her as a bridesmaid, but is it considered rude since my two sisters are going to be my bridesmaids?
Question: Pick one: dinner with mother's classmates or best friend's wedding? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 10:43 AM PDT If both of these were happening at the same time on the same date, which would you attend? A gathering at a restaurant with your mother and her classmates OR your best friend's wedding I was actually faced with this situation years ago and explained to my mother that I would be attending the wedding. She understood and didn't have an issue with it.
Posted: 08 Aug 2015 07:40 AM PDT I am getting married in Las Vegas. We can have 4 attendants each. One of my potential bridesmaids is unable to travel but I m not filling her spot. How can I cleaverly ask her to still be a bridesmaid even though she cannot attend? Her and another good friend are throwing me a shower and I still consider her a bridesmaid.

Question: I'm not sure who will be my bridesmaids? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 06:45 AM PDT I just got engaged in July and I've been thinking about who will be my bridesmaids. I've never really had any long term friends, and I went to a community college so I never really got the opportunity to make any real friends. I have a coworker though who reminds me of an old friend I used to have and she's super sweet and supportive (she loves helping me look for wedding stuff on our lunch breaks), but we've only hung out recently, twice outside of work. She's the only person I'd really see being my maid of honor. Would it be weird to ask her? I've known her for almost a year. Also, since my fiancé is having his 2 brothers be groomsmen, I need another bridesmaid and I was thinking of asking my cousin who's really close in age. We basically saw each other all the time when we were little, but only really see each other every few months now and don't really talk outside of family functions. But she's super friendly and sweet and she's definitely the crafty/DIY Pinterest type and I'm sure she'd love to be a bridesmaid. Would this also be weird? I'm getting married September 2016, and I'm freaking out about when to ask anyone because I don't want anything to be super awkward.
Question: Should I go to my SILs wedding? Posted: 08 Aug 2015 05:27 AM PDT My SIL is getting married in a couple of months. My husband and I were invited as well as my stepkids and their mom (who will have them the weekend of the wedding). My kids, however, were not invited. We know that other kids have been invited, including non-related kids. This has left me rather angry because my kids appear to be the only ones who are not invited/not welcome. My kids also happen to be pretty much in the middle/upper end of the ages. It's not like they're babies or toddlers. My husband asked his sister about it, who told him she simply didn't want my kids there. So it wasn't a mistake (like he had been hoping) or an oversight. Some friends of ours have said we both have to go. I know in most circumstances, yes, that would be the case. But I don't want to go while my kids are not welcome.

Posted: 08 Aug 2015 03:45 AM PDT Hopefully a place that is either outside, or has beautiful grounds to take pictures on. The wedding will be in the fall next year. I love the barn/ranch ideas
