Question: Does this sound like a generational gap? Posted: 04 Nov 2017 07:33 PM PDT I'm 24 years old, soon to be married, come September 22nd, 2018. I will be 25 come that date. My Dad wasn't married at that age, but was 25 when I was born. He didn't get married until 35 years old, and had a 2 year long Marriage. My Brother (technically my buddy that I work with but we're so close that I call him my Brother) was 25 when he got married. Point: I believe my Brother is more relatable in the marriage aspect because what I am going through currently is what he went through at 25. My Dad didn't. He also views some aspects of marriage differently than we do, so I believe that this a generational gap. Does anyone relate to what I'm going through? By the way, my Brother is my Best Man at the wedding. |
Posted: 04 Nov 2017 04:36 PM PDT I had friends tell me this. After they say I do the best man and maid of honor bring up a mattress and a blanket. They strip down and consummate right by the altar. Everyone cheers them on and when they finish the stand up and how and the groom carries the bride and they greet everyone naked. |
Posted: 04 Nov 2017 01:52 AM PDT My mom is the most important person to me and her blessing means the world to me, and the day it happens i want her there. I have communicated this but I think he will do it on a vacation we are taking in 2 weeks. Im stressing over this. what should i do? oh and BF has no idea i know he bought a ring and is planning to propose. i kind of just found out on accident |
