Question: Can My girlfriend sue me for child support when the child isn't mine? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 09:38 PM PST when I was 18 years old I had myself sterilized because I never want to have children. I am 24 years old now and a few days ago my girlfriend told me she is pregnant, I then proceeded to tell Her that I had a vasectomy at age 18 and that her child is not mine. she screamed at me and called me a liar. I kicked her out of my apartment and she has been living in a women shelter for now. she called me saying she is going to sue for child supporrt payments. My question is can she win this court battle? |

Posted: 26 Nov 2017 07:32 PM PST Both used me to get the other parent back during their divorce. I forgive in the religious sense, I don't wish any evil on them. However, the hurt and pain are still there and neither parent has ever acknowledged their role in the family related anxiety I have other then my Dad vaguely saying it saddens him that him protecting me by ending the marriage at the opposite effect. My parents both claim they divorced to protect my siblings and I from their fighting and that just ads to the guilt I feel. Sad part is he has apologized to his son from his 2nd marriage for sending him away to school when ti caused greater pain (both his kids from 2nd marriage are adopted and sending the one with behavior problems away added to the sense the boy had of rejection). So if he apologizes for that I wish he would for hurting me. My Mom was worse then my Dad and would say things like "your Dad doesn't want a relationship with you cause he is busy with his new wife and kids". This hurt so-so much and I am 35 and still suffer greatly from it. I traveled alone for Thanksgiving instead of dealing with the competition over which parent I would choose to have Thanksgiving with. I dread Christmas. |

Question: Should I be upset with my husband? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 06:25 PM PST My husband was sexting his supposedly best friend only two months after we got married I was highly upset about it and I told him I wanted a relationship to end right now because I do not feel that it's appropriate and I don't see how you can be just friends with someone that you were s******while married to me the other day he cleaned up his Facebook page and he deleted his friends that he didn't talk to or plan to talk to you anymore but he left her on |

Posted: 26 Nov 2017 05:58 PM PST Yeah I know it sounds really bad. I know most white women date/marry white men but I think that's because of the demographics(there are obviously more white men in white countries). But one thing that I noticed is that when white girls/women have to choose between white men and black men even if we talk about hooking up or just talking, they generally prefer to company of a black man. Also, this is not necessarily about USA. I'm talking about all countries in general. White women generally like or search the attention of black men and most of these end up in marriage/children. Now I do not have anything against people marrying/dating/having children with whom they want but I want to know why are white women generally more attracted or want to be in the company of a black man rather than a white man? What are the reasons? Are white men generally not as alpha as black men? are white men not as nice as black men? do black men treat women better? What do you think? |

Question: Question about emotional abuse.? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 03:11 PM PST A woman is in the beginning parts of labour and contractions are mild. Her husband leaves her alone because he has work to do despite her asking him to stay with her because she's scared. The husband leaves for two hours and the wife is in an excruciating amount of pain, and her husband leaves her to go take care of their six children. Fact: The children have all been sleeping this whole time except for when they woke up because the wife was screaming due to the intensity of her pain, and they have a babysitter on speed dial in case she goes into labour. When the husband sees his wife in pain, and after she yells at him for leaving her alone, he calls a taxi to come get her. She has just started a contraction and is on the floor in excruciating pain, and her husband ignores her, and goes to the children. The wife leaves the home to go deliver the babies and calls the husband, demanding a divorce while the husband is still at home with the children. Three questions. Is the wife's actions justified? Why or why not? Is the husband's actions justified? Why or why not? Is the husband emotionally abusing his wife? Why or why not? The two hours the husband left, he left the house, leaving the mother in labour with the kids. |
Posted: 26 Nov 2017 03:03 PM PST I don't mean to have him killed, just have him gone and not my responsibility of having to change him and wash him and pay money to keep a dead body living. |
Posted: 26 Nov 2017 02:47 PM PST more info. My problem is she likes to please his body while in the shower she thinks it will help him wake up. I don't think he will ever wake up. She also gives him a happy ending while sitting in the shower (it is huge shower meant for 2 people to have room). I don't like it how do I tell her not to do it anymore? Also she is naked with him and he is dragged into a standing position and washed while being against her breasts. Its not like my son will care he is breathing but not really alive. Sleep-related erections in vegetative state patients. Oksenberg A1, Arons E, Sazbon L, Mizrahi A, Radwan H. i don't know how his body does it but his body appears to climax when my wife rubs him. |
Question: 10 years 2 kids Trump supporters but he will not marry me or propose. What else can I Do? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 01:51 PM PST I need a little help navigating my thoughts. I just made 10 years w/ my boyfriend over the summer. We have 2 young children together and have lived together for 9 years now. We were kids when we got together. I was 20 he was 21. We never broke up but had the usual arguments. Well it has been 10 years and still no proposal. We have talked about this for years but after this last year when just about everyone we know got married, I am getting really hard on myself thinking its me. Have I put too much pressure on him? The only thing I come up with is that he wants to get me a huge ring but can't afford it. He has told me several things over the years: "I want to give you the wedding you deserve but cant right now", "Everyone else is married but look at what they said yes to" I am very confused. I don't know if he is around because I'm a great mom and things are comfortable. Sometimes I think the love isn't the same anymore, like he's not in love w/ me. I don't want a pity proposal. What should I do?? |
Question: Should I leave my relationship? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 01:44 PM PST I've been engaged to a great man for two years and I take care of his son full time and we have a small child of our own. He's always been terrible with finances and works the night shift. I constantly feel like I'm raising his son alone and our baby boy as well. When I went back to work he didn't help pay for day care expenses and his ex doesn't pay child support— leaving me with a heavy amount of credit card debt. He told me to quit my job and stay at home with the kids and he would take care of everything. A week after I quit, I found out he was desperate for money again as he had gone in the whole with his bank account. I feel terribly lonely and I have been wanting to leave even before my son was born. I don't know what to do as I feel like I will also be leaving his child too. I'm sure I sound like a terrible person but I can't imagine living the rest of my life like this. |
Question: My husband's mistress assaulted me after I went to her house? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 01:34 PM PST My husband has a mistress he has been with for a year or so. I found her number on his phone. So I found her name, searched her address up and went to her house. She told my husband that I was knocking on her door. My husband told me to leave her alone and stop harassing her. She said that she didn't want to fight. I rang her apartment doorbell, I told her to come outside. She did not want to so I went into her apartment and showed her text message screenshots and pictures of them together. She said they've been together a year. So in her apartment, I pushed her and she grabbed me. She punched me numerous times, scratched my face (I have a few cuts), pulled my hair and kept attacking me. I admit I was wrong for hitting her first but she kept beating on me after I begged her to stop. I even have a black eye that is very swollen, scratched on my face and a patch of my hair is gone. Like she really beat me up. Can I press charges on her for hitting me? My husband found out about the fight from my bruises and is not speaking to me. He is consoling her and he is asking for a divorce. He doesn't even want to be with me anymore We don't have children. I loved him and cheated on him with my ex boyfriend twice a few months ago, but we worked it out. I have cheated many time before marriage but twice in marriage. I was never in love with him but he earns a lot of money and I can't leave. |
Question: Growing attraction to married man? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 01:06 PM PST It doesn't help that he also seems attracted to me too ( complimenting my looks, the way I smell, hugging me for longer than normal, looking at my mouth when I talk) I'm currently single and tempted by him and my attraction to him. Should I just give in ? |
Question: Should you trust a spouse who leaves you out of a lot of things? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 12:41 PM PST - they don't include you on their social media and only have photos of themselves, their friends and their kids even though you've been together for over two years. When you mention this the get very angry. They don't mention they are starting a new class, hobby, meeting up eh friends, etc nor do they invite you to join but expect you to include them in your activities, life, |
Posted: 26 Nov 2017 12:01 PM PST We dated for 5 months and we are in our late 30s. I want to be in a relationship where marriage and kids are on the table. I'm so heart-broken. He was like "if you want to end it I understand, I can't give you what you want". Maybe that's rational but it was also very cold. I wonder if I put pressure on him unnecessarily but I also don't want to string along in a dead-end relationship. He had an unhappy marriage and has two kids. |
Question: My main ***** discovered that I have a side *****. help.? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 11:40 AM PST My main-*****, who is my beloved wife of 7 years, found me screwing my side-***** ( her twin sister who I have had an affair with for 9 years) in our home when she came home. She is now filing for divorce. What can I do to keep her? |
Posted: 26 Nov 2017 10:56 AM PST By the husband I mean my mom was trying to hit on with her sister's husband. I don't think my mom would do this at the same time my aunt hates liars and so I don't think the Atwood life. Good and just be crazy and that's why she's thinking that? |
Question: What can I do about ex wife not following child custody court ordered agreement? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 10:55 AM PST My ex wife forced her way into my house and grabbed our kids hands and drove off with them. I called the police and they said they could not remove the kids from their mothers house. I drove to their mother s house to try to get them back and she told my kids to ignore me. They stared straight at the tv, wouldn t even look at me or respond. My ex wife is isolating my kids against me and my family. What can I do? |
Question: My girlfriend wants to keep her name after getting married.? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 09:38 AM PST She said that she didn't want to leave her family and especially her mom by changing her last name to mine if we got married. I want my future wife to have my last name and to want my last name. I can tell now that it will be a problem from now on knowing that she genuinely doesn't want to change her last name even if she does it for me. This is a major issue to me and I want her to be the one but that would cause fights and arguments over her not changing it. I'm not going to force her either, so I told her that she could leave me and find someone who doesn't mind you keeping your last name or that I wouldn't marry her. And she kept telling me to please stay with her but I don't know if I really can after knowing that will be the future. What are your thoughts and opinions? What would you do? |
Question: Was I being to hard on my husband? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 09:00 AM PST I told him when I first contemplated transferring to a new school and I explained why I was transferring and everything. yesterday I was telling him about how I'm was doing the paperwork to transfer and he asked me what made you wanna transfer in the first place. I told him that we discussed this already and he said well I forgot. I feel like he just doesn't listen. So I refused to tell him again was I just being petty and to hard on him. |
Posted: 26 Nov 2017 08:43 AM PST Last year at Christmastime, my husband's ex had our child in tears because she abruptly changed the visitation schedule so our son would no longer be with his step siblings the years we have them. This transaction took place over email. Our son (age 10) wanted to keep the schedule the same so he could be with both families, but she ignored him. At age 10, now 11, should the child be able to ask for scheduling requests directly to his mother since she does not cooperate with the father? It upsets me that she doesn't allow him a say and treats him like property, not taking his feelings into consideration. At what age should a child be able to ask a parent to modify the visitation schedule? |

Question: My husband is so over-dramatic about alcohol and driving? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 07:37 AM PST Seriously though, it's really starting to get on my nerves. We can't have one night out without him counting my every drink or abstaining from alcohol himself entirely just to feed into his obsessive paranoia about drinking and driving. Just last night he refused to drive us home after drinking only TWO BEERS!! Just TWO!!!! Ordinarily I'm able to pressure him into letting me drive regardless of how many drinks I've had but for whatever reason he insisted on calling us a Lyft. When we went to pick up our Jeep this morning it already had two parking tickets on the windshield. Between the tickets and the the two-way Lyft costs the whole affair probably costs us $110. If I had my way we could have gotten home safely without all the wasted money and drama. I've demonstrated repeatedly that I actually sort of have a knack for driving after I've knocked a few back. I'm probably a better driver when I'm a bit loosened up than when I'm stone-cold sober. I love my husband dearly, but I'm at the age where I probably have only a few years of hitting the bar/club scene before it starts to become unfashionable. I have plenty of other guy friends I could be socializing with but I respect my husband too much to fool around behind his back without getting a proper separation first. This is honestly becoming kind of a deal breaker for me. How can I force him to loosen up a bit and live his life to the fullest? Thanks and God bless. |
Question: Is it normal for women to be depressed on a 5 to 6 week miscarriage? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 07:14 AM PST My wife just had a 5 to 6 weeks old baby, wich sadly ended up in a miscarriage. She has been crying since she found out its been about 3 days after. I myelf cried with her when we found out, but not no more after that. The thing is I feel guilty not feeling the same pain. Has anybody else been through this, beeing sad all the time, or is it just my wife. I wish i could feel her pain maybe its just that women feel that sensitivity towards having a baby, more than the men. If something has felt this way on a 6 week miscarriage what advice would be good for me. Thanks. |

Question: I am scared of my exgf... how do I handle being around her? (poly kinky [BDSM] question)? Posted: 26 Nov 2017 02:21 AM PST My exgf was great when we started dating. I sort of hit it off well with my exbf, her fiance.she got insecure about me sleeping with him,so he& i decided to not to for a while..he's asexual. Then she was upset that he & i weren't connecting,&told me she was falling out of love with me.She then disrespected me twice.1st time I confronted her & she asked if this would bother her sleep(we worked opposite shifts for separate companies) for work. i continued with talking about her behavior the other day, stating it was inappropriate, and that others had seen & she told me it was none of their business. I don't think she ever knew how exhausted I was between work, which had me at a bunch of odd hours. She demonized me when HSV came into our polypod. She blamed me for that one, when she & I were alone, i never told my exbf, her fiancee, about this behavior, i brushed it off.the 2nd instance was poor negotiations on what to wear at a party; her tone& what she said was upsetting.& i was to hopefully do a scene(he never said yes/no,& i never asked(bad on my end) assumed yes, so I got myself prepared for it) Apparently no answer means no,which I didn't get to know until after the party. As they were leaving, she saw that i was upset,&in front of everyone, asked if everything was ok, b/c it looked like I was about to cry...in which i started to...& i told her that it's okay, your guys' needs come before my wants.in which i finally felt, in a way, that i was serving our relationship |
Question: How old is too old for a father to shower with his daughter? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 11:17 PM PST So my husband's brother has been raising his daughter on his own since his wife's passing of a heroin overdose last September. My husband and I help out with babysitting and financial concerns whenever we can, but so far he's proven himself to be a remarkably self-sufficient and capable single parent. My husband and I hosted a post-Thanksgiving pool party for our 8-year old son's friends and some other kids from the neighborhood. My BIL had to work a late shift that night so we naturally offered to babysit his daughter until he got off with at 6:00am the following morning. So my husband was rinsing off in the guest room shower shortly after getting out of the pool when he turned around only to discover his niece climbing into shower with him. She was still wearing her swimsuit, thankfully. When pressed she openly admitted that her and her father still shower together on a regular basis. This girl will be turning 14 the day after Christmas!! When pressed further on the subject she suddenly became very withdrawn and evasive with her answers. When we confronted my BIL about it personally he flew into a blind rage and I told is, essentially, to mind our own business. He even punched a hole in the drywall of our attached garage? What's the next step here? Should we push this issue further or just drop it entirely? I'm genuinely not sure how to proceed. |
Question: What do you think he is thinking by contacting me? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 10:32 PM PST I married a good man when my son was 4. For the next 12 years he was a wonderful husband/provider and father to my son. I was the wife who cooked and kept a . spotless house and gave him all the sex a normal man could wish for (He on the other had some nutty A-sexual behaviors where I often found myself begging for sex/affection) He paid the bill for me to go to nursing school. I thought I would work and take care of him some so he didn't have to work so much. When my son turned into a teen, and I finished nursing school, he (my husband) began to wander and eventually left without so much as a goodbye. I lost everything, but I pulled myself together and today I am happily married to someone else and my son is a wonderful, well adjusted 27 year old man, and I make a wonderful living as a critical care nurse. He on the other hand married someone older, but seems happy. Occasionally he will contact me to with me happy birthday, merry christmas, or most recently happy thanksgiving. I wasn't his first wife/actullay I was his 3rd and I know he does not contact the other 2 to wish them happy anything. So what do you think he is thinking when he contacts me a couple times a year. I kinda hope he thinks of me as the one he tossed aside but shouldn't have. I am much younger, prettier, classier, and have a better income than the new wife. What do you think he thinks? |
Question: Asking parents blessing before engagement? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 10:12 PM PST So my girlfriend and I have been dating for 2 years. We know we want to marry each other and I just got an engagement ring which I wanted to have before I asked them for their blessing. Her parents are divorced and have both had multiple failed marriages. I don't think her dad will have a problem with it but her mom is adamant that she will not give her blessing because we are "too young" to make that decision. She has already talked to us about this once she felt we were a serious relationship. My girlfriend and I are 20 and 23 respectively and her mom thinks that we aren't mature enough to make that commitment until she is 30. I don't want to cause a division between her and her mom but I also don't want to make my girlfriend wait 10 years before we can marry and it's not like when she turns 30 we will magically be immune from marital issues or the potential for divorce. My girlfriend and I both feel that this decision by her mother is based off of her failed marriages(She has been divorced 2 times) and she is genuinely concerned for her daughter, but is projecting her failed relationships onto our relationship. If this is the only concern her mother has and her father gives his blessing then should we go ahead and get engaged and married or should we wait for her mother to hopefully come around? |
