I'm a quiet good girl with social anxiety and low self esteem, and other girl has face deformity and can't speak well). And I can't switch teams or tell teachers because they don't care. (People have already tried telling on them, teachers just threaten to make the whole class run.) So any advice on how to deal with them being mean or how to just ignore their rudeness and play the game, or how to not let them get to me and ruin my whole day?? |

I asked if he needs spelling it. He said "no" and smiled at me. (All the doctor knew my name since I told them and have my on their system) He seem surprised and friendly smiley when I told him how to pronounce my name. Anyway he seem distracted when I was at the ambulance. I'm 20 years old female and he is 20 something year old something. But omg he is sooo attractive! đ I should have asked why he wrote down my name lol. If he wanted my number I would have gave it to him. I feel regret lol. And yes I'm ok now. I'm always having to get rides places, but most people don't mind. I have this married friend who I secretly think the world of. I don't think he suspects because before we were friends, I really thought he was the biggest jerk ever lol (he's 37, btw). There has always been some sexual tension that obviously neither of us has ever acknowledged. He used to give me rides to/from church until I started getting my mom to go. When we'd ride together, his oldest child was with us so it was fine. Only one time did we ever ride alone together and that was during the day and we talked about work and stuff the entire time, no awkwardness. We're extremely comfortable with each other. I get off work close to 7pm M-F and my mom doesn't like driving at night so she's been asking me if I can find a ride home some night. The people I work with aren't allowed to give another coworker a ride home so it would have to be somebody who lives/works in the area. I was thinking of asking him for a ride some evening since he gets off work half an hour before I do. It's a long shot, but he might say yes. Would it be bad to ask him for a ride? I'd never do anything to jeopardize his marriage or family, it would just be nice to catch up and spend a little time together since we haven't in a while. |

We sit next to each other in band and she used to sit next to her best friend but now she doesn't. She decorated her best friends locker and on the front was this big, long letter. I was walking by it and I caught a glimpse of this letter and it was like "And now I have to sit next to (insert my name here)". Posted: 20 Nov 2017 12:55 PM PST I saw a girl that I was interested in and I wanted to be friends with her but Im a shy girl so I sent one of my friends to go talk to her for me and she yelled in our face SHE WAS LOUD AND PEOPLE WERE STOPPING AND STARING I was going to fight her but she walked away so I got mad and went down stairs and I scratched her picture ( my school has pictures of students posted around the building) then she saw that her face was scratched off and snitched on me (this all happened during lunch). After lunch I got called down to the principals office from my math class and I went downstairs and they told me that I have five days of ISS (I also have to attend school during the thanksgiving break and do work) and I tried to explain to them why I scratched her face off I told them that i tried to be nice to this girl but she decided to be all rude about it they did tell her that she should be more nice but she didn t get a consequence for what she did even though she deserved it ( they were talking about how her feelings were hurt and they even said that she could be going through a difficult time!!! But there s no excuse for that I don t care about your feelings or if you're dying you still need to respect me no matter what) I tried to convince them to lift the punishment but they didn't they made me apologize to her even though she was the one that needed to apologize to me she deserved to have her ugly disgusting face scratched off she looks better that ways. I want to fight her now. |

I usually have suicidal thoughts, I tried to commit suicide once 2 month ago but in vain. (drug overdose). I suffer from severe social phobia. My life has been the worst since 2013; I stopped going to club, stopped playing sports, gave up playing the guitar (my favourite hobby) , stopped going to church. My grades are dramatically decreasing although I was a very clever high school student, I currently study medicine but I want to convert to business administration due to my decreasing grades but my parents don't agree at all. Moreover, I have a so boring university life. Most people think that I have avoidant personality, which always makes me frustrated. MY MAIN PROBLEM IS LONELINESS ; I've never had a FRIEND since my birth. (close friend, girlfriend or even colleagues). Nowadays, I often stay at home crying on my bed all the day!! I feel lonely AF, I'm destroyed! Just imagine; Someone who has NOBODY to lean on, talk to, meet or go out, or even chat with! My life is so mesirable. I want this life to reach an end. I take responsibility and not ending the friendship officially given that I thought this person would change, I was wrong, the sad part is a lot of people admire this person and she is nice to them, so they don't believe me when I tell them this. This person is a law-abiding citizen gets good grades and was raised In a somewhat wealthy family. People will think that because of this that person would never do such a thing, but understand that even managers or police officers who have greater responsibility even do wrong at times more than what we think. But has anyone dealt with somebody who is emotionally abusive to them but very friendly to nearly everybody else? Has anyone been emotionally abused by a friend who is nice to nearly everyone nearly all the time but mean to you? |

She also called me rude for feeling uncomfortable when her fourteen year old autistic son touched me inappropriately I tired to have patience with him but I find the way he behaves to me inappropriate but I kept my calm however this woman hates me for no reason I don't really feel I should be sorry is that wrong? I value my friendship but I never spoke a bad thing about her to be treated like trash |

She loves going out with her friends, talking to people, and hates being alone. Personally, I love staying home, being isolated from people, and I only really have a couple of really close friends, but I love this! I don't mind being alone, I actually perfer it. My mom already knows this but she still always tells me to go out with friends and do something more productive with my time. I can tell shes disapointed when she sees me at home. Is she concerned for me or just annoyed? She also gets mad when she sees me sitting in my room reading a book because according to her I should be out having fun, as if im missing out on something. *prefer *disappointed |

Which made him jealous of me Ever since that day, he has been blowing my phone up with death threats and saying he's going to kill me if I keep "******* him over" and actually waved around his knife and threatened to gut me if I didn't "make the school do the trip again and let him go on it" This is ridiculous and idk what to do, i thought he was my friend but now I'm not so sure. I had the courage at the end of 5th grade (I am currently in 8th Grade) to sit at their table and talk to them. They seemed nice but I felt slightly uncomfortable. The summer of 2015, I noticed them leaving me our but I understood because we just became friends. Now, 6th grade we ALWAYS hung out. I would invite them, they would invite me. That year I was the happiest. I thought I would keep hanging out with them, until the summer of 2016. It was rare for them to invite me. I felt alone. The only time I would hang out with them was at one of their birthday parties. I would always see them post on their snapchat stories of them. When school started, on weekends I wouldn't go anywhere. Even if I offered to make plans they would say "No sry". So I thought it would be time for a change. I found these other friends which I was with for a month or two. Then, one of the girls from the earlier group said "Can you sit with us at lunch again"? So I did. All year. Did I still get invited? Nope. That summer however (2017), they would invite me to our local town pool which we went to our town pool and that's it. They again would post on their snapchat stories of them hanging out without me. I am now in 8th grade and I only get invited somewhere about once every 3 weeks. Actually, right now they're all on a mini vacation without me. Thank you for reading. Posted: 19 Nov 2017 06:10 PM PST Hello everyone, next weekend is my birthday and some friends are taking me out to bars/clubs and such, I don't really go out much so i've developed a cursed social skill that makes me quiet not knowing what the heck to talk about. What are somethings I can say and talk about to other people? I want to socialize a lot without the need of alcohol, get some more friends while im at it. I'm not antisocial, I just have no idea how to start and keep a conversation going! I've never been good at small talk either, always having a long awkward silence. Any advice would help a lot!
