Posted: 16 Nov 2017 03:54 PM PST I was sick of being bullied all throughout middle school so when I joined high school I decided to do something about it There was a new boy in town that had autism, he attended special school because his parents knew if he went to public school he'd get bullied incessantly. I came up with a plan, I craftily formed a fake friendship with him & convinced his mom to cancel his schooling, claiming to always be at his side & the kids at our school were nice. As he entered school he inadvertently shifted the target off of my back & plastered it onto himself. His parents cannot afford to get him back to the special school he was in, Thus he is forced to live a miserable high school life, & I am now spared from the abuse I bragged to my mom about how easily manipulative I was and she called me a "dirty coward" & told me to defend him the next day or I would get grounded & she would get him back to his special school. I didn't do it, but I escaped punishment through pure luck due to the boy telling my mom that I defended him, in hopes that I would be his friend again. However, I did not become friends with him & said it was nothing personal, but if we did I'd get bullied too. Everything ended so peacefully for me. It's been four years since high school, I'm in college, doing well. I googled the autistic boy & discovered he became a loser in life. He is now a criminal & he blames it all on the bullies. I am starting to feel a BIT bad about what I did, not enough to regret it tho |

Someone in my class told my teacher and she told the office. I was up in the office for two periods today explaining it. So basically my best friend is being suicidal because her idol recently killed herself. She was cutting so i told her, if you cut i will too. i though that would make her stop, she didn't believe me. So i did it, but it just caused her to cut herself more. The office made me talk to a counselor. We talked and i have to go there once every week. But also they called my parents. My parents are honestly just mad. Them being mad and yelling at me is not making it any better. They will only let me use my phone two hours a day. Taking away my phone is just going to make it worse, because honestly my phone and talking to my friends and seeing pictures of my idols makes me happiest and now they are taking that away from me. im also 13 so they arent believing anything im saying. Someone please please help me. |

I haven't had any friends since middle school and was always a social outcast. I'm coming from a community college where I also couldn't make friends although I did try. Now I'm here and I'm in 2 clubs and in some classes with a lot of freshmen and of course they all tend to group together. It's hard in class because I tried to talk to people in the first few weeks and be open and friendly which was so hard and draining for me (I have social anxiety) and needless to say nothing ever went anywhere...especially in my smaller classes I feel like more of an annoyance being there. In my clubs I try to talk to people and go to social events when I can (again, really hard for me) and just fail at interacting with people. I also get treated like something is wrong with me when I say I'm a transfer; its like all current upperclassmen lose all desire to speak to me (but hey they already have established friends why would they?) and underclassmen only seem to want to be with other underclassmen. I just do not know what is wrong with me but I'm tired of being totally alone... |

They're all students my age, most I know from school (but not well). There's this one girl who always used to tease and make fun of me when we were in the same class about two years ago, and now I have to see her at work. I find it so awkward, and I'm never sure where to look. Everyone there also acts kind of ... pretentious? They seem to act very bossy and just generally pissy towards me, I guess because I'm new. I feel like they treat me like an eight year old, and as much as iat annoys me, it's also really embarrassing. Because it was my first day on the job, I was given a pretty simple task, but because I'd never done it before, I messed up a few times. The other girls kept walking past and just throwing little "you did it wrong"s at me and giving really exasperated sighs and rolling their eyes, and it made me feel honestly like trash. |

I'll admit i hang out the least of all of them because i work. But when they have events i come to them. Yesterday was one of my friends birthday and i came to see her brought her a gift and made it clear that i was off work. She brings up dinner and stuff because her roommates were out grabbing things for dinner. Btw, we are all on FT so they know I'm there at their house. Apparently last night there was a birthday get together and nobody bothered to invite me. I comment on one of the snaps of the party and said "y'all didnt have to invite me, 😂" this is joking how i usually do. The girl opens it and doesn't reply . She always replies to me . Then she texts me and says "wyd" told her i was on base, which is where we all live. She asks if i work and i said not until 5:30 , this was at 9:30 this morning. She doesn't reply. I babysit for them sometime when they go out with out me and lately that's all she'll text me for is to babysit. Another one of our friends only invites me to stuff when our other friends can't make it. Like a last resort type thing because seemingly when we hang out periodically none of our other friends are around, for example she had a cookout the other day and none of our friends were there. What could the issue be . |

Posted: 16 Nov 2017 09:40 AM PST her boyfriend spends almost every night at our apartment when he has an apartment directly across the hall from us. i didn't know when i signed up to live there that he was going to be staying over every night. i wouldn't mind a couple of nights a week, but almost every night and them never going to his place seems excessive. my boyfriend comes over to spend the night usually about once or twice a week. it's uncomfortable because our rooms are right next to each other and my roommate often tells us to be quiet, and we can sometimes hear them having sex. it's just not an ideal arrangement. me and my boyfriend would like to have the apartment to ourselves for an evening. i think that if two roommates are friends, they should be able to work that out and not have it be a big deal. i would gladly let my roommate have the apartment to herself for an evening every once in a while if she wanted it however, when i suggested this to my roommate, she was very opposed and got angry for me even asking. her boyfriend lives across the hall and doesn't have a roommate!!! i don't understand why they can't hang out there! am i being unreasonable, or is she? quite frankly, not having the apartment to myself for an evening is annoying, but i understand she pays rent there and has the right to be there whenever she wants. but she is being difficult about it in my opinion. however, her boyfriend does not pay rent and he either needs to start, or spend less time at our apartment |

I suck at gym class and couldn't even do 1 pull up on the physical fitness test. I wear glasses and have braces and won't get the braces off until December of 2019. I am a blue eyes brunette with a wide forehead and small nose. I am 5 foot 1 and weigh 165 pounds with a 38ddd size chest. I get called names like unaboob and I have no friends. I get bullied and some of the kids who bully me are football players and basketball players. One of the football players stole my phone and $9 from my wallet and lied to the principal about it and she believed him. I told the school about me getting bullied and they didn't seem to care. I just hate my life and my grades are falling apart because I have 7 classes and the bullies are in 6 out of 7 of them. One girl tried to push me down the stairs. How can I get skinny fast? If I get skinny and cut my boobs off then nobody will bully me again. I wish I had anorexia. |

I m 21 years old and you only problem is my mom is very overprotective and will not let me drive the car that is mine all the way down to the location of the convention. The convention is in a different town than I previously told my mom and I m lying to her because we already had this all planned out and I m afraid she might ruin it andand everything will be ruined considering I am my only friends ride there. Problem is I ve streamed Web of Lies and I have told her false locations as to where my friends live and where the con actually is. However she is starting to figure it out she randomly had my oil checked, and she keeps asking if the locations are true or if I am just lying to her like she know something is a. One of them who does this did invite me to a impromptu cookout the other day but this cookout didn't consist of the usual people we hang out with together. Then i popped up to another friends house yesterday because i had extra time on my hands. Half of the people that i came to see were out and about and the person i did see , it was her birthday so it wasn't bad. I brought her a gift and everything. She mentioned how the other people that live there were out getting stuff for the party Saturday and out getting things for dinner that night at 6. I didnt think too much of dinner cause it's dinner right. Mind you she's on FT, at some point so the people arranging this dinner knew i was there. Nobody invited me. I look on Snapchat later that evening and it turns out the dinner was a little birthday get together. Everyone's having fun on snap and singing happy birthday or whatever . I was just there earlier, y'all knew i was off work (she asked me earlier that day) & still nobody asked me if i wanted to come . They managed to send me a flyer on Snapchat of the party this weekend but they do that to everyone. What could be the problem |

So he will often go off to be with his friends without letting anyone know. We tell him repeatly that he can not leave without letting anyone know. But he ALWAYS has an excuse. " I had to help my friends dad fix their fence" " I wanted to make some money so I was mowing a neighbors yard " " I was bored so I went to the park and my friend who moved schools was there." And then there's times where he does get permission to go somewhere but then doesn't come back until like 10:00 at night. And then when we get mad at him about it he says (note: he's a people person so he knows just about and talks to everyone in the neighbor hood)" Its not my fault! I was walking home and I saw my friend looking for his dog! When we caught him his mom asked if I wanted to go to McDonald's and eat with them! I just got back!" Not to mention that he will hardly do any chores in the house but the second a neighbor asks if he can help him with something he takes off doing hard work for them mainly because they usually reward him by taking him out to eat (we can't afford to do that with a family of 6). He seems to think that he can go anywhere he wants whenever as long as there's a reason even if that means we don't know where he is for 8 hours. |

They view people they aren't like them as losers with no life and they don't want to associate with them. They will not befriend them. Sometimes they will hang with them but accuse them of being 'different' and treat them like a subhuman. Them and whoever they're with all dresses the same talks the same acts the same and physically looks alike. They will see people who aren't like them and bully them. |

I go to church where he's a deacon, and he constantly stares at me from the alter to where my friends and family notice and tell me. I don't look at him The only times i have i've given him a dirty look. It's been more than a month since that convo. He said something first about my mom fyi. Does he still have feelings or being dramatic? FYI in the past he's also said a lot of things and gone back on his word so idk if he's trying to be dramatic cause he keeps staring. | Question: I damaged my friend's phone, help? Posted: 15 Nov 2017 10:48 PM PST A month ago, my friend and I, let's call her "Janice", were hanging out during lunch. We weren't the best of friends and I was finishing my notes outside the class. I was using her phone and suddenly it slipped from my hands and broke. The screen cracked and the next day her parent wanted me to pay 300 bucks. (via the counselor) She said the entire phone was broken and that I had to replace it. However, I remember clearly that I only scratched the material lightly. She kept on annoying me about it and her parent even once came up to me directly and said the discount for the phone is almost over and if I don't pay it in due time, I would have to pay 750 bucks. Last week, I learned that my counselor paid the entire amount. Janice and her mother thought that I was the one that paid it. I don't know what to do! Please help! |

When it was the suite mate in questions turn to clean it, she didn t. I asked if she did and she just said "No." This happened again this weekend. It was her second assigned time and the second time she did not do it. Frustrated, I complained to one of my other roommates. I think she must ve heard, because she finally cleaned the bathroom, and then proceeded to put the dirty rags on my shelf right against my shower caddy. How do I deal with this situation? Do I apologize and also confront her? Or do we just pretend this never happened since we both got a dig in? I just feel very badly. Thank you! |

| Question: I feel forced to talk to my online friend? Posted: 15 Nov 2017 09:26 PM PST So we've been best friends for over 2 years now, but it's starting to interfere with my real life and school work. It's like she expects me to chat with her on the computer for literally my entire day. If I tell her I have to go, I feel like she's interagating me because she just asks why and questions my excuse even when I'm telling the truth. Im not good at standing up for myself so it's just kind of getting in the way of my life. She gets upset when I try to leave and I just don't know what to do. I love her but I feel like my online life is just ruining my real life and not helping with the stress I'm already dealing with. I dont really want to be friends with her anymore and just want to try and fix my life. I don't know what to do in this situation, could someone please give me advice? |

I had a dumb haircut, long hair one of side and the other very short. I thought it was pretty sweet at first and some girls were liking that look (BEFORE, not now of course). I dressed very stupid and I feel like I need to apologize for dressing like some punk. Now I dress casual and more approachable. I'm being honest. I still have a my fun style, though. I'm a very nice and friendly guy. I always show respect and manners. I have a conservative mindset. I behave good, ya know. Though, I hope my past...doesn't screw up the present and the way people see me..dammit. |

But seriously, I leave my school for for 6 months and they all have just ****** changed. My friend from the same group who doesn't even hang out with them anymore cause they've changed that much agreed with me, we just hangout ourselves now without them. Like, they all were skinny normal weight people, now they are super ******* skinny and starting combing their hair to the side.. Like TF?? Even their attitudes have changed like they are some kind of Youtube star, these are the same people that never cared for clothes, were happy with the way the were, and were really cool and different. They even bully and make fun of those who aren't fortunate enough to dress like they do, when they were dressing just like them 6 months ago!! |

We always talk/text each other, hangout, and nearly every weekend, we go over to each others houses. Alexis also has another friend, whom I dislike named Sadie. Sadie is constantly rude and mean, not just to me, but to others too. She's always telling me that I'm dumb, bc she's in algebra and I'm in pre algebra. (Even though she has an F in algebra :/ ) and is always telling us that her mom hates her bc she wouldn't take her to the store! She's also trying to put me down at everything I do, and can't except my opinions if I have a different one than her. I just can't deal with her. And it's not like I can't just leave her, bc she's always following me and Alexis around. For lunch, we go into our old teachers classroom and help her out with stuff, and of course, she comes with us, so it's not like we can't ditch her or anything like that. I've gotten to the point that I've just find her to be annoying. I've tried to be her friend, but I found myself ending her disliking her even more. I have to PRETEND to be her friend, when I'm not really her friend at all. I pretend to care about her feelings, when in all honestly, I don't give a damn about her. | Question: Can't attend a quince because I'm sick? Posted: 15 Nov 2017 07:04 PM PST I've been very sick for over a month now. I've gone to the doctor, had a bunch of tests done and am now on some medication and a very strict diet. That being said, I'm not 100 percent well. This saturday is my best friends sisters quince. To my best friend and his parents, I'm like family. I told him on sunday I couldn't attend due to me being very sick and not wanting to ruin the event. He calls me today saying they need me to be there because I'm like family. That he'll lend me his clothes to wear etc. I feel so bad. It's literally tearing me apart because I don't want to say no a second time but I know that I have to. I feel like he's being a very bad friend in doing this to me. What should I do? His sister and I aren't even that close so I don't understand why I need to be there but either way, I just can't attend. Any tips on what I should do? |
