A couple of months ago, as I was waiting for a friend at his complex, I saw the hottest guy I had ever seen. Since that moment, he's all I think of. We've never spoken. (Usually, for me to like a guy, I need to know (a lot about) him, so this is unlike anything I've ever felt.) Said friend spoke to him briefly on one occasion, concluded he's a douchebag and refuses to introduce us. (He's gay, so it isn't jealousy.) I then asked an acquaintance. Turns out they're neighbours and talk from time to time. However, he, too, refused to introduce us, even though this would be ideal for him, too, since he desperately wants to improve his Spanish; my crush's English is apparently very good; and we wanted to hang out. He's now ignoring me. He did, however, give me my crush's Instagram (since he doesn't have Facebook). A few days ago, I sent him a request, but have yet to receive a response. (Then again, it took him a week to accept his neighbour's request.) I'll regret it if I don't, so I'm planning to write to him. I was told being honest would scare him off; I should just say "Hi" and see where it goes. I saw that a female friend follows him, too, and I'm thinking he's the guy whose Instagram I asked for for her in August (since he didn't have Facebook). She doesn't remember. Do I say I recognise him from somewhere? That I saw we have mutual friends? That he came up on my recommendations? Or be honest? Guys, what's creepy and what's cool? |

So when I was a freshman in high school I met this girl who was a senior and immediately felt things for her. It went on throughout high school and she went off to college so we would only really stay in touch when she was on break. Nothing has happened between us, she's never really shown me that she has feelings back for me and I've always been underage so I'm sure that may contribute to why nothing ever happened. I'm an adult now, but I haven't seen her since being one. I've recently been thinking more about what I've felt and I'm not sure if it's love or anything. Whenever I hear about guys she's with, I never get jealous about it. I always want her to be happy whoever or whatever that is, so if it's not me that's ok. When we don't talk, I can go for weeks without really thinking about her, and my feelings for her don't come to mind. But when we we reconnect I feel like I would drop everything for her and when I see her I definitely feel something. It's gotten increasingly more over the years but I'm not really sure if this is Love or some affection. Looking for someone to maybe help me realize what I'm thinking. He slammed the side of my body into a pencil holder twice and everyone in the hall laughed, sat on my face and farted, made me smell his armpits after P.E. class, hit me several times in class and in PE when the teachers werent paying attention, dunked my head in the boys toilet, spread rumors that I had "girl parts" and threatened to pants me in school to "expose me" in front of everyone causing me to skip like four days a week out of fear, and a bunch of other cruel things to me that I cannot list. Some of his cronies (I don't know if he did this but if he didn't he absolutely knew about it) started messaging me to kill myself since nobody likes me and how ugly and stupid I was. I actually ended up getting diagnosed before I was even a junior by my doctor. Anyway - we graduated way back and now he is basically a brand new person, we randomly ran into each other at the store and I didn't recognize him at all, he was so different and he even has a wife and young daughter now. He asked me when we were alone if we could talk about "some of the things he did" back in high school and I agreed. I know I shouldn't have, because I have a feeling that he will apologize (he looked extremely regretful and sounded guilty when he talked to me) and I don't know if I forgive him or not, should I? |

She's rather touchy and initiated contact with me the first we we started talking. After about three weeks I ask her if she wants to go out and she says yes. The week after was very busy for me and I guess her but we brought it up every now and again. I text her that Friday to go out with me during the weekend and she never shoots me a text back. So I figure it's a no but I want to hear it from her. We talk and after one more time of asking, she says we could go out but only as friends cause she had a boyfriend. I thought it was just a nice way of turning me down cause in the weeks before and ever since, she has yet to talk to me about him. So after that I say we can be friends and leave it at that. I pay more attention to school and socializing with others around us and sometimes wouldn't talk to her. I even stopped walking her to her car like I always did. So recently she asked me if I had a class after ours, I say I don't. She tells me she's hungry and I mention getting something at the mall but then she says she's sleeps before work. I've sworn a million times that he's the only one and that I'm not the type to usually have FWB's, he's just the exception because overall, we've known each other for 15 years. We have only had sex 4 times with each other since March and wore protection every time. This last time, a few weeks ago, the condom broke. I took an emergency contraceptive. He was convinced I slept with somebody else, that I have a disease and that I gave it to him. We went to get tested together and we both were clean. He is STILL convinced I slept with somebody else and that he just wants to know the truth, even though I've told him so many times he's the only one. Background info: he fell for his last FWB who broke his heart a year ago. He found out she was sleeping with more than just him, so he has major trust issues. I'm just not sure why he's punishing me for something SHE did. I don't see how that's fair. I'm 26, he's 28. How do I convince him I've only slept with him? Or what do I do? He's driving me crazy. | Question: Cheating Problem! Should I help a guy? Posted: 15 Nov 2017 05:58 PM PST I am in high school and yes I have assisted people in cheating. Multiple times. I am in all Honors classes (Except Spanish) and I am a Sophomore. I have aways rationalized it by saying that honors is extremely hard. But now, there is a guy who is a Senior and if he doesn't pass his math and Spanish, he will get held back. He is a good guy and has given me a ride multiple times. He is also extremely cute. We are on the same math level (Algebra 2) except I am in the Honors portion of it. I have shown him how to do things and in Spanish I have allowed him to see my papers and copy. But now he wants me to write a paper for him. I don't know how to rationalize this! |

He was really nice and sweet so I gave him my number which was the biggest mistake ever. We started texting and he would instantly read my message and respond. He was asking if he could walk me home, go to the gym together and hang out on the same day we met. I was getting a bad vibe and feeling about him. I found out he's 24 and I'm only 17. He looks very young like 19 or 20. I started to ignore him and blocked him and told him I have a boyfriend, which I don't. He came up to me today at school and said he would like to give him a chance but there's no way in hell im doing that. I have no idea what he's going to do to me and why the hell hes interested in a 17 year old when he's 24. I'm trying to ignore him at school but it's hard because I want to be outside walking around. I don't want to be afraid to go to school. This guy is sooooo creepy and weird, what should I do? |
| Question: Have I made the wrong decision...? Posted: 15 Nov 2017 05:54 PM PST I am a straight female and I have a gay male friend. He is very adorable and I am close with him. Like we have changed infront of one another, slept in bed together, kissed (for truth or dare but it was casual for us), and hang out a lot. He has a boyfriend and I felt like I was in love with him. But, I realized that's not fair to him, and since I love him I'm going to support him and be his friend every step of the way. I feel better now because I know he loves me in the same friendship way I love him. Was this right to ignore my feelings and push them to the side or did I make the right decision in denying my intense feelings of love for him. |
