Question: How do I get my dad justice without breaking apart the family? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 03:35 PM PST My dad had recently beat my mother while under the influence of alcohol (I'm assuming, as I saw him with beer bottles, but I never saw him actually drink them). Incidents such as this have been going on for years so far, and I really want it to stop. I told my mom that we should call the police, file a report, etc., but she said "It's easy to break a family apart, but it's hard to build a family up." I was wondering if there is ANY WAY POSSIBLE that I can help my father get justice without first breaking apart the family. ... I would also like to know (in the simplest way possible) about the laws concerning domestic violence (physical and verbal) in the state of New Jersey, thank you. |

Question: How do I stop letting the past affect me? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 02:43 PM PST After my husband and I got married I found out that he had been married before, lost a kid, and his ex's are close to the family. Now I know it's the past but it hurts because he didn't want me to know all of this but I found out through his family. |

Question: I’m scared my parents might be getting a divorce? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 10:40 AM PST My parents are constantly arguing and it seems like my parents just don't love each other anymore. My parents are great. They are both so loving and supportive, but I'm pretty sure they don't love each other anymore. If getting a divorce makes them both happy, then I'll be happy, but it's hard. Currently I'm a freshman in highschool, and it's stressful enough in highschool, but my parents divorcing would pile onto my stress. |
Question: What happens if a woman in a polygamist religion can't have children? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 08:22 AM PST I'm 17 years old and was just married in august I had a doctors appointment recently and learned that I can't have children I'm scared to tell any of my family, sister wives and especially my husband I was never told what could happen to a girl my age if she couldn't have children. In my religion having children seems like a mandatory thing. Also I'm curious if I was never married if that would have made a difference? |
Question: Tried working my marraige out again, my husband still makes me unhappy? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 07:41 AM PST After 8 years of this relationship I'm tired. I recently separated from my husband for one month and lived with a friend and he drove 17 hours alone to get me and our 18mth old twin daughters. Now that Im back it's the same issues. Verbally abusive, emotionally distant, insensitive. We already had a bad argument. He promised to make the house comfortable for us since I was going back to being a stay at home mom and he held none of those promises. We have no bed, internet, or food here. It makes it tough to be here all day entertaining the kids while he works 16 hours a day. The girls and I have been sick they've kept me up all day and night. all he did was complain he couldn't sleep and left for work. No sympathy towards us being sick, my exhuastion or that my voice is gone. When he comes home I still massage his back and make him food if theres something here. I'm tired of my young children being the reason i come back bc daycare is too expensive when i try to job hunt or work and I have no parents or siblings to help babysit. I'm tired of coming back because we have the plans of starting a business that we are working on now. I'm afraid to be single, work then loose my job if these kids get sick and I have to keep calling off.. I'm afraid of a new man accepting my kids, or him not being ambitious. Or feeling like I get bad luck Everytime I try to leave him. honestly those aren't good excuses since I'm in control of my happiness . Im tired of this cold marraige. I'm 24 |

Posted: 25 Nov 2017 06:38 AM PST My husband and I are both on the deed to our home but instead of divorce I will leave the home with half of it's worth.I will sign the deed over to him.Since we will still be married am I liable for any leans on the house in the future. |
Question: Agree or Disagree: Women in general are hard to please? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 05:58 AM PST Proof below: A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City, where a woman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store operates: You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the value of the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. The shopper may choose any item from a particular floor, or may choose to go up to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit the building! So, a woman goes to The Husband Store to find a husband. On the first floor the sign on the door reads: Floor 1 – These men have Jobs She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the sign reads: Floor 2 – These men Have Jobs and Love Kids. 'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.' So she continues upward. The third floor sign reads: Floor 3 – These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely Good Looking. 'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going. She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads: Floor 4 – These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Looking and Help With Housework. 'Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!' Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads: Floor 5 – These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Help with Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak. She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where the sign reads: Floor 6 – You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor. |
Question: Long distance relationship issues? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 05:35 AM PST Not sure where to start, am in a relationship that has been long distance for two years, we are both currently in college getting a second degree. We met when we were teens and now 14 years later we started dating 3 years back. We were together the first year but then we both moved away for college agreeing that we would not see anyone else and continue our relationship. Problem is that he has addictions I'm not fond of. These addictions involve other women, from downloading escort apps like Backpagea to viewing webcam girls he pays for, he tells them to get on their knees, take off their clothes, beg for him to come on them. I personally do not feel comfortable with any of this and when I talk to him he dismisses it as is not cheating because it's online |

Question: Can I save my marriage? Posted: 25 Nov 2017 02:22 AM PST My husband of under 2 years has become increasonably more and more critical of me in the last 6 months. He becomes angry very easily and lashes out at me then 20 minutes later he acts all sweet. I can t even buy a $5 item without the possibility of him becoming angry about it and my income is almost twice his. Another thing that has really disturbed me is that many times during sex he talks about his fantasies with me and another woman having sex. This has actually happened twice while he watched. The last time we had sex, he talked about how he wanted to eat another woman and suck on her breasts. That really hurt me, but I didn t say anything. I ve mentioned counseling to him and he just shrugs it off, saying we are fine. What should I do? |

Posted: 24 Nov 2017 10:28 PM PST of the man (which explains why 95% of serial killers are males). Is a woman essentially doing that in reverse when she becomes a wife? Like with the systematic denial of sex to her husband. So in a way, aren't wives serial killers of the soul? |

Question: He’ married, he stole his cousins Wife, and married her too.? Posted: 24 Nov 2017 09:51 PM PST Back in a Pakistan I have a family member known for being a playboy. Screwing all sorts of women and girls even though he is married, has kids and lives in a conservative Muslim country of all places. His cousin came from Germany to get married. And after he went back to Italy, he left this guy in charge of looking after his wife. Doing grocery and paying bills type of work. However this dude started to screw the women... word got out and she got divorced. He never admited to the affair. They acted as friends for a long time. Painted her ex as paranoid. Abusive. While still screwing all along of course. And one day when the noise quieted down. He made her his 2nd wife. Basically stole his cousins new bride. Quite literally I guess. The two dudes don't talk to each other much, understandably. |
